They did a really good job. They were reasonable and did an excellent job. They got the entire mold off. We also got their coupon.

They arrived on time and were quite professional in appearance and attitude. However, I had not been told that their "special" way of cleaning involved using filtered water with no squeegee/cloth polishing. The result was badly spotted windows. When I complained they returned and spot cleaned some areas, but since they used the same method the result was the same. I will definitely not use them again.

As explained above, the work was very thorough and professional. They responded to my purchase of the Big Deal the same day, and were quite flexible with my schedule They arrived when they said they would, and completed the work in about the time they suggested it would take. They offered the suggestion to install the lint monitor on my dryer vent, which I consider a safety issue, since many house fires are started by overIoaded vents. I have already recommended this company to friends, since I was more than pleased with the result.

The window cleaners were punctual, courteous, and effective. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 hours. I am very pleased with the work they performed, our windows sparkle!

The weather didn't cooperate for the first scheduled date (it's January and we're in Ohio) and the date date was quickly rescheduled.

The young man is a franchisee owner operator of this business. He was prompt, professional, detail-oriented and this work was spotless. He has a patented, self-contained system that works from the ground, and can be arranged where water service is not available. My windows were sparkling clean for once in my 10 years there. Clean windows and removed window screens did wonders for the amount of light inside the house while we showed it for sale.

We saw the great reviews and angies list deal for a whole house washing. We also knew a few of our neighbors had used Soap & Water to have their homes cleaned as well. I called and LM for Brennan and he called right back. He came out the next day and did an estimate for the windows. He gave us an incredible deal on washing the whole house 3000+ sq feet, the windows and all of the screens. We recently moved in to the home and it is roughly 15 years old and we are confident the home or windows had never been professionally cleaned. He was able to fit us in 3 days later and was there on time, as promised. He also called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work!! VERY PLEASED!

Just moved here from Cincinnati and used Angie's List to find a window cleaner for my new home and found New Albany Window Cleaning. The owner was willing to come and clean the windows the very next day. The overall price was quite expensive when compared to the comparable services in Cincinnati. That being said, the professionalism, punctuality and thoroughness of the employee far exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use this company in the future. I have investigated window cleaning costs for the Columbus area and found that the prices are higher here in Columbus when compared to Cincinnati.

I emailed New Albany Window Cleaning to get a rough estimate to have my windows cleaned. I emailed over the weekend and had a response within a couple of hours. And then I inquired about what hours they worked. After coordinating my work calendar I scheduled them for a couple of weeks later. They arrived to the house a little early, introduced themselves and explained what was happening. I had just arrived home from work and hadn't done any prep work - blinds and curtains still up, etc. and they just rolled with the punches. They even worked well with my helpful Golden Retriever who wanted to be everywhere they went. After removing screens, Brennon worked outside first and his partner got started on the inside. One thing I appreciated is that they came with their own water/cleaning solution. No need to hook up to my hose. Not that it's a big deal to do that, but to me it was a sign of the quality they put into their business. I have one high window in my entry way that I don't know if I've ever cleaned and Brennon got up there and cleaned that too. When all the windows were done they went back through and looked at everything inside/outside and wiped out all of the tracks. There were no spots and my windows sparkled. All of my windows were done in less than an hour. So worth it to not have to spend most of a day to clean my windows!

The owner of the company cleaned the windows himself and did a beautiful job. He is very friendly and easy to work with.

Brennon was a real professional, uncommonly mature for someone of his young age. He absolutely went above and beyond to meet our expectations to provide excellent service in a timely manner.

The company is outstanding. He was on time, friendly, respected out home, and I think he went beyond the call of duty. It seemed like he did a lot of work for the price. He is a really nice person. I would certainly use them again in the future.

This is my follow-on in the series of excellent marks I'll provide via this report for Brennon and his services. It's difficult to go beyond what I've written before; suffice it to say, his work was outstanding....once again. So, at the risk of sounding ho-hum, it was just another great job. (And no, we're not related, I am not a busines partner, and we haven't been friends from high school). Seriously, I am very appreciative of the work Brennon does, and will definitely use him again.

Brennen is amazing! Great with the cleaning (expected) and great with our 4-year-old son, who was always underfoot, but Brennen treated him like he was his own child. Fun for all. And, did I mention, the work was done in a prompt, proficient, and professional manner? It simply doesn't get any better than this.
