NEW VIEW WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANERS

The clearned my guttered and unblocked my downpipes. They seemed to be very busy and I did have to wait a while for them to come out. I first called on a Friday and I didn't get a call back until Wednesday. They came out a week later to give an estimate and couldn't get around to clean the gutters until the next week. The service was good, but you may have to wait a while to get their service.

The crew arrived at their scheduled time, even calling 15 minutes ahead to let me know they were en route. When they arrived, they were courteous and professional at all times. They removed the screens and wiped them down, then proceeded to clean approximately 40 windows, inside and out, in our 2-story home. The windows were quite dirty and I was concerned that that they would be streaky, but upon inspection, the windows were streak-free and sparkling clean. They did a fantastic job.

Excellent, friendly service, and great price. Will definitely use them again.

The gentlemen that came to our home to clean the windows were on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. The windows, both the regular and storm, were spotless and streak free when they were finished. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

They returned our phone call promptly and provided the service in a timely manner. They followed up after the service to confirm everything was done to our satisfaction.

Great service over all. Bill returned my call promptly and the crew was at the house within 48 hours of my call with Bill. They found a drainage problem in one of my downspouts/drains and Bill called me immediately to let me know about it so that I could call a plumber to get it snaked. I will definitely be using New Windows to clean my gutters from now on.

Services were performed on time, and well done. One of the screens needed to be repaired and they had this done at no extra charge. Bill was very easy to work with through both phone and email regarding the estimate and scheduling the service date. Very happy with the service and will use them again.

Bill Mastro responded right away and i had an estimate the next day. The time we scheduled was two weeks out and it worked perfectly for both of us as i had remodeling done in the house. However, they asked me over and over if I'm sure they can get to me sooner and I got the feeling that if i needed them sooner they could fit me in. That's when I knew I picked the right company. The crew that came to the house was great - they were efficient, and did a great job with all my windows. They washed the storm screens and basement windows which I have completely forgotten about. I was impressed when one of the men, came down from the 2nd floor and said he's very sorry but he cant get to the tiny window in the attic as it was all blocked. All of that at a bargain price! Great company, great people, great service! I loved them and will definitely use again!

They were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. They were very quick and thorough. Just a great bunch of guys!

So used to contractors of any kind being late, not showing up at all and disappointing results. WOW, Bill and his team are awesome. He called night before to confirm, they stuck to the estimate they gave me, agreed to do gutter cleaning as well, on the spot. Team was inside house for an hour and then outside for an hour and it's like my house had cataract surgery. Windows are spotless and screens are clean. YEAH, spring cleaning at it's best. These guys are great and friendly and you would totally trust them inside your house alone!

All went well. We had an appointment for 8:30am. The team (4) showed up at 8:30 am. The entire process was complete by 10:30am. Professional and efficient. Good Value.

We are going to use them for this project but we have to wait until the rains stop. Their response was really good as far as turnaround time. Their reviews were good on Angie's List.

Bill and his crew of 6 guys cleaned about 50 original windows on my large 2 story 1928 house. There are also quite a bit of pane windows and lots of storms. This was my second time using them and both times I was more than pleased with the quality of work. They are all 100% trustworthy, extremely professional, friendly and really hard working. They are all firemen and hold themselves to very high standards. They are very careful with all items in my home and took special care of a life size statue that was blocking a window. Bill and his guys also checked all my gutters (I have a ton) and removed debris when needed. they also went to my exterior garage and cleaned the gutters which I forgot about last fall. To top it all off, I have a huge piece of glass on top of my dinning room table and buffet that was not cleaned underneath in years. Bill and three of his guys lifted the solid piece of glass and cleaned both sides with absolute care. I have dealt with so many dishonest, lazy contractors that made me discouraged in the past. These guys renewed my faith in people. Trust me, hire them and you will be happy with the service, price and end result.

I cannot say enough about Bill and his crew. Not only did they need to be patient for the weather to clear, they made sure that our job was completed in a timely manner, and our gutters were thoroughly cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised at their integrity; we had been quoted $100 for the cleaning, but when the job was completed they felt the cost should be less (what?!...that NEVER happens!). Very impressed and would HIGHLY recommend New View Window & Gutter Cleaners. I have booked them to clean my windows. So excited! :) One less job for me to do. Thanks, Bill.

They did a great job and came out with short notice. He was really polite. Normally they are pretty busy but we were selling our house and they were able to accommodate us and come out with short notice. Their price was comparable to another estimate.

Bill was wonderful as always in accommodating me with the terrible weather we had been having. My gutters were overflowing, so he offered to come out to clean just the gutters and then come back to do the windows. Both were done and met my expectations to the fullest. I will be calling Bill every year.

They did a wonderful job. The house looked great and the price was substantially lower than other estimates we received. We will definitely be using them next time.

They were very expensive. I also wanted my screens cleaned. My screens were still filthy after they had come. I told them I did not want to pay the rest of my balance until they came back and finished the work for me. I don't think I will use them again in the future because they were so expensive and they did not do a thorough job.

Excellent professional service. Manager responds quickly to calls. Crew is there when expected. Fast, thorough work. Clean - you'd never know they had come except that the gutters are clean - no debris left any where. And ----this is important--- this company has workmen's compensation insurance. For your financial safety as a purchaser of gutter and window cleaning this is a must! I use New View regularly without hesitation.

The crew arrived right on time and proceeded to get to work. The guys doing the outside work stayed outside, so there was no tracking in and out. I have a lot of windows, and still, they were done with everything in about 2 hours. The windows sparkled and the crew picked up all their materials and left. I have used this company 3 times before, and every time it is the same story: An excellent job, completed quickly and efficiently, by a respectful and professional group of guys.

I spent $60 on that service. I used them all the time and they seem to know me by name when I call them. They seem to come out here and do the job. The last time they forgot to clean the garage gutters, so I called and within a week they were out and cleaned them. They did not charge me extra for it because it was part of the original deal. They are very willing to corporate and keep their customers happy.

They were very concerned that the outside of my windows weren't going to be cleaned before the Thanksgiving holiday, so they are going to try to come before the holiday. The fact they were sensitive to that, I thought was very kind.

I called Bill on 11/18/2010 and asked that he come out to give me an estimate on washing the windows and cleaning out the gutters. Bill came out on Friday to see my house, called Friday night with the estimate. I have 34 windows plus several sliders. I called and left him a message asking that he come out within the week as I wanted the windows clean before Thanksgiving. He called on Sunday evening and said they could come out Monday. Bill said he would call 45minutes - 1 hour before arriving - he did. The crew of five/six guys got to my house and began cleaning the gutters. As they are all active or retired firefighters they know how to handle a ladder! Not only did they clean the gutters but swept all the leaves from the roof's valleys. Bill and another gentlemen came into the house, unlocked the screens and began cleaning the inside while the rest of the crew did the outside when they finished the gutters. They were punctual, polite and did an excellent job.

Bill the owner was on time, very courteous, job well done. He was very cooperative and his employees were friendly.

Very well. Appointments sometimes are delayed due to weather (frozen gutters) or rain or snow but service is always completed. You are not charged until service is completed.
