I called the shop and Avi answered the phone. I told him my problem and since Christmas was the next day he would visit my home on December 26. Avi came as promised. The explanation and correction of the problem was excellent and after his visit I knew I had found the right computer service with the correct person to answer my computer request. I would recommend contacting Avi if ever you have a problem.

This has been a FANTASTIC experience! Fast, Professional service from all 4 people I worked with. Larry, especially, spent a lot of time with me, did the most Thorough "tuneup" I have probably EVER had, taught me a lot, and are keeping in touch with the documented Outlook problem and progress on such by Microsoft. We even discussed changing from Bitdefender to Eset when I move to new computers next year. Oh, and pricing is VERY Reasonable! I wish I would have called this company a long time ago. Next year they will help me analyze which computers will be best for my Investment and Tax business and install them. They have a lot of fantastic reviews because THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!

Excellent service. Ryan came to my house and showed me what was needed after 10 years of use. He explained everything since I am a senior person who knows nothing about computers and has a disability of hearing loss. I wanted to keep my old desk top computer so it needed to be refurbished. They loaded all my information onto the repaired computer plus other stuff I did not have, delivered it to my home and Ryan set everything up for me with an explanation.

PSee Solutions was responsive and did a thorough job at a good price. Will definitely work with them again and highly recommend.

Ty solved it in a couple hours. Amazing. I spent a couple weeks on it on and off and wasted a lot of time (because I'm a technical person that can fix anything, right?). This was the best money spent and I wont hesitate coming back. Thanks Ty!

My laptop wouldn’t boot up, and a diagnostic test indicated a hard drive failure. I found PSee Solutions on Angie’s List. I called them in the morning and Michelle suggested I bring the laptop to their New Albany shop. Avi quickly determined that the hard drive wasn’t completely dead or corrupted. Not the catastrophe I initially feared! He recommended installing a new hard drive, transferring the old data and installing software. The job was completed by 4:00 PM the same day! Without prompting, they applied the Angie’s List member discount to my invoice. PSee Solutions is the best!

I used them in the past and their customer sevice has always been outstanding and today they went above and beyond.

My desktop PC locked and everything I tried failed to solve the problem. I called and dropped off my PC on Sat. By 1 PM on Monday they had fixed the issue which was a conflict with my antivirus which they had to remove. They gave me two better choices for a new antivirus, one of which was free. They even install the antivirus I chose. I was thrilled with my experience.

They worked on my PC for two days and still gave me the Angie"s list price for a tune up. Very professional and just nice people to deal with. It was great finding a local company to work on my PC. It was purchased in Florida from a company that built it for me so finding PSee Solutions was wonderful. Did not try to sell me anything, helped with some issues I was having and cleaned up my PC. The kind of company I want to deal with.

Great! I needed a new computer and he guided me on which one would be best for my situation. He told me to look at Costco to get a great price and a beast of a machine. There were a few things that came up once I got the machine back but Avi responded right away and took care of it. I am a perfectionist in my profession and its nice to see there are still others out there striving to be the best!

they ran diagnostics and checked for any serious problems, and not finding any, tweaked a couple of the settings related to the "sleep" and "hibernate" settings and then thoroughly tested it over and over to be sure it was working properly before sending it back home with me. Then they told me there was no charge for the service.

I wouldn't use anyone else for pc problems!

They replaced the screen a laptop. Their customer service stood out. There were two things. They were very knowledgable about the service they provided and the customer service was very good.

Everything went smoothly. They took control of the PC and cleaned everything up, and called me when everything was complete.

Avi's team diagnosed the issue and contacted several suppliers to find a replacement screen for my laptop. Even though I eventually elected not to proceed with the repair due to the high manufacturer's cost of the replacement parts, Avi suggested connecting the laptop to an external monitor and using it as a desktop machine, which was something I hadn't considered before. Communication was great throughout the process. I will definitely use PSee the next time I have a computer repair!

Since the day I bought this computer it could not "go to sleep". It would always turn itself on every hour or so. That problem seems to be fixed now. My computer goes to sleep and stays asleep like a normal computer. Thank you guys.

Bad advice from another company's representative led to the loss of some important data. PSee's techs were able to restore it. We have used their services several times in the past, and have always been pleased.

Angie's List recommended this company to me and I decided to take a chance. I called PSeeSolutions to set up two printers wirelessly and to fix three computers. My Windows 10 wouldn't work properly. Joseph, one of the techs, came out and he is fantastic. He fixed my son's computer, which we thought would never work again! We thought we'd need to get a new computer instead. Joseph got everything set up and it works really well.
