Soap and Water

The service was excellent. My driveway looks like new. I'm very satisfied.

I have used Soap + Water multiple times for power washing. My two neighbors and I hired them for gutter cleaning. They did a great job! My only problem was that they changed the appointment time three times (one was called a mistake on their part), and the crew did not arrive until after 2 PM for a scheduled 1 PM start time. This has not been my experience with Soap + Water, perhaps just an off day. I will emphasize that the services are always done right, and Brennon (owner) emphasizes that the customer doesn't have to be home for the outside work to be done. I'm just one of those who prefers to be on-site.

Company showed up on time and cleaned dryer vents. No issues and I would hire them again.

Everything went extremely well! The two guys arrived at my home ahead of schedule and went right to work. They worked hard and got everything done. The garage is like brand new and I couldn't be happier.

Very good job on powerwashing, and competitively priced. Also got a quote for washing windows but discovered that they were significantly overpriced vs competitors so did not use them for that service.

contacted me within the time frame suggested, pre-scheduled appointment with my knowledge that it may change due to all the rain. Continued to keep me posted due to rain, did get out, DOS may not be actual, but house looks great!!!! I have not ever had it power washed, I have been at my home for over 10 years, and it needed it. Will use again!!!

They were punctual and professional. I initially was unhappy about the screens. They removed them and washed them by hand. They were concerned about my satisfaction and showed that with good customer service.

The siding had some very stubborn stains and Jordan worked very hard to try to get them off. While the stains couldn't be removed completely, the house looks much better and we were very satisfied with the job.

Since my home is Stucco there is an uncharge of $80.00. They had to use a chemical and low pressure to avoid damaging the surface. This takes more time, and time is money for a business, so I thought it only fair and agreed to pay the uncharge. The house was noticeably cleaner from I and my neighbors could see. There are a lot of flowers around my home and there was minimal damage to them from the chemical. The workers took care not to tromp all over the flowers. I have to clean all of my window as they all have spots from the rinse not being effective enough, but that is to be expected, I am sure. Overall I am happy with the results.

We purchased a deal for a deluxe home washing. The owner was very professional and responsive to messages and phone calls. Scheduling was tricky due to the weather not cooperating, but they were able to take care of us within a few weeks after purchase. The day of our cleaning, a two employee team arrived and let me know that they were going to start working. They were professional, polite and even played a bit with my two girls through the windows. Almost immediately after the service was complete, the owner called to ask how things went. The siding looked better than it had in years! The only thing that wasn't perfect was that our windows are pretty spotted. I notified the owner about this and he said that he was aware and that they are working to remedy the issue. All in all a positive experience.

Brennon and his staff did an excellent job. Initial contact was via email, and their response was prompt and thorough. Work was scheduled for two weeks out, but they had an opening and actually did the work a week earlier than originally confirmed. The entire crew was courteous and respectful of our property, and actually cleaned some areas that were not included in the original scope of work. I would definitely recommend Soap and Water; our roof looks as good as new!

The service was wonderful. Brennon called the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were prompt and very friendly. While it wasn't required I did greet them just so I could point out a cracked window on the 2nd story. They were very careful in that area. The entire job took less than 45 minutes and Brennon asked if I'd like to inspect everything before they left. I did walk around the entire house and had absolutely no complaints. The house looked great once again. I was concerned that it had accumulated more dirt than normal but I was assured the state was normal. It was suggested I have it cleaned every couple years but frequency was totally up to me. I will definitely use Soap and Water for future cleanings and highly recommend them.

The person that I spoke with was honest and incredibly helpful. He provided a thorough explanation of dryer vent cleaning. My dryer is in the basement and the entire thing is visible. He suggested simply replacing the vent (maybe $50) rather than cleaning it ($129). He could have sold me something I didn't really need. Instead, he suggested a much cheaper solution that I can probably handle myself. I really appreciate his honesty. I will definitely use this company if I need any of their other services. Thank you.

The owner responded promptly to my Angie's List request. Appt. time was very flexible. Technician was prompt, friendly and answered any questions I had before starting. He did a great job and cleaned up everything after the service. We will be using them again.

It went fine. The provide got a lot of lint out of the vent and told us to have it cleaned every other year.

Fantastic. Called in the morning, and they were able to fit me in the same day! They returned our front porch back to new! I spent about 90+ minutes 2-days prior trying to clean it myself with bleach & water. Please, don't waste your personal time, just call them. I am very, very satisfied!

Called for an estimate on Monday and they showed up on Tuesday. The house wasn?t all that dirty but there was some mold growing that I just couldn?t take anymore. They took care of the mold and the house looks great.

The provider was professional, the owner came out to make sure I was 100% satisfied and if something came up they would come backout. Good follow thru. The windows were nice and clean!

Washing looks great. Very through. I was concerned the windows (which we did not have washed) might have water spots or streaks but my concerns were unfounded - windows also look great!

Both the owner, Brennon, and employees, James (ex-military), and Robie, were super nice, highly responsive and totally professional. The job was easy to schedule, they showed up on time, and completed the job to my satisfaction. They even went the extra mile and completed a small area on garage roof that was not part of the estimate. They just wanted to make sure that the job was done right. Awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend them for roof cleaning as they do not use any pressure washing so as to protect the roof shingles. The roof looks great. Thanks for an excellent job.
