The provider was very knowledgeable about computers. I thought he tried all he knew. However, I think he should have suggested we call ATT at that point. That would have saved time and money. I don't know what all he did in the shop, but I lost my photo album library and artwork. I no longer had word perfect and some other files. In view of the programs and files I lost and the fact that I believe the modem ought to have been checked during the first trip. I was not as pleased with all the extra work I had to do to get a new modem and get help trying to find my lost files. TO BE HONEST> There are so many computer repairman offering on line or at site repair, I don't know how to tell who's good and who's taking you for a money ride. The same is true of all the virus software, check you computer software ,etc.. My impression of this provider was that he was honest, competent, ethical, and tried his best. I gave him a $20 tip for talking to the ATT man by phone. I also learned that I ought to have been more specific about saving my files and programs. It is very easy to lose them and expensive and hard to get them.

I screwed up and took my computer back to square one. They helped me online get back on track.They were so understanding and helpful. I would for sure use them again and I would give them an A+. jill kubursi

I have been trying to call anybody that would come to my house and check out my PC after I couldn’t get it started off. They were the only company that contacted me very quickly and I didn’t get hold of anybody else. They were here the same day and the guy couldn’t get the PC to start when it was here and took it to the shop and returned it later that day because there had been a power outage here and it caused something to go wrong with the PC. It was really amazing that they haven’t charged me for an hour’s worth of work. They were outstanding.

They sent someone out within 30 minutes of my call. He was prompt, polite, gave me a card, worked on the computer and did everything he could to solve the problem. I would call them again.

The technician arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. My computer ran much faster afterwards.

Larry did an outstanding job of diagnosing a computer that started having problems. While the work was covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the firm also took on a follow-up job. Highly recommended! Their location is easy to get to. If you're driving from Columbus on Route 161, take the second New Albany exit, and it's very close to the exit.

I walked in with a broken keyboard, they immediately started working on it, and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. They were quick friendly and didn't charge me anything!

We have used PSee solutions at least 3 times before this contact and would definitley use them again. This time our problem was caused by installing a new router for our home nework. We were able to connect all of our devices, however we could not get the printer to respond to print requests from the remote devices. It was responding to scan requests so we knew that there was some ability to communicate, but could not figure out why it wasn't recognizing the print requests. I called PSeeSolutions and Avi Gabbay took the call. We gave him remote access to our computer and in less than 5 minutes (most of which was for setting up the access), he fixed the problem. We literally had been messing with this ourselves for a day and a half. He did not charge us for this services. We appreciated his help. We also took a laptop in to the shop for a "tune-up" earlier this year and met some of the staff. Everyone there was very pleasant, interested in our issues and certainly all seemed to be interested in their work and in customer service.

I was very pleased with their service. Made a house call It was a problem with the internet company not the computer. He even went out of his was and called the internet company and set up an appointment. I would use him again in the future and recommend them to anyone

Avi is very responsive and professional. He helped me last year with another network problem and I would hire him again.

My laptop screen was not working. They gave me an estimate to replace a cable that was the likely cause. When it was finished, they discovered a loose connection was the problem. As a result my repair cost was less than I was expecting. They were friendly, helpful and honest.

They are an outstanding company. Everyone that works there is very accommodating for their customers.

When the tech left he said he had fixed my computer, but when I logged on I noticed I still had several corrupted files. Since I was still having trouble I reached out to them and they fixed it by remote. That still did not resolve my issue so I called them once more and the tech was very rude when I brought that to his attention. He said he would try to fix it by remote one last time for no charge and when that did not solve the problem he said that was all they could do. I went with another company and they were able to fix it right up for me. I paid $199.00 to PC Guru and now have a two year maintenance service with them, I am glad PC Guru was able to fix what PSeeSolutions could not.

Everything is working well. Old computer but runs better than it did before!

They are very customer service oriented and are timely in their response.

We took our computer to their office where tune up was performed. Later they did follow up by hooking up to our computer while it was at our home. Courteous. Reasonable

My computer crashed after a couple of weeks from being serviced by PSEE. I was anxious that my data would not be recoverable and lost. After some MAGIC, they were able to recover all my data and replace my hard drive. I also received an unsolicited discount for the service since it was only a short time since I had my pc serviced. This effort showed me that they were a professional organization who values the relationship they have with their clients. I will definitely continue using PSEE Solutions!!

Overall it went very well. They figured out what the problem was fairly quickly and downloaded some software that eliminated the problem.
