Soap and Water

I think that the circumstances - I can't give them an "A". When they were here they were supposed to power wash the house with a soft method. I did not understand that their chemicals they used had bleach in it. Even though my windows were closed my entire house smelled like bleach. The other problem is that I had some black algae stuff on the brick chimney on the side of my house. They did not take their ladders off of their truck to reach the very top of the chimney. When I asked them about it they said it was an odd angle and they couldn't reach from the ground, even though they had ladders. Also I had recently mulched my front sidewalk and when they used the power washer on the sidewalk it really tore up the mulch, of which they didn't seem to care about. When I walked around the house with them at the very end they had left stuff all over my garage door, which I pointed it out to them and they did clean it off, but there again my driveway was left pretty dirty. I had sent them a letter, when I sent the check to them, stating all of these things. I never heard a word. No one from the company had called me back. Even though prior to me setting up them coming for my appointment, they had blown up my email with notices about their punctuality, professionalism, and how their so responsive. I wasn't very happy. The reason I think I got a short-changed job I think is because there was a heavy rain storm due the day they were scheduled. They came two days early because they had an opening and they were able to fit me in. I assumed I'd be able to get the full service but their schedule was crammed that day and they rushed through the job here. As far as the house being cleaned on the outside, and it's an older siding and there were some places they told me they couldn't get the dirt off - I think they just ran out of time and just didn't want to put the effort into it. As far as the pride in their job I'm not sure they were taking that pride that day.

Scheduled service next day, arrived on time cleaned and then went over some buggy areas a second time until everything was bright and streakless. Aaron was polite, professional and efficient.

Received a voice mail message back that yes they do that type of work and to supply our address. I called back and left the information on their voice mail. No one ever came out or supplied an estimate. Emailed them again several weeks later; absolutely no response this time. We were a repeat customer-disappointing. Not sure how they're a super service award winner?

The team was really easy to get scheduled, was on time and did an awesome job. They were here a good 3 hours or so and got the siding cleaner than any other company I've hired to do the same work in the past. They were thorough, worked independently and were very friendly! I will definitely call them again!

Excellent. They arrived the next day, and washed it perfectly. They cleaned every bit of mold and dirt. The siding looks brand new.

Called to schedule. Told to use website. Used website indicating I wanted gutters cleaned, ceiling fan cleaned and dryer vent cleaned. Received an e-mail indicating work was scheduled. Few days later received an e-mail apologizing that they had not yet been able to schedule the work. I contacted they to confirm that the work was scheduled. They showed up 1 day early and cleaned the gutters. No mention of ceiling fan or dryer vent. Never sent bill or contacted me again. I called them to ask about the bill. I was told they had no record of doing the work so they would not send a bill. Very disorganized, unprofessional company.

My two year old clothes dryer started shutting off before the clothes were dry. I read that a dirty dryer vent could cause this to happen because of the sensors in the new models. Since we have only lived in the home two years I had no idea the last time the vent had been cleaned. Had used Soap and Water to power wash the exterior of our house a few months ago and were pleased with the results so I gave Brennon a call. He came right over to clean the vent. He laughingly called it the "emergency dryer vent" cleaning. The dryer vent wasn't completely clogged, but did have quite a bit of lint. Although my husband and I thought about tackling this job on our own, Brennon had the right equipment to get the job done. Surprisingly, the clothes dryer now dries clothes better than it did before. I am making a note to have the vent cleaned every two years or so to avoid future problems.

We would hire them again and did. We had them come in August to power wash our house and clean the gutters. Then when our dryer vent was blocked and needed cleaned, we called again and scheduled a cleaning. Although we had considered cleaning our dryer vent ourselves, Brennan had the right equipment to get it done quickly and professionally. Great job! I especially liked that their pressure washing isn't high pressure which can cause damage to the siding. We had damage caused by high pressure washing of a previous home. Also, the cleaner that they use did not harm any of my new landscaping. Our house looks great! Brennan takes pride in his business and it shows with his dedication to customer service.

The Soap and Water team did an outstanding job. They removed all the Algae from my roof and did it In a reasonable time. The crew was very friendly and will have them back again. I would recommend them for anyone who has algae needing removed from their roof.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Brennon and his crew did today! Outstanding! Brennon was very courteous and professional, and they were very meticulous, ensuring they cleaned every part of the house that needed attention. They even cleaned my outdoor patio furniture. What I especially liked was their cleaning process. They use a cleaner and a low-pressure wash to ensure no damage occurs to delicate areas of the home. They were also very prompt and punctual, actually arriving a little ahead of schedule.

I purchased the Big Deal for $250. I knew upfront that I'd have to pay a little extra due to the square footage of my nice and it ended up being around $300 total. I was on the schedule within a week of buying the deal (we had to reschedule once due to storms). They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. They were able to remove moss and algae off of the house that I didn't think was possible. I will be using them again this summer and would recommend them to anyone.

The company owner, Brennon, is personable and professional. The work was performed efficiently and expertly. I highly recommend Soap and Water.

Didn't have to be home, emailed reciept so you could pay online. Very easy and job well done.

Driveway is 1 year old. Approx 1700 sq. ft.They applied degreaser, soap. Let it sit and lift off tire marks and oil. Low pressure washed off drive, which removed most of the dirt. Then used round scrub brushes with pressure jets to scrub driveway (and my porch). Then washed it off. I was able to apply concrete sealer a day later. I let it dry 1 full day. It looks great! I used Saltguard WB ($135 per 5 gal) Took two 5 gal cans/boxes. I sealed my porch as well and I had plenty of product.

Brennon was quick to return my phone call, and within a day I had an estimate to wash my vinyl siding on my home. He dispatched the team and the work was performed within the same week. They did a great job, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this service

Went great. Used this service because it is presented as less damaging than a power wash and washes away mold rather than just blasting it. Bought a new house & wanted to treat the exterior gently. Crew was very prompt, clean, thorough and quick. Making the appointment was pleasant and clear. The house looks great and my neighbors like the results, too! I'm very happy with the service.

We used Soap and Water when we moved in and had a good experience with them washing all the windows in our entire house (we have a very large house and Brennon lives locally and came over and was very personable). I had them come back to do just a few windows last November and they got water on the floor. I did not know that they used hoses to clean the exterior (I think they recently updated their website). We had water get in through our french doors and created significant damage (warping) on our floors. And, unfortunately, Soap and Water's insurance company denied the claim for spurious reasons. While we won't use them again (we have found a service that hand washes windows the old fashioned way (by hand and on ladders) for a comparable price, I won't advise against using them...just make sure you understand that they do not hand wash outside windows--they use a hose to access exterior windows.

Showed up on time. I could not be there, but my adult daughter was. He never left any documentation what was done. Never asked for a signature that the service was acceptable. He left the washer unplugged and the stackable unit was only partially put back into place. I expected better. That is why I use Angies list In response to the contractors reply: In addition, I am still seeing lint blowing out of the duct work so it does not appear he got all of the lint out when cleaning it. I guess I will have to have someone else come and clean it properly. I pushed the stackable unit back in and plugged it back in. Looks like he was in an extreme hurry.
