Description of Work: I have an arrangement where PSee can control/fix my computer from their office. It didn't work this time so they sent a tech to my house the next day. It only took a couple of minutes to fix. Whether by phone or live I've used the company several times in the last couple of years and will continue to do so. They are very competent and always polite and never make me feel really ignorant about computers...which I am! | |I'm not sure of the date, but I believe it was March 8th.

Description of Work: Within 24 hours we had an appointment scheduled for PSee to remove viruses and generally clean up my computer. I have had a question or 2 since then, when I call back they are so profesional and patient with me even though my service was complete.

Description of Work: Replaced the motherboard in a desktop and did a remote tune up on a laptop. Excellent results on both counts.

Description of Work: The first time I took my computer to them they did an overall clean up and tune up. The second time was to get rid of some malware I couldn't delete. Both times they were excellent. Wonderful personable people who understood my financial limitations. They helped me save money and cleaned up my computer. They are now my "go to" for my computer issues. I have recommened them to 2 friends so far.

They have saved me from the black screen of death, helped me with managing videos on my computer, provided checkup services and advice. They are always so nice and easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and quick. It's nice to have a company that is both professional and trustworthy to work with.

Description of Work: Larry Trout helped me with mycomputer - couldn't open any PDF files. He took it seemed like hours trying to figure out what was wrong and finally determined that my operating system had been corrupted for months. He completed the repairs in a very acceptable amount of time and continued to assist with other problems after that repair. He was very patient with me and educated me as we went along. He was courteous and helpful throughout the process. I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received.
