Great team that problem-solves and gets the job done!

Bill was responsive in giving us quotes. His crew was prompt, respectful, and did the work quickly. They were a little late in the season for doing gutter cleaning, but that has more to due with Northeast Ohio's weather predictability. All-in-all I would recommend to friends and neighbours.

Didn't return first call. I followed up and he did return my call. He came to my home and gave an estimate, but didn't show up to do the work. When I tried to call to ask why and to reschedule, he never returned my calls.

I've had these guys do windows and gutters before and will use them again.

I would recommend, without hesitation, New View Window and Gutter Cleaning. Bill was just here with his crew. Each and every person was cooperative, helpful and pleasant. They did their level best to unstick windows and take care of any other issues that were not part of normal window cleaning. The windows are very clean and look super! He will be coming back on a regular basis to do the windows and the gutters (in the fall.)

Bill (the owner) and the guys are great. They do a terrific job, quickly and efficiently. I feel confident with them climbing on the ladders as they are current or former firefighters. All of the men are courteous, friendly and appear to have a genuine camaraderie. They wash the windows - all 34 plus 2 doors and 3 sliding doors - twice a year. Additionally, the clean the gutters and any debris on the roof.

It is difficult to give a review other than an F because they never returned my call.

Bill was professional, conscientious, did a very thorough job. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services. He raised a concern about our gas fireplace due to high amount of soot build-up on our windows, and pointed out a few storm windows which had been installed incorrectly by previous owners.

He showed up when scheduled and did a great job. He'll be back later in the fall when the leaves are down and gutters need cleaning!

They did the job so quickly which was nice as the homeowner. It was cloudy the day they cleaned the windows so I waited to write my review on the actual cleaning - for the next week we had a sunshine and our windows especially my 2 story family room window were spotless. I don't think they have been this clean in years! I will be calling them in the spring to do inside and out of all of our windows. They will be back later in the fall to clean my gutters. I HIGHLY recommend Bill and his crew. It is worth every penny!

Very well. Bill runs a good team. When a downspout was missed, Bill came out himself and cleared it.

Estimate was simple an easy. They charged exactly as quoted. Arrived timely and completed job faster than they forecasted. Windows were clean but not perfect. Some streaks along parts of windows. Did not finish all skylights because they did not come with the correct ladders for the skylights. To be fair, the skylights are very high inside home and difficult to reach on exterior of home. Good job but would have liked a little more attention to detail.

Wonderful group of good guys! They are all very meticulous, VERY honest and kind. They all really go out of their way to make sure the job is done to perfection. They are also very respectful as all but one refered to me as "ma'am". Bill, the owner is one of the nicest guys you will meet. I only wish they did more home improvements as I would use them for everything. They are all Fire Fighters so it only reiterates their high standards and integrity. They also clean my gutters twice a year. I never have to be home as I know they will do the job perfectly without supervision. I would not look to any other window cleaning/gutter cleaning service as you will not find a better, more reasonable company than New View Windows. =) "

Contacted them via Angies List and received a prompt reply. They provided an estimate very quickly and a date/time were set. They came as scheduled and did an outstanding job.

Bill came and cleaned our windows inside and out, this is the second we have used him. He called last week to inform me that he would be out sometime this week. He confirmed a time to clean and when he would be here. He and his crew came within the time frame and a did a great job.

This was the second time we hired the company. I worked closely with the owner. They offer competitive prices and good quality of service.

I highly recommend for window cleaning. Bill and crew were quick, efficient, helpful in moving things around - and the windows are sparkling! I believe that they are quite busy, and need to be booked well in advance - but it is worth it.

I never met Bill Matroianni in person. Our communication was mostly via email. Bill was prompt with responding to my emails. He came out on the day he said he would. I am happy with the work he did. I would use his window cleaning services again and recommend him without reservation.

Crew of 6 cleaned all 50 of my windows-including clip on storm windows. Very professional and fast. Bill noticed moisture on windows-said to check furnace. Sure enough, my furnace is bad. Thanks Bill-nice catch! Great communication-highly recommend
