Avi arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He accomplished what he needed to efficiently and also cleared away some extra stuff that was slowing down my computer.

I called Avi on a Saturday and he set up an appointment for Monday at 10am. He arrived early and got to work right away. Avi was able to detect 4 viruses on my computer that I was not aware of. Afterwards, Avi was able to network my printer downstairs to my computer so that I could print at multiple locations. I was very satisfied with the service and everything that was done to the computer was explained in depth so that I could understand. Highly recommend for hire!

Avi was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He made a great initial impression by driving across town to pick up my laptop and continued great service throughout the entire process. To cut a long-story-short, my computer required a whole new screen and Avi was very upfront and explained that it was not cost-effective to repair the computer. Not only did he return my computer to me, but he also gave me excellent recommendations on where I could purchase comparable computers at very reasonable prices. This up-front honesty can sometimes be hard to come by, and I will be sure to take all of my computer service needs back to Avi.

Avi came to our house the very same day I called him and he arrived right at the time he said he would be there. He assessed the computer and concluded that we would need to have the monitor replaced. Since my daughter was returning to college in a few days and he knew she needed the computer, he took care of it right away and made several trips to our house to pick up the computer and then to return it. He was always punctual and professional. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely use Avi's services again in the future.

We were having some problems with our new computer that came with the Windows Vista operating system and with our wireless network at home. Avi was very prompt for the appointment and was able to modify the system to better perform. He also reset the wireless router to work with our old laptop computer.

Our computer got infected with a very nasty virus then crashed completely. We thought we lost all of our files. Avi was able to save them all. (Yea Avi). I called at 9:30 pm for an appointment thinking I would leave a message and Avi answered the phone. He was able to come to our home the very next day while he was here we had him set up a router and network and diagnose our ill computer. He needed to take our CPU for the crashed computer and even offered to leave us a computer so we would not be without one (Now that is Customer Service). Avi is a complete professional with a personal touch we will recommend him to all our family and friends. He was very patient and explained everything in terms we could understand.

Contacted Avi by phone regarding Internet Explorer errors that I had never previously encountered on my home PC. He was extremely helpful and suggested a quick, easy fix for me to try first. I tried his suggestion and it has worked fine since. I am most appreciative of Avi's suggested fix and willingness to save me the expense of on-site repair. Avi was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I will not hesitate to contact him again for any future PC needs. Thank you!!

They contacted me back via email within 15 minutes of sending out requests. We set a date and time, and they were there early. He was able to complete the networking of my computers and printers and cleaned up some other issues we were having with the computers. He was very professional and will use again and recommend without hesitation.

Well within the hour, he quickly diagnosed the issues and had the network up and running to include testing it successfully throughout the house. Provided some helpful IT advice along the way. Gave the advertised Angie's List discount without me even asking. I had struggled to do the work myself several times beforehand and am very happy with the results.

Mr. Gabbay arrived at the time he stated and did an outstanding job. He explained what was needed to make my computer run faster and added the extra memory, plus I wanted a CD burner which he also installed on the same visit, and he cleaned up things that were making the computer run slower. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and he does not charge extra for coming to your place.
