This company is fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has computer issues. Not only does he go beyond what you are asking him, but he is ready and willing to do a followup to make sure all issues are complete. I had to call him on a Sunday morning for a minor problem, and he spent time with me, while his children were in the background wanting their daddy's attention. He is FANTASTIC!!!!

My wireless access was spotty at best. Sometimes there would be a strong connection, and too many times it would drop the connection completely. After Avi made his changes, access has been very good. The network is working fine.

He was great: made the first appointment within a day of so of my call and came to my house for the diagnostic evaluation of my laptop. Because my computer is older, he didn't have the RAM I needed with him at the time -- so this meant he didn't charge me any additional fee in labor, time, or house call when he came back two weeks later to actually install the RAM. It was all included in the original $89 diagnostic fee, minus the 10% Angie's List discount. The only other thing I paid was for the actual RAM hardware itself. While he was here, he addressed various other minor problems I was having (like figuring out why the sound wasn't working) at no extra charge. I was very impressed all the way around. He is friendly, patient, trustworthy, and easy to work with.

He fixed it. He also said it would run faster with more RAM. He put more RAM in and it did run faster.

Avi is fantastic! Not only is he friendly, but he did not charge me for the time he spent examining my computer remotely from his computer to determine a different problem. I recommend PSEESOLUTIONS highly and without reservation. We will call again if we have any problems.

Due to my previous experiences before calling Avi, I was about ready to get a new computer. My experience with the one repair shop was terrible. They ran up a large diagnostic bill with no identification or resolution of the issue. I had to protest vehemently as they wanted to charge more to keep guessing! With pressure from the store manager, I prevailed in getting my money back, but the department manager was so rude, I would never recommend them. Moved on to another computer repair shop. They were more customer friendly, but ran up a big bill for me, again, without identifying the problem. Advised by the tech of the logical process he was following, I spent over $200, and stopped when he advised re-installing my operating system. I later discussed my dissatisfaction with the service manager and when I protested that I got no results, he confirmed that they charge for the time, not for any result. I advised him I would no longer do business there. PSEE Solutions was quite a contrast. For a charge of only $89, he identified and solved the problem in short order, maybe a half hour. I didn't need to drive to a store or even be without my computer, as he did it all at my home. When another glitch occurred after he left, he resolved that via his Instant Housecall system, with no additional charge. He even continues to occasionally answer my computer questions (I'm a novice) with no additional cost. So, not only does he know his stuff, but he's a pleasure to have in your home. We visited and chatted while he worked, and it was like having a friend drop in, he was so personable. Also, he is very easygoing and patient when asked to explain something. And he responds very promptly to calls for service. So of the $229, $89 was to solve my problem, additional was for added memory and a new security system. What a great deal and I got to keep my current computer. It now runs fast and problem-free.

He arrived early, which was such a pleasant surprise. He was so professional and efficient. I was so impressed. He knew exactly what I needed and made sure everything was done correctly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He even was so nice with my dog, who wanted attention the entire time he was working.

Avi Arrived on time, was knowledgeable and helpful, and was generous with his time.

Sent an e-mail to Avi explaining my problem. He phone back within an hour and took over control of my computer and resloved the problem. This wasn't easy and he spent a good couple of hours to fix this. Avi was very knowlwdgeable and would highly use and recommend his services at any time.

The experience was positive. Avi is good natured and is good at what he does. It turned out that Avi had to reinstall Windows XP [wipe everything clean]. Thankfully, I had been able to back up data [Avi checked with me before he took this aggressive step]. He also advised me on which AntiVirus tool to use. I ended up buying Norton AntiVirus 2009 from Amazon for $35. Avi said that it will slow down the web experience somewhat but said that it was a reasonable tool. He discouraged me from investing in the Norton 360 in that the tool does not deliver performance commensurate with the price.

I liked that he was able to do this at my house. He was incredibly helpful and informative. He gave me some reasons for the cause of the problem. He gave advice on how to protect my PC. He followed up in the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Avi Gabbay was excellent. He really knows his stuff and explains everything in easy to understand detail. I have not filled in the price yet because I have not been billed. He wants to wait to bill me until we know the issue is not happening anymore. Very professional and has been added to my speed dial!!

Responded quickly and walked me through what to do should issue with my Outlook occur again.

Avi did a great job working with our computers. Set up wireless networking on 2 computers. The other laptop refused to set up correctly and had a hard drive failure after installing an update. Avi took the laptop with him to download all the files on an external drive. Went through Dell under warranty and was sent a new hard drive. Avi installed no charge and got the laptop reloaded. Set up file and print sharing on all computers. Corrected a anti-virus problem on the desktop computer. Reloaded all files to repaired laptop via remote access which went very well. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer assistance. Will definitely use him again!

Came out the same day as called. Very prompt and professional service. I would definitely call again if I need computer service.

Our son was playing on the computer and the whole screen went totally red with a warning on it. We knew there was a virus and we could not get rid of it. We looked on Angie's List and we decided to call Pseesolutions. We were able to get the computer repaired the next day. We were happy with the service and would use them again.

Excellent. Avi is knowledgeable, customer service is fast and personal. He picked up the laptop from our home and returned it on a Saturday to suit our schedule.

It went great. Avi came to the house when he said he would. He found that I had connected cords wrong where I had tried to fix the computer. As soon as he put the cords where they were supposed to be, the computer worked perfectly. He wouldn't take any money for driving all the way to my house and preventing me the stress and frustration of not having a computer. He said it wouldn't be right because the fix was so simple. What a nice thing to do.

I don't have the virus and now I know Avi.

It went very well. Avi is always professional and straight forward. He did an excellent job with the clean up of all the junk programs accumulated on the computer, defragmented it and installed additional memory.
