I originally called PSeeSolutions because my computer started freezing after I installed some microsoft updates and the new Microsoft Security program. Even after following the advice from Dell Technical Support, the problems kept reoccuring. When I called Avi, he said he could be here the next day but warned me that they might have to take my computer to their shop for repair. Late that night, I discovered the cause of my problem (zone alarm and MSE are incompatible) but decided to go ahead with my appointment with Avi to get help with several other minor issues. He and Kevin arrived on time and were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me update my computer and install a new audio program. I had previous contact with PSeeSolutions when I recommended them to my sister when she needed a new hard drive and exhaust fan. They had been equally prompt and helpful and even responded to several supplemental phone calls. I was extremely impressed with their work for her and even more so when they assisted me. I will definitely use them for any future computer problems.

One of the most important programs on my computer suddenly stopped working last weekend. I had been entering vast amounts of data all year and suddenly it was all gone. I had visions of having to go back and spend weeks re-entering all of the data manually. I sent Avi Gabbay an email late Saturday night, explaining the problem and asking him if he could help me. I was greatly relieved to receive a prompt reply saying that he could come to me to pick-up the computer or I could bring it in myself. I brought it in Monday morning. Avi listened carefully and patiently to my explanation of what had happened. By Monday afternoon he called to say that he had resolved the problem and that I could come and get my computer. It is now working better than ever. I was greatly impressed by Avi's ability and his professionalism. I will definitely call on him again if I have any further computer problems, and I highly recommend his services.

I first spoke with AVI via email then on the phone. He asked me several questions and offered possible solutions to my problems. We set up an appointment for them to come to my house. They showed up right on time (always important!). They looked over my computer and suggested upgrades etc to correct my problems. They left me a loaner computer so I could keep up on email etc. They returned my computer within the promised two days. All in all this was a very good experience. Avi is very professional and easy to talk to. He took time to explain things to me on my novice level, which I greatly appreciated. I found them to be professional, honest and very knowledgeable and will call them again for future computer issues.

Avi and Kevin were friendly and obviously knew their stuff. I didn't need it, but they offered a loaner computer, at no charge, while they had mine. They were on time for both the pickup and delivery.

Avi was very easy to work with and very professional. He was even willing to travel and meet me to pick up my computer and drop it off when the work was complete. I would highly recommend PSeeSolutions and will definitely use them again if/when I have computer problems in the future!

The experience was fine. He was able to come out within a day of our call. It took a while to get it fixed because we were on vacation. He had to replace a dead hard drive. Everything was done correctly. The price was competitive and I would use them again.

Avi and his partner arrived promptly at the time we had scheduled. They got right to work. Their services included virus removal, spyware removal, cleaning registry, networking computers, setting up automatic backup. They also provided information on online syc tools. Avi and his partner were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again!

These guys are WONDERFUL! They came to the house to work on it (over an hour on site); took unit to the shop and returned it repaired improved and installed in another room, now wireless! Great Customer Service!

My laptop and desktop computers had become progressively less fun to use over a number of months - not good for a computer addict. I was delighted to find a company, with such a high rating on Angie's List, who would come to my home. They arrived promptly, set to work immediately - both were friendly, courteous, and professional. I felt they were extremely competent, worked diligently, and solved all my computer woes. The price was quite reasonable and I was completely satisfied with the results. Will mention again how happy I am to find this company who will come to my home - never again will I unplug cables and haul components around.

Restoration of the older computer went as smooth as possible. Resolution of the problems with the computer I use on my sailboat was also a simple task for Avi. The hard disk drive replacement was a little more difficult than it should have been due to some proprietary issues with my IBM/Lenovo laptop. Stepping up to the challenge, Avi left no stone unturned, contacted the vendor of both the laptop and the disk drive, got to the heart of the issues and resolved them. I now have nearly double the amount of hard disk drive storage capacity on my laptop as a result of Avi's knowledge and perseverance.

Mr. Gabbay performed diagnostics on my desktop computer, fixed the problem, added memory, gave advice. He also set up a router for my laptop and installed antiviral software and other software. He was punctual, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed.

