Avi was prompt and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and what he did not know immediately he found out for us. His cost was not on an hourly basis, which for figuring out computers is a good thing. I will use him again if I need him.

I turned on my PC one day and got a message that it could not find the Operating System. I am totally at a loss when it comes to what to do with a computer so I turned to Angie's list for help and read the reports for PC solutions and felt I could trust this company. I was not disappointed! I called Avi, explained the situation and he said he could help me with this and set up a time to come to my home to look at it. Since it would take a couple of hours to diagnose the problem, he took it with him. He did offer to leave me a computer in the interim, but since I also have a laptop, that was not necessary. He kept in touch via e-mail informing me of his progress and letting me know how much things would cost. I was very pleased with the whole experience. He worked around my schedule in coming to my home to pick up the computer and return it and making sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

Unlike many other computer repair specialists, PSee Solutions also services Macs. I explained the problem and Avi told me the most likely possibilities. He came to my home, picked up my Mac and ran it through his diagnostics. He explained it was the power unit which fortunately, was my least costly option. Within a week, a new part was in and replaced. Avi let the machine run for 24 hours to make sure it had been fixed. He delivered the machine back to me.

Great! He was very helpful and is very knowledgeable about computer systems. He was able to give us suggestions about things to avoid and security measures to take with our three children when they use the home computer. Avi was also helpful over the phone with computer information when we would have brief computer questions.

Avi arrived promptly for his first appointment and explained thoroughly what the process would be for determining the computer's problems. He kept us informed as to what was happening each step of the way. When the repairs were done, he was again in returning the computer and took time again to describe the repairs. He also took the time to discuss possible future upgrades to this computer and another computer that may also need some work. My daughter (our computer geek) was very impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge of her computer's needs.

PSEE promptly responded to my request to install a printer. This should normally be an easy job, but for some reason my computer was not permitting the install. PSEE was persistent in uncovering the problem. Avi is calm, knowledgeable, friendly and very service oriented. I will definitely use PSEE again in the future.

Excellent service. Consultation over the phone and was able to communicate information effectively. Free loaner computer. Arrived at the house picked up the computer had it back the next day in less than 24 hours. Price was what he quoted. Seamless transaction. Highly recommend.

First, I talked with Avi on the phone about my laptop problems. In less that 24 hours, he came to my house, picked up my laptop, and took it to his lab to investigate what was going on. The problems were not simple. I have a graduate degree in computer science and could not figure it out. Avi figured out the problem and taught me new things in the process. I DEFINITELY would use him again, and recommend him to others. He was EXTREMELY very knowledgeable, friendly, quick turn-around, and not expensive.

Overall this was a surprisingly great experience. I say surprisingly because of my past experience with computer repairs. I usually get frustrated because I don't really understand what the issue is and what the company is doing to fix it. This time the technician really listened to me and explained in terms I could understand what the issues were and what my choices were to fix them.

There was a virus on our computer sending out other virus' through our e-mail. Avi came to my home at a time that worked for me and he had to take our computer with him. He brought a computer for us to use while he worked on ours. After eliminating the virus he installed Norton spyware at our request, scanned the computer for other viruses and cleaned the computer inside and out. The computer ran very slowly due to the spyware and the age of our computer. We discussed solutions to this problem and as a result he added additional memory to our computer. He has also continued to be a helpful resource when I have been unable to accomplish a computer task due to my lack of computer knowledge.
