NEW VIEW WINDOW & GUTTER CLEANERS

About 5 or 6 employees arrived at exactly the time as I was told they would. They wasted no time and each went their own way to begin their job. They removed all the screens and storm windows from 2 floors. They washed all windows from the outside and all of them from the inside including the sills. They also washed all of the screens and windows in my 3 season room. They were so friendly, polite, and completely trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable with giving them the run of the house. It just so happened that I had the day off and was at home, but I would have been quite comfortable leaving them home alone. A couple of added bonuses. They were super friendly with my dog who kept running around their feet and I asked if they wanted him put away in a room and they told me he was no problem and good company. Also, with the heavy snowfall this winter a couple of my gutter guards fell off and they replaced them free of charge. It was a great experience. Hire them!

I plan to contact another company, as I got no response from this one.

My call was returned promptly and I was given an approximate estimate over the phone based on the size of my home. I was told that due to weather conditions at the time, it may take up to a month before my gutters were cleaned. I agreed to that, the work was done within a month, and they did a great job.

Work crew did not seem to understand what was to be done. Work was poorly done.

Bill was very professional. He responded to my initial phone call quickly, came to give me an estimate, was cooperative in scheduling according to my needs. His men came on time to do the job, were very polite and did a very good job.

We told him we wanted to have the work done. He came and did it very promptly, disposing of the residue as we had requested. He forgot to leave an invoice, but we sent a check for the estimated charge. We were quite satisfied and would hire him again.

We have used New View for several years. They do a very good job and are careful with furnishings that have to be moved.

Great. Bill and his crew show up when the leaves are down and take it all away. They leave nothing behind and are respectful of the gardens, etc, near the house. They are very prompt and professional, and I have the highest regard for their service. They are also very fairly priced.

The gutters were clogged before (with rain water coming over the sides) and weren't after, so I guess they did OK. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and then did the job without me having to be home.

Called New View and a few others for gutter cleaning quotes. Quotes ranged from $60 to $150 depending on service provider. Bill's quote was $75 - $100 over the phone. He was familiar with the neighborhood and the types of homes (and gutters.) He knew what he was talking about, and he was able to provide the service within 48 hours. My gutters are actually pretty clean, but I did have a few isolated areas of clogging that I could see from the ground. I did not have a tall enough ladder to do it myself. I was not home when they came, but the obvious areas of clogging were gone and I had no overflow from the gutters during the next heavy rain.

I feel this job was done very efficiently, promptly, and the price was fair for the amount of work involved. They had the entire job done in about two hours and were very courteous.

Not much to say but that my gutters were filled with debris and afterwards were clean. They were quick and polite.

We have an old, large brick house. They cleaned all of the windows, inside and out. We had not had this done earlier, and it made a huge difference. They did a great job.

I was pleased with the work Bill did. He showed up on time and performed the work I needed. I would recommend him for future work.

Bill was responsive, and worked with me to get the most ''bang for my buck'' in cleaning up the house for eventual sale. Even with his work schedule, he was flexible as to dates for performing the work. And the windows look great. Would definitely use him again.

The crew were quick, polite, efficient, and very effective. They appeared on time and were done in approximately half an hour.

When I first called, Bill returned my call within an hour. He scheduled an appointment for the same week. He and his crew arrived exactly on time. After he gave me an estimate, he started work immediately. He was very pleasant to have around and took the time to show me where one window was starting to leak. He did an excellent job. My windows have never looked so good.

They did a good job and the windows look great! Bill was punctual and is also very accommodating. Will definitely use New View again!

Bill Mastro came out and provided an estimate. Estimate for service requested was very good. However, I decided not to have the work done at this time due to a personal crisis. Bill originally did not get back to me as originally promised but later found out he had a death in his family. Appreciated receiving a follow up call after my negative comment about not receiving an estimate as originally promised.

Was to suppose to come out and provide me with an estimate. Never came as promised. I was excited knowing that he was going to provide me with an estimate on window cleaning and gutter cleaning. I even shared the exciting news with my neighbor who had recommended me to Angie's List.

I have a ton of windows. I thought they did an exceptional job. He was suppose to come back to do my chandelier. He does not come to this area very often, so he never came back, but other than that they did a very good job.

Bill Mastro is pleasant to speak with, prompt in performing the work. Unfortunately several windows were missed. After speaking with Bill, he has agreed to re-do the windows at no cost.

Bill did a great job on cleaning the windows! He was very professional and took great care inside house to clean up. They cleaned all the windows in about 1 1/2 hours, and they look great. You may need to be flexible with scheduling as he is a fireman. But even so, his communication is top notch! We will certainly use him again in the fall to clean all the windows and remove the screens for storage for the winter. I would highly recommend Bill.
