New View Window & Gutter Cleaners did great work, both times that I used them. I am completely happy with the work they did. After they left the last time, I found a clogged gutter. It clogged after they had cleaned it, but they came back and cleaned it again right away. I would use them again in the future.

They were very responsive, polite, and professional.

The crew was fast, efficient, and very good about cleaning up debris. They were awesome. Also, when they saw a piece of siding hanging loose, they agreed to hammer it back into place for no extra charge.

Owner gave me an estimate after surveying home. He did not notice the 2 skylights on the back of house nor did I remember to tell him. When the crew came, the charge person introduced self and was very polite. The service was prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, 2-3 of my front windows were left with streaks and skylights were not done. I spoke with owner and asked if he had included the 2 skylights. He said that he was not even aware of them. He said that he would be over sometime in the next week to attend to them and discounted my price by ten dollars. Since I had not mentioned the skylights either I sent a check for the full amount. I regret that action as the skylights still have not been cleaned and this was over 3 weeks ago.

I called New View. Bill's wife answers the phone and takes messages, so I didn't have to talk to an answering machine. Bill called me back within a reasonable amount of time. I have used him a few times for gutter cleaning, so I know he does good work. My job was not high priority, so I asked him to fit me in when possible. He came and gave me an estimate. Then he set a day and time to do the work. He and his crew showed up at the exact time. The price was exactly as estimated. And they did a super job, making my windows and siding gleam. I'm very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their friendliness.

I called them and they came out the following week. He came when he said that he was going to come. He followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied. It was a great experience for me. He did a really good job.

Bill came out to look over the work we wanted done a week or two ahead of time and to give an estimate. Work was scheduled for a Thursday and due to lots of rain, Bill called to ask if we would mind if they came early the next week, as he was being pressured with a lot of gutter work. We agreed and they came promptly the following Tuesday, on time. They did all the work quickly, efficiently, thoroughly and pleasantly. They were eager and willing to do some extra windows not included in the initial plan. We were very pleased and grateful.

Great job, also cleared out clogged gutter while here. They were courteous, neat and timely. Took off shoes while in house. Windows sparkle and screens clean.

After finding NV's number on Angie's List, I called and Bill came right out to give me an estimate. Because I was calling late in the spring, I was worried it would take awhile to get on their schedule. Bill scheduled us within a week or two of my calling. They did an excellent job. I'm embarrassed to say our windows had not been cleaned in a few years and were very dirty. Bill and his crew (all of whom were so courteous and kind - especially with a 2 year-old running around after them trying to "help") came in and cleaned all our storm windows and screens on the double-hung/triple-track windows, and removed the storms from the old casement windows on the 1st floor and cleaned/installed the screens in those windows. Even though the weather was nice, the crew took off their shoes without my asking whenever they came into the house. I had to leave the house before they were finished and when I returned I actually thought they had forgotten to replace some of the storms because the windows were (and still are) so clean. It's so nice to have clean windows and doors. I'll certainly be using them again.

Bill was able to schedule me immediately even though he was on a cruise with his family. When the job was finished he only charged me the $175 that was the estimate. The bill should have been $190 since there were more doors than anticipated. I noticed that evening that the exterior of 3 bedroom windows had been accidentally missed so I called Bill. He came out himself to clean them the following day. I would recommend this company.

Perfect. I told Bill Mastroianni that I wanted the gutters cleaned after the leaves were down. A couple months later his crew arrived, when all the leaves had fallen, and cleaned the gutters. I appreciate that Bill does not send his crews out to clean gutters immediately (unless you ask him to) but instead uses common sense on the right time to do the job for maximum effectiveness. The price was fair, too.

This was the only company that actually answered the phone when I first called (out of 7 companies). The estimate over the phone was very reasonable. I didn't hire them only because my husband said he could do the work after all.

We had set up the appointment but then he called and said that his son was sick and his wife had to work so he couldn't come. I thought it was a feeble excuse. He was pleasant on the phone. In response to the service provider response there were only 2 men sent out and I did not give 5 F's I gave 4.

Bill answers the phone himself and was able to arrange a schedule for the work immediately. I did not need to be at home when they did the job, but from what I saw, Bill and his crew did a thorough job. The roof leak I had from water backing up from the gutters when it rained was completely resolved. Bill called me right away as soon as the work was done and lowered the price he quoted me since he said the gutters were less dirty than he anticipated. He sent me a bill later on for his services. His company is very professional and reliable and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs their gutters cleaned.

Bill returned my initial call promptly and within a few days drove to look at my home to give me an estimate. We scheduled the window washing for a week or two later based on weather conditions. Bill and his crew showed up on time, were neat, courteous and did an overall great job! I will definitely have them back.

This is a truly a well run company. They called the day before the appointment to verify the time. Five crew members arrived at precisely the agreed upon time and set to work immediately. We had removed the screens and grids before they arrived so they set right to cleaning the windows and doors. After they finished the windows they wiped down the grids and screens and replaced them. It had rained and was very humid so the outside of the windows were hard to dry and they said they would come back out at no charge if there were any streaks. They were finished in about an hour and a half. The crew was polite, removed their shoes when they came in, worked quickly and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for sparkling clean windows.

Bill and his crew arrived on time. Bill and his crew do a good job at cleaning the windows and work quickly. They take good care to put everything back in it's place when they are done. The only issue I had was that I asked them to check and clean the gutters as needed and they never did. Not a huge deal as I will have them back in the fall.

Fantastic performance. Bill Mastro and his crew were competent, careful and considerate. They all removed their shoes when working indoors; they accommodated our morning schedule; they came exactly when they said. They moved and replaced furniture and plants that obstructed their access to the windows. Absolutely wonderful experience. They also cleaned our gutters. We would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again.

Very pleasant workman and owner. Bill Owner came out before to check job. Estimate very high. Said he should come and then we would adjust $ accordingly (thought job would take longer).

Windows were done very well. The screens were NOT replaced properly. I had to open most windows and re-install screens so bugs could not enter.

This company worked us into an already full schedule to help us with an urgent requirement. All work was performed in a timely manner and with excellent quality. These guys are the best...........the absolute best there is!
