We called this guy for an emergency tarp after sustaining roof damage. He put on a used tarp that was worn and had holes in it from a previous home. He called our home 5 days after the job demanding payment. He sent a bill stating he had tarped the entire roof. Which was only partially covered with a used tarp that was worn and had holes in it from a previous job. The wind had blown back the tarp exposing some of the damaged roof. The bill also stated a larger size than what it was. He didn't respond to our phone calls until the next day. He didn't tarp our roof until the day after we called.

I hired this guy to install a tub and shower surround and remodel a bathroom for me. He claims that he installed what he said he would and the rest was "on me". He basically tore out the old tub and placed my new tub in the hole and screwed it to the wall and left any finish or trim work up to me. His quote said "install" tub and surround. I expected a finished product, I got a tub set in place in which NO finish work was done. Same with the vanity. The work that was done was of very poor standards.
Description of Work: I am a Realtor and see more real estate than the average person, and work done to houses. This guy does not finish the job and performs the most unworkmanlike work I have ever had to deal with. When I told him that I was not happy with the work, he said, "you better make me happy before it's too late". I paid him $1850.00 upfront then when I refused to pay him the second $1850.00 for his unfinished and shoddy work, he sued me in small claims. The judge found in my favor, then I received threatening messages from him saying that "He will get his money, just wait and see". This guy "gives me the bird" everytime I pass him in town and threatened to tell "his friends and family in realty that I ripped him off". The most unprofessional contractor that I have ever had to work with.
