Arcos Mechanical

I called Arcos because we had a small problem, with our kitchen drain, that I just couldn't fix. I spent most of my summer underneath my mobile home trying to unclog the pipes. Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! He did in such a short time what I couldn't do during an entire summer! I highly recommend Arcos Mechanical, and Edgar, to handle any and all plumbing projects you may have. Call him first, like I should've done, and save yourself a lot of money, time, and frustration and let them do it right the first time!!!!

Friday night, 40mph winds and freezing cold, in Howland, Ohio! Dominion locked the gas meter because we smelled gas and it wasn't Dominion's job to fix it. We talked to Edgar that night and said he'd call us at 6am to tell us he was on his way. Here at 7:20am, very professional, explained everything, and fixed what was the problem on our end. Very sweet, very efficient, extremely friendly and knowledgeable -- on top of guaranteeing his work. His assistant Harry was the same. Both were patient and did everything they could to fix problems, so Dominion could come back out and unlock the gas meter. Edgar is fair in pricing and does quality work. We'll certainly be using his services again! He even called us numerous times to check on us and make sure things were going well with the gas situation. In Ohio, you have to have trustworthy companies and Edgar's services are phenomenal. You are a blessing young man! Thank you Edgar!

Edgar and Heri were super helpful and knowledgeable about options for the project. When we ran into some trouble (unforeseen!) they made recommendations and made it all work without any stress. They let me know the schedule in advance and stuck to it, only modifying after we discussed it. I look forward to hiring them for my next project in January!

We sprung a leak on a water line leading to an outside spigot and Edgar from Arcos Mechanical was able to come out in less than 24 hours. I asked about getting a quote for some other repairs and he was able to knock out a few of them that same day. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Will definitely be using Arcos again and recommending Arcos to our friends.

Edgar does quality work for a fair price. He helped us select the correct fixtures, replaced a drain pipe, and replaced some lower quality pipes with copper. Iâ m having him back for a more substantial bathroom remodel. I highly recommend him.