For the latest service work, I contacted Avi late in the evening and he said he would meet me in his office the next morning at 9:00. I had several problems with my laptop, one of which had been driving me nuts because it's an important functionality that I use frequently. I am generally able to figure out what's wrong but this particular problem was undecipherable. Avi resolved the problem along with the other issues I was having and the laptop was ready the next day. And, Avi did not charge anything for his efforts.

He cleaned the computer of the corrupted files and added memory. He came early, and he didn't have to take my computer. He was very knowlegeable. He communicated great and I would recommend him to can and will use him again.

My computer was overtaken by several viruses and was unusable. Ari came out that day to pick up my computer. I had it back in three days (that included the holiday weekend!) He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Although I am not a heavy computer user, I found that PSeeSolutions easily understood my desire for a basic checkup of my PC and that I was in need of installing protection software on my PC since I had long ago let all security updates and product renewals lapse. I had the choice of a home visit, a drop off, or remote service. I chose remote service as it was explained that it would be no problem for them to provide the service I needed by a remote link. All I had to do was be home at an agreed upon time and follow his instructions on how to open a connection with him. After the connection was made, I did not need to be with the computer while he serviced it. The work was completed in two evening sessions, each for about 2 to 3 hours. Now, I feel more secure online and everything works fine.

After spending two days trying to resolve a PC issue with an over-seas technical support group with the manufacturer, I gave up and turned to Angie's List. The PC is still under warranty, but the manufacturer's technical support group stated they would restore the harddrive to new, losing any personal data in the process. Avi listened to the problems I was having with the PC and assured me he would be able to retrieve over three years worth of digital family photos which I hadn't backed up or printed. I was physically sick thinking of all those memories I would lose. Avi was very responsive and professional and said he would do everything he could to retrieve the files. I called at 8:00am and Avi was able to have me come into the office (my choice) with the pc to take a look at 10:00am. By 11:00am he had retrieved and saved all the files I requested and attempted to restore the operating system. I am so thankful to have our family pictures and I will perform routine back-ups going forward. Thank you Avi!!!! I will definitely call you with any future PC issues.

Avi was wonderful. He was always here when he said he would be and performed all the services as promised. It was a great experience and I will definitely call him again if I have any computer problems of any type.

Great - Avi answered all my concerns and questions. He was punctual, courteous and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will recommend him to others in the future for all their computer needs/concerns.

Overall, it went fairly well. Avi Gabbay, the owner of PseeSolutions, began work on the day that my computer was attacked, a Saturday. He cleaned out dozens and dozens of trojans and viruses. Eventually, he was able to upload all software and get the system going again. There was a hiccup part way through the process, and Avi was able to keep the computer in running order but only temporarily at first. Eventually PseeSolutions took the machine to their shop to finish work on the machine. Faced with this situation, most of us probably "sweat bullets" about the possible size of the invoice. Although $250 is not chickenfeed, I feel that PseeSolutions earned every cent of it. This was a major clean-up and "rebuild." I would return to these guys in a heart-beat if a similar problem comes up in the future!

They did a good job. They are very responsive and get back to you right away. They are able to do the job well and explain what they are doing along the way. I will continue to use them when needed.

They were very attentive. It did take a little longer to get the computer back then I expected but they were suddenly busy with other customers and they informed me of this. My computer is now running like new, so I'm happy. I would use them again.

I think it's a one man operation. He came to my house and had to take my computer back to his shop as it was more efficent to do the work there. He then brought it back a week later and everything works fine. I would use him again.

I was attempting to save photos on an external hard drive and accidentally deleted many of them. Avi took the hard drive and recovered as many pics possible; he then recommended alternative hard drives, as ours was not working properly. He also tried to repair an old mac laptop that had crashed; he was prepared to send it on to another source, but we weren't prepared to spend $800 to recover the files.

Our computer appeared to have "crashed" since we were unable to open it even in Safe Mode. Within minutes of contacting PSeeSolutions, on a SUNDAY, he was working on the problem from his location and not only had us up and running again, but had fully educated us about how spyware and viruses had become installed on our computer, identified the probable culprit and protected us from such problems in the future. I assumed we'd be buying a new computer and instead, our old one works like it did brand new for less than $200! It doesn't get any better than that!!
