Brennen arrived on-time with one of the best attitudes regarding customer service I've encountered in a long, long time. Given that we're on top of the not-so-hot seasons for weather in Ohio, I decided to just have the interior windows done at this time. Of particular note is that Brennen was incredibly careful in moving throughout the house, moving what needed to be moved in order to accommodate the high ladder that was required to be used in cleaning the high windows in the two-story rooms. This was of great interest to me, as I have hesitated for some time with regard to having this service performed. Simply put, I had concerns that cleaning solution would get slopped onto walls, furniture and walls would get nicked due to the equipment he had to use. In short, I had qualms that a window cleaner wouldn't be as careful as I. After watching him for about 10 minutes those worries went away, and he completed his work without incident - an indication of his being truly professional and sensitive to the homeowner's desires.

There was only one guy who came out. He was conscientious. He took his shoes off and he sprayed something on the windows. He took care while cleaning so that there was no mess around the house. He was very nice, efficient and friendly.

Brennan is very proffesional. He came when he said he would. The windows look perfect.

Brennon cleaned our windows last year that were very dirty. We had him back this year to clean them and they look even better.

Brennon is a terrific representative of his entrepreneurial business. He is a consummate professional who not only can get the job done well, but also knows how to brand his enterprise. he was terrific throughout the entire cycle--from estimate and initial sale all the way through project completion. Brennon takes personal pride in his work and well he should. The windows sparkle and the feeling of "crisp and clean" has permeated our home environment. My family are all thrilled with how wonderful the house looks. I highly recommend this industrious young businessman to all of my New Albany neighbors!

The price was fair, maybe a little more expensive than the others but his attention to detail was worth extra. The man that does the work is the owner operator. He has registered himself with the local police department so you are able to call and check on his clean record; no worry involved with him being in your home. While he was here at my home I asked him to do a few other things like clean a ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling, take down some fallen shingles while he was on the roof, and powerwash the garage door - he did it all without charging me extra. He uses all green products so no harsh chemicals were spread around the house. He cleaned up after himself well and did great work for us. I would not hesitate to have him back in the house. If there were such a thing as an A+ rating I would definitely give it to him.

The windows were spotless and Brennon did an amazing job! It took a bit longer than was originally estimated, but Brennon stuck with it.
