Went very well. Gabe was on time. He assessed the problem and what needed to be repaired. He was efficient and thorough. The dryer is working well.

Woman that answers the phone is great. Very friendly and helpful. I requested a phone call if there was a cancellation and she called a few hours later. I got lucky, was going to be home, and the repair guy came that same day. He had the part my dryer needed with him, so he was able to repair it right on the spot. All told, my dryer, which stopped generating ANY heat over the weekend, was down for less than 48 hours. He replaced the heating element and it has been working fine since. Only thing I could see them improving on, and it's very minor, is to have the repair man wear shoe covers. My floor needed to be cleaned anyway, so it was no big deal, but had my floors just been cleaned, it would have been a minor annoyance. Aside from that minor detail, it could not have gone any better. Highly recommended.

Arrived within 2 hour time frame. Was very professional. Had to get a part, left to get the part and came back and repaired. Told me how to defrost the water in the door after checking to make sure that was the problem.

Everything was so easy with this company. I was not able to be home for the appt but my mom was there to let them in. The repairman called me after looking at the washer and let me know what needed done. I asked him to take a quick look at the wiring on the dryer and he did that for me as well. Took payment info over the phone which was very convenient. I will definitely use this company in the future for appliance repairs.

Wonderful- a sensor was bad and Gabe had one in his vehicle. He defrosted and cleaned motor etc replaced sensor and immediately the cool sir got to temp!

I think we had to wait a couple of days to get them to come out. We had a leaking dishwasher. They came out and diagnosed it very quickly. They realized it was an easy repair. I didn't need any parts. They just need to lubricate a part. It was nice to have someone say it was a simple repair, no part needed and no fuss.

Gabe arrived during the two hour window of time committed to by the office when we made the appointment. He assessed the washer problems and provided an estimate for the cost to repair. The problem ended up being the washer's transmission which would cost close to as much as buying a new washer. He suggested a new washer as a solution but offered to fix it if we preferred. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to look out for us, the customer, versus his wallet for the sake of making a dollar. The freezer required him to chisel 4-5 inches of ice from the bottom of the freezer and remove the back inside panel to fix the issue. He fixed it quickly and was able to work on the ice maker that had been broken for 2 years. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He had the extra part for the ice maker in his truck so he could fix it on the spot. I would definitely recommend Complete Appliance Service to anyone that needs a washer and/or refrigerator repaired.

I've used Complete Appliance before and they are knowledgeable and professional. They are clean and leave the area clean so as far as getting things done well and pleasing, Complete Appliance is great. They are pricey and I've gasped at the bill. The last service we had an appointment and after an hour late we called and technician said he was running late on another job. This is reasonable but when you're running over an hour late, a courtesy call goes a long way. Also, have used them with warranty work and they do fine but the techs are very impersonal and robotic about these calls. For example, a more practical choice was to replace an appliance but rather than make that recommendation he didn't and it would've been a negligible difference in cost, which we may have covered the difference. Overall, the work and technicians we've experienced have been trustworthy though in all a bit pricey. Still, a little more effort on customer service would be nice.

Gabe is professional, honest, courteous. He evaluated the condition of our washing machine and gave us options on how to proceed. I would definitely recommend his service.

This is the second time I have called on Gabe to fix an appliance in our home. He responded quickly to my call. He talked with me about what was wrong and took a chance on ordering the part he felt was needed based on my report of the issues with the dryer. There was a problem getting the part from his usual supplier, so he kept in touch by phone and email and gave me a choice of whether I wanted to pay for expedited shipping to get the dryer back in service sooner, which I did choose. I originally called him on a Friday and the parts place wasn't open on the weekend. He set up an appointment with a 2-hour window for the following Wednesday and came on time. He fixed the dryer and made sure it worked before he left. He is extremely polite and efficient, and I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Came out less than a half hour after scheduled time, quickly diagnosed problem, had part on the truck and installed. Had our dryer working again in less than an hour, probably closer to a half hour. Problem was a bad thermostat which he replaced as well as the internal "breaker" that stopped the heating element from engaging after the dryer got too hot due to the bad thermostat. Definitely pleased with service and price - would not hesitate to call again (but hopefully won't have to for a long time).

On a Wednesday evening, I turned on my oven to preheat. Before I opened the door, I saw sparks and little flames coming out to the top element, so we unplugged the oven. I went to Angie's List to find a repair person and saw the good ratings for Complete Appliance Service and was glad to see he was close by. I was also pleased that he had an online appointment request feature on his website so I could get in line without waiting for the next morning. He called me promptly on Thursday and set the appt up for Friday so he could order the part and have it with him, which I appreciated. He gave me a 2-hour window for his arrival and was right on time. He fixed the oven and waited around a short while to make sure it worked properly. He was quiet, pleasant, and efficient. I could not be happier and will make CAS my go-to service provider for all the appliances in our home (since things always seem to break down in threes:))

Scheduled the appointment, and the technician showed up right on time. Told me exactly what was wrong and cost before he did the work, Repaired the dryer, which is part of a stacked washer/dryer set...and he checked the washing machine to be sure there were no problems. This was so much cheaper than purchasing a new machine,so I was very happy. (Yes, I fat fingered what I paid, so I have corrected...thanks Gabe).

Gabe was polite, friendly and professional. Unfortunately after dismantling my dryer and locating the problem, he found that the part was no longer available. Tried his suppliers and even Ebay. He was here for about an hour and had a 30 mile drive. Scheduled appointment was between 9-11 am. Arrived just after 9.

Called and got an appointment the following day during a 2 hour time frame. The guy showed up on time, assessed the dryer, gave me several options. I chose what I thought would work best, he did the work, and we were done. Very professional, communicated clearly, and got things done. I was impressed and pleased with the work.

I filled out a form online and Gabe was in touch with me within 24 hours to confirm the 2-hour time frame in which he would come to my home. He was prompt, professional and thorough, and I couldn't have been happier which is why I emailed him a couple of days later when my dryer stopped working. Again, he emailed me back shortly and will be out to repair the dryer early next week. The process could not have been easier.

He traveled over 30 miles to do make the house call and I think that his service call charge was very, very reasonable. i also trusted his ability to diagnose the problem quickly. And he was professional and courteous. It was very easy to schedule the appointment over the weekend via his web site. Hoping that I don't have any more problems with large appliances but if I do, i will call him again.

I had called because the soap dispenser wasn't dispensing the soap and some dishes were not getting clean. The repairman turned the dishwasher on and immediately diagnosed that it wasn't getting the water. He replaced the water valve, put the dishwasher back together and it has worked perfectly since then.
