Have used Bill before. He's great - responsive, professional. He even called to reschedule our appointment because the weather forecast was to rain.

They came during the day while we were at work and cleaned our gutters.

They tell us what day they will be performing the work and always show up on time. Bring all their own equipment. They are so neat and clean you wouldn't even know they have been at your home other than the beautifully clean windows and gutters! All employees are professional and courteous.

My windows look great! The "acid" wash worked like a charm. The job was a little time consuming because it was more that a window wash. I would not hesitate to call him to do my windows. He also washed (not acid wash) a 12ft. Pella slider where you remove the glass panel to clean the glass on the inside, and that was great. He also washed the exterior and interior of that slider.

They did a fine job. They were neat and were priced appropriately. I don?t remember having any problems with their price, the quality of their service, or the neatness of the people. They had a fair price. I will use them again in the future.

Everything went great. Bill was able to accomodate my schedule and the crew arrived on time. They were very friendly and got everything done in a timely fashion. Bill noticed my gutters were in need of cleaning and asked if I wanted them cleaned on the spot.

Bill provided an estimate in a timely fashion, and was out to do the job within a week. He brought a great group of guys with him to help. All were very professional, and worked quickly. They cleaned our gutters and windows, including some of our screens. They did a great job!! We will definitely have them come back!

I called Bill Mastro for a quote which he gave me on a timely basis. He then performed the service just as he said he would, also on a timely basis. I am very pleased with his service.

Bill and his crew from New View did a fantastic job! They provided a very professional level of service. Work done was beyond my expectations--not only did they remove the inner track windows to wash thoroughly, they also vacuumed out the window sills! You couldn't ask for a better group of workers! Windows haven't been this clean for a long time!

We needed almost 50 windows cleaned, double hung with storms. Bill brought 6 guys and they cleaned every window in my large home in 4 hours = 1 full day. Every window is perfect. They even scraped old paint off and cleaned the sills. I trusted all the guys working as they are all either Full time Fire Men or EMT's. They are very professional and take pride in their work. Bill went out of his way to give me some tips on fire safety. They are all good, honest and hard working. If you need your windows cleaned, no matter how big or small your home, call Bill and you will be pleased. Your windows will sparkle!

I called the company, and left a message on the voice mail. The call was returned within 30 minutes. I requested service on a day of the week that the company does not usually work; but, after checking his calendar, company owner, Bill was able to find time in his schedule that coordinated with my availability. He and another worker arrived on time, were prepared with all the tools and supplies they needed, and did a wonderful job.

He was punctual, very thorough, and professional. His work exceeded our expectations. We will be using his services again.

He no longer services the Broadview Heights area but offered to help if I couldn't find anyone. Very friendly and professional. His over the phone estimate was in line with what I pay other companies to wash windows inside and out ($350). I found someone else so I did not call him back.

It couldn't have gone better. They did an excellent job in all things, and even reduced the price (from their initial quote) once they completed the work, because it ended up being less work than they anticipated. DO: Use them for your gutter cleanings. They were on time and respectful. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

(05/11/2010) Got a hold of Bill and he said he would call me within a week and would be out in 2 weeks to clean the gutters and clean the windows. Never received a call back from him and that was over 3 weeks ago! My gutters really needed to be cleaned and now I have water issues because they are filled with leaves and debris and was waiting on him. I used Bill in the fall to do the same work and I have to say even then I had to call him 3 times after he failed to follow up with me and come out and do the work. Bill's lack of follow through is very disappointing. He used to perform a great service but now I can not count on him to do what he says he will do. UPDATE (05/26/2010) As Bill acknowledged in my last report, it was an oversight on his part that he forgot to call back. He has since been out to the house twice to clean the gutters and clean the windows on the inside and out for free. He was very apologetic and made it up to me. Needless to say, Bill held up to his word. This is the exact reason I use Angie?s list. You find the top quality providers of service and they make sure they take of you. Bill is right back on the top in my opinion and I would have no problem having him come out again.

We received 3 estimates for pressure washing house and deck and cleaning out gutters. New View was the lowest estimate, but was based upon an hourly rate - so the price could increase if the job took longer than estimated. However, to our surprise it was lower. All in all the final price was about $200 lower that the next lowest estimate. The workers did a good job powerwashing and scrubbing the aluminum siding and gutters and our deck. They notified us of a problem with the pitch of our gutters that is causing rainfall to overflow the gutters rather than go down the downspout. We would recommend New View to anyone.

I don't even know where to begin! This guy is the definition of professional! They are reasonably priced. He takes risks that I wouldn't even take my self to clean my own gutters and he does so happily. I would never call anyone else! One time he even risked several hornet stings to clean my gutters.

Contacted Bill on a Sunday morning expecting to leave a message to request him to provide gutter cleaning service for me at my house. Bill not only answered, he and his crew completed the job within a week. They did a great job, were extremely professional and I will hire them in the future.

They do that in spring and the fall. They are good. They usually call me and ask if I want them to come out and do the gutters. That way I don?t have to call them.

Very pleasant workers, willing to adjust services as the customer wishes. They came on time to do an estimate and came on time to do the cleaning.

Bill Mastroianni responded very quickly to my telephone message inquiring about window cleaning. Within a week's time, he came to the house to inspect the job, then called me within two days to give me the estimate. We easily picked a convenient day and time for the job. He called ahead to confirm our appointment. He arrived to do the cleaning exactly on time and didn't waste any time. He was also very careful about not letting our cat out of her "safe haven" in the house while he worked, and worked round our skittish dogs without complaint. I am more than pleased with the results, and am happy to have found a window cleaner that I will definitely call upon again next year.

Bill and his crew arrived when he said he would. They were pleasant and efficient. They washed each window inside and out by hand and I am very pleased with the work.

Owner came to quote when he said he would, and sent crew to clean windows when I asked him to. They did a super job, windows sparkling clean, and even wiped sills down.
