Soap and Water

Very pleased with the results as the siding looked fresh and clean when finished. Would recommend Soap and Water to others, in fact, I did refer them to a friend who used them to clean their windows. She was very pleased with the results too.

POWER WASHED TOTAL EXTERIOR AND POARCH AREA. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND PROMPTLY WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A LOGICAL MANNER. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED TO MY SATISFACTION. I'VE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND PLAN TO DO SO THIS COMING SPRING FOR OUR WINDOWS.

Brennon was prompt, courteous, very friendly yet thoroughly professional. He was a joy to have in our home! We discovered that his grandfather, who I had known from business, had inspected our home for sale some years ago, and we were as impressed with Brennon as we were with his grandfather. He removed his shoes upon entry, was extremely careful to replace anything he moved, pointed out any flaws or defects in the windows, in short did an exceptional job, the best anyone could ask for. We have a small condominium, not a large moneymaker for him, yet he made us feel as if we were the most important customer he had, truly a rarity these days. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Brennon again, or to recommend him for any size job. Five stars well earned!

I'm really happy with them. They only I didn't realize until several days later that they forgot to lock some of the windows on the bottom floor.

The results are fantastic and the service we recieved exceeded our expectations! Due to our homes location on a ravine, we have many large trees that drop leaves and other deposits on our roof. Soap and Water was able to take our roof that had years of buildup and moss growing and make it look like new. We can now get another 5-10 years out of this roof which is amazing. I recommend Soap and Water to all home owners. I've also used them in the past to clean our windows and the results were just as exceptional.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. They oversold the big deal, and he gave us the option to either sell it, or wait for them to get to us. He came out, they washed the house, he made a recommendation, he did a fabulous job with what he did, and then he left. He called within 48 hours of us purchasing the big deal and gave us the options and we chose to wait, and he was back to us within 48 hours with the date of the service, and we were pleased.

I think it went really well. I would use them again.

Very well. House looks so much better. Next time would consider having all the windows cleaned after the house is washed.

We have about 15 windows and it was not clarified that he would only do one side of the window. I have a house with storm windows and so I had to pay double to get 15 windows done and that was not made clear in the deal and I had the service, but I had to pay extra. The services were adequate. They got the windows cleaned and they did it with minimum of hassle and so that part of it was fine, but I did not like the way it was not made clear from the get go that would not include the interior portion of the storm window so it was disappointing. I would not use them again.

It was great, Brennen is a very fast and polite contractor. He does great work and has really fair pricing. He's the only person I'd use at our house. We won't shop him around.

This was the first time I had used an exterior cleaning service and I was not disappointed. I appreciated the courtesy of a phone call that the prior appointment was running late. I don't have a large house, but they took great care in doing a thorough job, and even power-washed my small concrete patio for a very reasonable add-on charge. The crew was personable and professional. Now my windows sparkle, and it will be a pleasure to sit outside this summer. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I used this company's web-based estimator to get an approximate cost on the job, including interior, exterior & screens and it estimated $190. Because the estimate seemed low, I reached out to Brennon, the owner, and asked him if he would come take a look at the house to ensure there wasn't anything that would increase the price significantly. Brennon was super-responsive and great with follow up. He assured me that there was no reason the estimate would increase and we set a date to do the job. About a week later I received an email from him indicating that the price would change because he wasn't aware that we wanted the screens done, too. Though he offered me a $225 price to include the screens, he indicated that the price "should be" $271 + tax. Either way, it bothered me that even after I asked for them to look at the house and was assured the estimate was correct, there was a change to the price. That said, the follow up was OUTSTANDING and I was quite glad that Brennon gave me a heads-up before the appointment rather than changing things up on the day of the appointment. In future I might use this company, knowing now what the real price would be.

It was incredible. Wow, my windows sparkle. We had guests here and the first thing they said was it is so bright in here, your windows are just beautiful. There was not a speck left on my window, I didn't see a single streak.

I had an excellent experience working with Soap and Water. Brennon was extremely professional and we were able to immediately schedule an appointment for my windows to be cleaned. They were on time for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Brennon and his crew were conscientious of our home, taking their shoes off as they came and went, quietly working and most of all were very thorough with the job. My home is so bright with the windows cleaned, why did I wait so long to call Soap and Water! Excellent experience and I recommend them and certainly will be using their services again! I saw the ad for vinyl siding washing and felt it was a good price. I knew a company on Angie's List would be careful of all the shrubbery around the house, and they were. When Brennan and Dan arrived, they were punctual, friendly, and answered my concerns. They were hard workers and neighbors stopped by to admire their work. While they were at my house I asked them to wash the windows and they gave me an introductory price. What a great job they did. The windows were well cleaned. The outside of the house looked cleaner and brighter. Neighbors commented to me on how much better my house looked. I asked Brennan what other jobs they did, and he mentioned their dryer vent cleaning service. I thought it was time to have the vent checked because a furnace technician had noticed extra lint in the basement. Dan did that job, and again, he was very thorough. I plan to have Soap and Water help me with any future projects that need their skills. They are punctual, friendly, intelligent, and work hard.

This company uses long hoses connected from their mobile trailer to extended aluminum tubes to soap, brush & rinse the windows. They do not use ladders, but extend the aluminum tubes to reach high windows. They also don't use squeegees & towels to wipe the window dry. Their process uses pure, clean water to rinse, then allow the windows to air dry. I prefer the squeegee & towel approach for a cleaner, spotless window.

They were excellent. We are getting ready to hire them again in the spring.

He cleaned all windows both interior and exterior along with screens in place on the second floor.
