I had some strange issues with my video card that I couldn't diagnose myself, so I called PSee Solutions based on their Angie's List rating. I'm so glad I did! They came out the next day and diagnosed the problem for me. My video card was bad. They noticed I had an old unused machine sitting nearby and cannibalized it for a new video card that they indicated was really almost as good as the one that had gone bad. They also cleaned out the interiors of 2 of my machines, which were extremely dusty, reseated the cards, and then ran software to make sure I didn't have any viruses or malware installed. They defragged the hard drives and cleaned up the unused software so that the machines run smoother and faster than they did. When I complained about the RAM in one of the machines, they offered to order some for me and come back out to install it, which they did a couple of weeks later when I was able to be there to meet them. The service was prompt, courteous, and fantastic. I will absolutely use them again as soon as I need some computer assistance, and I would recommend them to anyone!

We were very pleased with the service. They resolved our problem and were sensitive to the fact that we hoped for a quick turnaround time. They were extremely professional and courteous and took extra time with us to answer some lingering questions we had following return of the computer. We would definitely call on them again and recommend them to others.

Avi was on time, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered many questions we had about our personal computer. We will use him again if we have other PC problems.

Avi was terrific! He came to my home promptly at the agreed time, disconnected the tower,took the pc and completed the repair. He removed the virus, brought it back to my home, hooked it up completely, and did trouble-shooting to make certain that the computer was online and the printer worked. Avi made this scary experience completely painless for me!

We were able to install CD burner software and clean up my start-up menu in about 20 minutes. Incredibly easy for me as Avi did the work remotely.

Our phone calls were returned quickly and Kevin arrived within a few minutes of the time arranged. After the dogs let him pass inspection he asked what we were experiencing and got right to work. As a busy insurance office the last thing we needed is for our office computers to lose connectivity. We had used PSee Solutions at our home before and were very satisfied, so we decided to start using them at our office as well. We called Avi and explained to him what had happened and how we really need to get our computers back up and running ASAP. I contacted PSeeSolutions by e-mail, and received a prompt response. One of the techs came to my home and tested my system. He was able to fix a driver problem right away, however; due to the time it would take to perform the updates and solve the sound problem, he took the computer with him and was able to return it the next day. When he returned, he explained all of the problems and spent additional time with me to solve an e-mail problem I had been having, and set up new service for me. I highly recommend this company!

They came out and assessed the situation. My old PC did not have enough memory and it was very slow and it kept shutting down or having all the errors. They said that it was not worth fixing it and suggested to get a new computer. They gave some ideas of where to look for the new computer. When I bought the new computer, they transferred files from my old computer to the new one. We waited for the windows 07 software to come in and they told me not to worry about the charge of the diagnostics and they will take care of it later. I got everything and I called them and they came out. They had to come out twice because they did not leave enough time with something that we had. They came even though the weather was bad. They took my computer and did some of the work at their office. They installed Eset Nod 32 antivirus and other software in my computer. They also did a tune up on the laptop and installed more memory in it. They only transferred data from one of the folders under my documents from my old computer to the new one but I had asked them to transfer from other folders as well. They not only offered me the Angieslist discount but also reduced even more because we had so much work done.

He was great. I called during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and he still came the day after I called. He was even early for the appointment! He was extremely helpful, explained things clearly, and had several options to try in case the original fix didn't work. The free loaner computer was great because I do a lot of work from home, and because of the holiday weekend he had my computer a few extra days. He also took care of some more "routine" things that I had concerns about while he was here (deleting software I didn't want, cleaning up my Start menu, etc.) . I'll definitely use him again if my computer has problems.

I am not sure what repairs he made, but the computer is working well. The first time he worked on my computer, he added more memory which helped a lot with the speed. He replaced a noisy fan in my laptop which was like that since we bought it.

Avi explained the issue to me, performed the repairs, discussed in a timely manner and below the cost quoted by other companies.

I contacted PSeeSolutions and left a voice mail late morning on 12/28 describing the problem that had just developed with our desktop computer. Our call was returned within 2 hours and Mr. Gabay walked us through the procedure to log in to his website and allow him to run a remote diagnostic on our computer. He was able to identify the problem and fix it within 5 minutes. We were very impressed with his quick response and professionalism.

The service went very well. I have been very pleased using this company. There was quite a bit of clean-up required which is why the price is a bit higher. We appreciate the loaner aspect after ours was taken out of the home to be repaired. He came over very quickly.

It was very sooth. The looked at my computers for about 1/2 hour at the house before determining they need to take them with to fix. They had the computers from Thursday thru Wed. They had everything fixed on Monday but I was unavailable for them to return the computers on Tuesday so they came out on Wed. Very nice and helpfull. Even game me a quick free look at my husbands laptop. They were excelent and my desk top is moving great even faster than it was before. When we decide to replace my laptop we will give them a call for some advice. Thanks so much!!!

Avi and Kevin arrived on time and were really great! They immediately respolved our connectivity problem, set up the wireless, helped us with a few other little problems and then even helped me resolve an email issue with my new BlackBerry phone. They spent several hours and made sure everything was perfect. In addition, they offered us some suggestions on setting up our webite. They did a great job!

I contact Avi, on a Sunday morning via the Instant House Call program he uses(I had hired Avi previously) and he answered instantly. 10 minutes later, he fixed the problem and my old laptop connected to the internet. Avi is smart, professional and reliable. I'm amazed he answered my call on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem so fast.
