My contractor and plumber recommended Miracle Method, so I felt confident in having them refinish my bathtub. Jerry was the contractor for my job, which took 2 half days. Day 1: Jerry did a powerful cleaning and removed the grouting/caulking that touched the tub. After preparing the tub, he then sprayed on the paint. Day 2: Jerry came back to buff and polish the tub and apply a non-skid finish on the tub's bottom. He then reapplied the grouting. My tub looks like it’s brand new. Well done, Jerry! "Improveit installed a window and now the wall is wet and makes water bubbles and Improveit takes months to respond to leaks which has caused damage to wall structure. They only respond to threats and have came out at least 5 times and still call to make repairs and i dont believe they have the skill necessary to repair or they would have completed it by now. Beware of this company. gutter repair or replacement no roof estimate was given since the roof was fairly new and in good condition. I reluctantly called a roof company to inspect roof and specifically the area above and around the window and again the roof is in good condition. Exhausted dealing with Improveit when they refuse to improve anything and have cau"

"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."
