Item knocked off kitchen not mentioned before they left. Scratch left on counter top. Dirt knocked off ceiling fan left on kitchen table.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for $60 for 3 hours of house cleaning. Appointment setting was kind of difficult with having to call an answering service, get a call from the manager and then wait for an email for my cleaning day and time. I wasn't really given a choice as to when the cleaning would take place, which may be inconvenient for some. I gave a B in punctuality because I was given a 3 hour window for when they would arrive and that is not very convenient either. The Cleaning Authority sent 3 people over to clean for 1 hour to equal the 3 man hours. My house is small, so I think 2 people would have been fine and less chaotic, but I did like that the job was done quickly. I have had several companies clean my home over the last year and the Cleaning Authority stands out as one of the most thorough jobs I have seen. They hit every detail I like to have done such as inside of the microwave, stove top, dusting of built-in ledges and outside of appliances without me telling them. With other companies I've always had to ask them or have them go back and clean those types of items. I have requested them to give me a quote on regular cleaning.

I purchased an Angie's big deal for 4 hours of cleaning at $80.00. I called the Cleaning Authority and they called back within one hour. I described my needs in terms of cleaning and timelines. They e-mailed me an appointment time to confirm. I called them on a Friday and they scheduled the appointment for the next Tuesday. The work they did was excellent. There was a mix up in communication regarding one item but they sent a team out the very next day to rectify the issue. Overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Cleaning Authority. I am not currently able to have a regular cleaning service but when my financial situation changes I would hire them on a regular basis.

We are having some construction work done and that is what finally got us to invest in a cleaning service. The construction crew tries to contain the mess but, dust still seems to get everywhere. The Cleaning Authority has done a great job of cleaning our house even in the midst of construction. If I had know how economical and effective they are, I would have signed up years ago. Thanks Cleaning Authority!

Cleaning Authorit comes in every other week and makes my house look new. They are quick and polite. Wouldn't have anyone else.

I used their services for a couple of years for biweekly cleaning. She vacuumed and dusted my house, but didn't do extensive cleaning. She was a good cleaner. They were overall a pretty good service.

I had used them before and they had all my information on file. They had come to my place and measured every room the first time I called them and then given me an estimate. The experience with them has been excellent. I liked their attention to detail. They cleaned what they said they would do and they did it well.

It went very well every time we have had them. They are good about coming in the time frame you're given.

I SENT THEM THE BILL FOR ABOUT $500, AND IN THE MEANTIME, THEY ALSO DAMAGED THE FRONT DOOR BELL AND A CUSTOM MADE DOG GATE FOR MY LAUNDRY ROOM AND SUBSEQUENTLY STOPPED CLEANING FOR ME. NOW THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR THE CARPET PAYMENT.

THEY HAVE ONLY CLEANED ONCE FOR ME, BUT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED!!

THIS COMPANY WAS NOT DETAIL ORIENTED. FAILED TO DO THE FINE-TUNE THINGS LIKE CORNERS AND EDGES. FIRST VISIT THEY MISSED MANY THINGS OR JUST DID THEM POORLY. MISSED FRONT OF TOILET, BEHIND TOILET, BATHROOM COUNTER DONE POORLY, KITCHEN COUNTER; DID NOT MOVE COFFEE MAKER TO CLEAN BEHIND OR DO PART OF BACKSPLASH, BASEBOARDS WERE NOT DONE, KITCHEN TABLE NOT MOVED TO SWEEP UNDER OR CLEAN UNDER (EASY TO MOVE!)SHOWER STALL WAS DONE POORLY ETC. SECOND VISIT, FIXED MANY OF FIRST PROBLEMS, BATHROOM SHOWER STALL STILL AN ISSUE WITH THE DETAIL STUFF (CORNERS!) DIDN''T MOVE 2 SMALL STOOLS UNDER A FOYER TABLE TO CLEAN OR SWEEP FLOOR, BASEBOARDS IN FAMILYROOM NOT DONE TO CORNERS...AGAIN, THE DETAILS THAT I HAD A CLEANING SERVICE FOR! PROBABLY BETTER FOR GENERAL TYPE CLEANING, NOT THE STUFF I DON''T HAVE TIME TO DO PERSONALLY.
