They did a great job and they did it quickly. There was nothing bad. They were very helpful. They told me right away that it wasn't really worth fixing my computer. I went on a Saturday because they're open on a Saturday. If I have been able to get there a little earlier, they would have been able to get it done that day. They had it done on Monday. After work, I was able to pick it up. It took them less than one day to do it. I was very pleased with the service. I was thrilled with how quickly they were able to do it.

I did not like them. They tried to clean things up a little bit but all the problems came back. I opted to go to E-Squad. I think these guys are from India.

I contacted this company for the second time to handle my computer IT for my small business. The owner won over my team stating he would have a responsible and professional team that would be available when we needed and would be reliable knowing that a major component of our business was travel which would not be a 9-5 time frame. This would not mean that service would be routine, but it would be possible in the case of an emergency. The first time the company lost the contract due to the sales persons statement that they would not provide services after 5 and on weekends without exceptions. When the team came to start the services, we were informed that problems that happened after 5 or on weekends "wouldnt happen" with respect to their service or availability. That may be ok for bigger companies but I have yet to have a convienient computer issue. The lead technician was both smug and direct about the fact there was no way he was going to be working at night or weekends. This directly contradicted the owners comments to my team. I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt and contacted the owner directly. After a few emails and no phone connections I received a bill for 400 dollars for the hour of work I got from the team that came in and no further information about the contract that was up in the air nor any further communication. I write this as my inclination to give this company the benefit of the doubt was due to their AL ratings, this needs to be balanced with the fact that they are probably excellent for folks who can work with their schedule, but they cannot support small businesses with typical retail or executive hours so be aware and move on.

I had had problems with programs being loaded onto my laptop that I hadn't requested, then I couldn't get them to delete. I was also concerned that some of these programs had included viruses or other invasive programs on my computer. I called that morning and they said I could bring my computer over that day. I took it to them in the afternoon, they gave me a base price, but said if there were other problems it could be more. (They also gave me the Angie's List discount) I was leaving town that evening for work and assumed I'd need to leave it with them while I was gone. They said they could have it for me before I left at 4 PM. Turned out no viruses, etc. and they removed the adware. Very nice to work with and helped me out with completing the work that day!

We first used PseeSolutions in early 2014. Our laptop was running slowly and we kept getting the "Blue Screen of Death". PSeeSolutions restored "cleaned up" the laptop, and restored speed, performance. Since that time, we have not received the Blue Screen of Death. They showed us and explained all that they did to the laptop. Several weeks later, we had an issue with the wireless mouse. We took the mouse and laptop to PseeSolutions. They figured out the problem with the mouse, and took care of the repair on the spot as we waited. Although, it was not related to the prior work they did on the laptop, they did not charge us. Several months later, we lost access to the router. We took the laptop to PSeeSolutions about 45 minutes before they were to close on a Saturday. We expected to drop the laptop off for the repair, and pick it up at a later date. They looked at it right away, and discovered there were rooting malware and viruses on the computer. They took care of the repair as we waited even though it required them to stay 25 minutes beyond their closing time. While they were repairing the laptop, they were explaining what they were doing and explaining some of the various items that appeared on the screen. We started to pay them, but they said there would be no charge since they did not have to run the full diagnostics. Every person we have encountered at PSeeSolutions has always been very professional, courteous, and has patiently answered any questions we have had. We will always use them for our computer repairs, and highly recommend them.

They were friendly, called when they said they would and were quick with correcting my problem.

They tuned up my laptop and returned it to me the same day. Runs like new!

It went very well. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. I took my lap top in to them, they gave me an estimate and did exactly what they said they would for the price.

As usual, the fixes were timely and solved my problems. My IMAC and MAC Book run like a charm now. PSEE came to my house and made a few fixes in the shop for me. As I'm moving from PCs to Apple products they have been a tremendous help.

It very well. Their services were in a class all by themselves. They did a lot of work for me.

I got them through Angie's List, and they were just horrible. I think everybody should be informed about them, because they totaled my PC. In the end they paid me back some money, but the whole thing was just a nightmare.

I am not great with computers but he came within the hour I called. He spoke very well, explained everything, fixed it and it's worked ever since. I was very pleased with the service.

The router problem was addressed within 15 minutes of our call. The technician, Cort, came out and made some adjustments to the system. He went through each computer and backed out the unhelpful update, and changed our settings to be certain we wouldn't have the problem any longer. He also suggested some helpful anti-virus software. We had one worthless laptop, we thought due to age and memory. Seems it had a virus! Actually, within minutes he had it tuned up and it is working well, again.

I dropped my computer off at their shop. They called me and told me I have a virus. They told me the cost and I approved the repair. Within 24 the computer was repaired and ready for pick up. Supurb service!

Since I needed the laptop for work, I was grateful for the prompt and efficient service.

Set up an appointment for Saturday morning to 'remote connect' to the technician. Very nice person and he promptly accessed my computer and told me he was going to work on it for a bit and would call me back to let me know the process was complete. However, as I could see my computer screen it seemed like he would start a process, the process would complete and no next step was initiated. I called back, and was told that he had gotten busy elsewhere and he started the next process. But again, the process completed and no next step was initiated. After 3 hours of the start-and-stop process [and 3 phone calls by me to 'prompt' him into action], the result was that my computer was still not working properly and I was given an offer to bring it down to the shop to be looked at. Down side..... felt like I had wasted a good portion of a Saturday. Plus side... I was not charged for the service.

It went very well - Larry worked on this computer after his quitting time, and came back later in the evening to finish it up. Even left me a note on notepad telling me what he had done and if there were any more issues, to call back and let them know. this company is the BEST!!!

Everything turned out really well. I was satisfied with their work.

They were great. I am a returning customer, and they did the quick fix at no cost to me.

They were able to extend the life of my old computer for about another year. They were very professional and timely. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had an issue with my laptop computer. There is a crack in the frame around the screen and at certain times the screen will blink on and off. I took the computer to PSee Solutions after checking Angie's List. They were great! They kept the computer for 2 days and tested it to try to recreate the problem. They found no issues and said that the crack in the frame was only cosmetic...didn't affect the performance. They cleaned up the computer and gave it back to me. And true to their advertising, the diagnosis was free! They were very nice to deal with and answered my questions without fail. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any type of computer repair or help.

Again, Courtney was great. He deleted temporary Internet files we thought were already deleted. As a result of his work, our computer is working much faster now. I would highly recommend P See Solutions. I will call them with any future needs.

They did a great job taking the laptop apart and making sure that the laptop was clean inside. They even cleaned out dust build-up inside. They have always been more than fair on their prices. They quoted my $89 which I willingly agreed to, but they did not charge me anything when they were done because they thought the spill inside was minor. WOW!!!

Found PSee on Angie's List when my older desktop computer was running ridiculously slow. I wanted them to clean everything off and reinstall Windows7 for me which they said they could do within a couple days and it would be $89.. When they got into it,they found a few more things wrong that would need repair in order to make a reinstall work....spoke over the phone, no pressure,gave me time to think about it and then gave me what I feel was a fair assessment of whether it was worth fixing or not. When I decided not to fix it, and asked about cleaning it in order to recycle it, they offered to do that for me at no charge. I was so surprised...they even offered to consult over the phine should I be shopping for a new computer and have questions! Very courteous, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend and woukd go back to them again!

They did a very good job. They made my computer run significantly faster. It was worth the money.
