Description of Work: Bill and his crew showed up promptly and thoroughly cleaned the gutters and windows of our 1920s home. They were careful in navigating their way with the old, original wood-framed storm windows, both inside and out. We highly recommend this company for the quality of work, professionalism and very fair price. We'll definitely call on them again come spring!

Description of Work: I called this company and person said he would be out the following week to give me an estimate. Nobody showed up or called, I thought maybe they lost my number and called them again, the man acted like he didnt remember anything. i set up a time again for him to come out, again he never showed and no phone call to explain. needless to say, I am pretty dissapointed with them and your service. I wish to cancell my membership.

Yes. It is true member needed to call me a second time I was an oversight on my part. However, after hearing from member a second time I went to her home qnd looked at the job. Later that evening i left a message with the price at the phone number she left me. After not hearing from member I called back and left yet another message with an estimate. My apologies to the customer that she never received the messages. New View prides itself on customer satisfaction as you can see by previous reports. If member calls back i will be more than happy to get wash her windows.

THIS JOB WAS DONE AS PREVIOUSLY STATED. ONCE I WAS CONTACTED AND TOLD ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOWNSPOUT, I PERSONALLY WENT OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND ONLY CHARGED THE CLIENT 50% OF THE TOTAL BILL. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON THIS MATTER, THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOWNSPOUT WAS NOT A CLEANING ISSUE, IT WAS A SEWER ISSUE, UNDER THE GROUND, AND THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE CLIENT.
