Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project.
