Mr. Trout was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to schedule my repair for the very next day, and phoned ahead to give me time to leave work and meet him rather than cause me to take hours off in order to wait for him. He had the required part already stocked in his truck, and was obviously very knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. He was personable and a pleasure to chat with. Best of all, he had given me a higher "ballpark" estimate on the phone, so I was delighted that the actual repair was less. That has never been my experience, so must think that not only is Complete Appliance Service very capable, they're also very honest.

He offered to come to inspect my freezer but also gave me step by step instructions on how to check it myself. I did and it saved me quite a bit of cash (which I can instead use toward a new freezer). I will definitely use him for future service needs on all of my appliance!

Prompt and courteous. Took a week to order the spare part and get it installed. Expensive for the 15 minutes the technician was there.

I contacted Complete Appliance on a Friday via their website, which was very easy. They contacted me shortly to let me know that they would be able to look at my dishwasher on Monday and set up a time. He arrived Monday as promised and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He gave me a very accurate estimate and said that he could have the part by Wednesday. We set up a time on Wednesday. He arrived as promised on Wednesday and installed the new part.

Made appointment online - very easy. Gabe showed up within the 2-hour scheduled time frame. He immediately assessed the situation but didn't have all the parts. He came back that same afternoon and repaired the dryer. Excellent service! Excellent communication! Reasonable price.

When our stove suddenly went out, they came out exactly when they said they would (online appointments were quick & easy) and diagnosed a circuit problem. The repairman explained how my husband might fix that himself rather than needing to call an electrician, and he even diagnosed a separate problem with our dishwasher for us while he was there. The new circuit fixed the stove but the electrical problem had caused the oven control panel to stop working. The repairman returned (no charge), diagnosed the problem, called for the part right there, and came back two days later to install it. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Washer was leaking like crazy. Turned out it was overflowing. He was professional. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it.

Refrigerator maing strange noise and not cooling. Came the say day as I called and gave me a time range of 4-7 and told it it would be closer to 6 and it was almost exactly at 6. Repaired a lose wire and ordered a part needed. Called one week later when part came in and second trip to install part was only charged for labor and part not a second service call.

Arranging the appt. and having the oven repaired went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to call Complete for future repairs on my applicances.

On Monday morning I found their website through a google search & was able to set up an appt onlline for tues afternoon within the window I desired. I hate talking to people on the phone and loved that I could give all my info through the online submission form. The technician who would be performing my repair called me 30mins after I submitted my info to verify everything. Showed up within the time window in a company vehicle and in uniform. He was clear about the estimated cost of repair and the final price had no hidden cost. He had the part on his truck so i didn't have to wait for it to come in. I paid with a credit card and he was able to swipe it on a handheld device so he didnt have to copy down my account # and i got an email payment confirmation immediately. I felt that this was the most impressive part of the visit because I felt very secure in using my credit card.
