Description of Work: Grrout repair in shower

Description of Work: "The start date was changed by the |co.to 1 month after the original date. The process for the first project did not go smoothly for the first 2 days and then it was delayed for a week before it was finished.The other three projects went well and I was satisfied when they were completed."

Description of Work: We had Groutmedic re-grout and seal our master bathroom shower and tub surround. When the work was first done the shower looked brand new. We did not start using the shower for about two months following the grout work since we were waiting for new shower doors to be installed. It didn't take very long once we started using the shower for the grout at the lower section of the shower walls to disappear. We now have a shower that looks great at the top but the bottom looks worse than it did before the work was done. We had a spot in the shower that the tiles were loose. They were able to reattach the tiles but never mentioned that they broke one of the tiles which wasn't noticeable until the shower was used regularly.

Description of Work: The results were excellent, but one tile was damaged. Beth agreed to fix the problem and scheduled someone to return, but three appointments were canceled at the last minute. She is now unresponsive.

Description of Work: Cleaned replaced sealed grout in master bath shower stall.

Description of Work: They laid new tile and put down grout.

Description of Work: They repaired a very bad job done by another company. They had to remove a skim coat of an incorrect grout that had been applied. They had to scrape it out. The joints were steam cleaned and a dye was applied. A kitchen, sunroom and bath were done. Joe and Bryan were excellent. We couldn't be more pleased.
