Soap and Water

We were having family over for the weekend and didnt want them to see our new home with mold and dirt on it. Soap and Water were incredibly responsive, and worked us in in time to have the work done before our family arrived.

This job was a great experience from start to finish. I contacted them via Angie's List and got a prompt response. With just our address, within a couple days I had an estimate (we did not have to schedule an appt...they came out and did the estimate when we were not home). We had an appt to wash the house within a couple days of getting the estimate (could have been sooner had we been available). The gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time and went to work immediately. His work partner was sick that day, so he had to do the entire job himself. It took him 4 hours rather than 2 hours, but it was well worth it! The house looks beautiful. He was even able to remove rust stains on our vinyl siding caused by our watering our landscaping. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. We would absolutely recommend them, and use they again. The price was in line with another estimate we received, actually a little lower. We liked that they did not use pressure to remove debris, but soaked the house with a solution and then rinsed it off. So there was no worries about doing damage to the siding, trim, etc.

Work was performed well and final product was fine. Only negative was they offer an insect treatment that you must buy ahead of time, that must be a series of three treatments for $99 each. If one doesn't do anything I wouldn't want to pay for more treatments.

I contacted the company by phone and reached the owner (Brennan) immediately. He came over that day to provide an estimate. I showed him our "extra" projects and he had no problem doing them and even suggested that we have them change the light bulbs in our very high and hard to reach chandelier. Even though it s their busy time of year, he was able to schedule us within one week. The day of the scheduled service, his team arrived right on time, explained how they would manage the project and then proceeded to provide exemplary service. Brennan and his team were professional and courteous and they did a great job!

That was fine, no complaints. They were efficient, did good work. They came through on their promises and all that stuff.

I was not happy with him. I had to call him back a month later to remind him that I had purchased it. He came out when he wanted to and did not do what I wanted. I wanted him to power wash the house but, he did not ask me what I wanted done. It was not $199 worth of work. I was unhappy with the whole thing. I was not happy with anything. If I had gotten what the deal was, it would have been a good price. He was unresponsive and he took my money.

They were prompt, and left my house in perfect condition and the windows were spotless.

Did an outstanding JOB on the windows .They were very clean and streak free. I would HIGHLY recommend them window cleaning inside or out.

I found Soap + Water through Angie's list and obtained a quote online through their website. I had a couple of questions about the estimate and sent a follow-up email, which was addressed promptly. I liked the online reviews about Soap + Water written on Angie's list and the constant follow through from Soap + Water as I went though the decision making process. Brennon was very responsive and was very accommodating to our schedule. He was able to fit us into his schedule within a weeks time, which worked out great for us. Brennon and his crew arrived on time, did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend using their services as we found it a great value!

Wanted Exterior Windows/Screens washed but was overbooked, so I skipped it, which is fine. Performed job while I was away. Called to tell me he was finished. Upon inspection of his work he missed one entire side of the house. Noticed other side of house was missed - as in a muddy handprint and bird excrement. Gutters looked great. Soffits looked a lot better. Called him back to let him know he missed a few things. He apologized and came back a week later to finish - which was fine with my schedule. Upon inspection there was still a lot of dirt, on the opposite side of the house than the side he missed, and on the porch columns. The dirt I am complaining about was not oxidization - it was green in color - house is baby-blue. He did get this cleaned up fine the second time around. On the side that was missed entirely I could literally take water and rub off the muddy hand-print with my bare hands. There was more dirt but the muddy hand-print was obvious. I didn't call him out again - too much of a hassle. My assumption is that he was overbooked and in too much of a hurry to do a great job in certain spots. The house looked a lot better than before there were just some obvious places missed. Edit: Added descriptions of what the dirt was. I could see the oxidization elsewhere and knew that was the best that could be done.

I called Brandon at Soap&Water about getting my brick walkways (3) and brick patios (1 large and 1 small) power washed. He was able to look at the Google image of my house online and give me an immediate quote of $200. I agreed to the price and he told me that he would come to do the work in about 2 weeks. A little over 2 weeks later (on a Monday), he still hadn't come by to do the work. I called him again and he apologized and said he would be there on Friday. He showed up as promised on Friday and quickly got to work. He moved the patio furniture and large planters that were on the patio. The entire job took him about 2 hours. While he was working on the patio, it started pouring rain, but he simply put on a raincoat and kept on with the power washing. The rain quickly stopped and he finished the job. All the brick looked great after the power washing. Only downside was that some dirt and mulch had sprayed up on to the outside of the patio doors and I had to go outside and clean/dry them off. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and the whole thing took a lot less time than when I have had it done in the past with other companies.

Our house looks like new again! The windows are sparkling (even after two rainfalls), the siding is completely clean, our blinds are dust free and the lighting fixture that hangs in our entryway looks better then when it was first hung. The guys were even nice enough to change the bulbs for me when I asked because there is no way for me to reach them as they are a good 12-14 feet off the ground. Brennan was at our house in the morning to get the job going, and then called and emailed later in the day to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. After seeing what the end result looks like, we will be including window/blind/light fixture cleaning on our annual Spring Cleaning list EVERY year in the future.

While they were delayed because earlier jobs took longer than anticipated, they were fantastic at contacting me well before the scheduled time to give me a change in estimated time of arrival. They kept me apprised of when they would be arriving again when they were on the way to my house. They cleaned the interior and exterior of all of my windows. They are spotless and look beautiful! Everyone was very nice and professional. They were very careful as to not damage any plants in the gardens. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you for the good service!

They are excellent. They are just more money overall. I gave her a chance. I asked them if they wanted to match any prices, but they never responded back so I just let it go. They did it pretty fast.

The first time I called, they were away. The second time I called, I was having problems on my end. They were professional and I do intend on calling them to get the work done.

They brought their own products, and the owner came out with two other people. They did the best job they could. They have also done windows for my neighbor, and several people use them. I used them based on the recommendations on Angie's List. I don't have anything to compare the price to, but I felt satisfied with the price.
