Description of Work: We had running water in our front yard, and were worried that there was a leak in our sump pump line. The gentleman put dye in our sump water, which didn't show up in the yard, proving that the break wasn't our line.

Description of Work: They had to drill into a basement wall to fix a pipe. Even though they had to return to the shop to retreive a piece of pipe, they wasted no time to get back and finish repairs. Definately will use them again.

Description of Work: The fellow who did the work was on time and very professional. I have a bone to pick with the young woman who takes the calls and sets up appointments. I am new to plumbing/house fixing and took her at her word that the house call was $85. The person who did the work said it was $85 per hour. Much different. But he discounted the work. We had a simple leak in the toilet which required a new washer or what not and he charged $150 for a full toilet service. The $850 covered a leaky toilet, installing a kitchen faucet, and fixing a leaky shower faucet. He was unable to snake a plugged drain. Another plumber snaked the drain successfully but uncovered a bigger problem in the shower pan that required more work. I would use this contractor in the future, but make sure we both understood the costs upfront.

Description of Work: Basement footer was overflowing into my basement. He went with the simplest cause first, which ended up being the simplest solution, saving me a lot of money. Would have gotten an 'A' in professionalism, but the helper guy was playing on his phone much of the time. The lead guy was excellent!
