Outstanding! I have used this company in the past and always been so pleased. I thought we would have to take our computer in or have someone out as a remote repair would not be possible. On a Saturday Avi walked me through the steps over the phone to restore my computer. In minutes he had it working and refused payment. This truly is a wonderful company.

I use two monitors with an extended display on my aging Dell desktop computer. Recently my system could no longer identify the second extended monitor. I tried all the normal "fixes" that I could think of (looking for newer drivers, turning system off and on, swapping cables, etc), but since Dell no longer provides software updates or Windows 10 updates for my 8 year old computer, I couldn't determine whether I had working video drivers and othert software. Finally, after reaching the point of frustration where I was likely to cause more problems, I called PSee Solutions on the Saturday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend. Avi Gabbay, the owner of PSee Solutions, took my call and first tried to find and fix the problem remotely by logging into my computer from their office. He repeated all the steps I had tried and then looked at a dozen other possibilities that I didn't even know about. All of his attempts were unsuccessful so he finally made an appointment to personally visit my house on Tuesday as soon as the 4th of July weekend was over. (Since the computer was still working, this slight delay wasn't a problem for me.) On Tuesday 5 July, Avi arrived early for his appointment and immediately went to work, allowing me to watch. He verified that all the software was corrected and checked system settings and error reports. He finally pinpointed the problem to my old video card. Fortunately Avi had brought a new Video card with him, just in case. He was able to quickly replace the Video card and we saw an immediate change in the displays. Avi then installed all the new software that came with the new Video card and verified that everything was working the way it should. Before he left, Avi cleared up a couple of smaller issues that had been bugging me but hadn't warranted a separate repair call. I trust Avi Gabbay. I've used him before and have always received exceptional service. He never stops until he has found a solution to what ever problem I give him. He doesn't always take the easy route (wipe the hard drive and reload the software). He also strives to ensure his employees display the same level of professionalism and knowledge. Although he and his staff can fix some problems remotely or through on-site repair, I like that he will make house calls. re, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Some computer shops look like a war zone but Psee Solutions shop is very well organized and professional looking. They called me the next day that my laptop was ready for pick up. Rates are very reasonable.

They are pretty good. It was a house call and their price depends on how long they are staying. They would prefer to do everything remotely because it is easier for them. My grading for them depends on who I work with. The guy who owns it is named Avi. He is very, very good and very knowledgeable. The other people that work for him are good with all the normal things they have to deal with, including viruses. I am not a techie, but I am fairly competent so I don't go to them with typical problems so the time I go is going to take someone a little smarter. I can't do a lot of the things they do, but the things I give them they don't have a clue. But, I called another time for a problem I was having and one of their okay people tried to work with me for a long time and never made progress. Eventually I fixed it myself because they did not charge me for it. Their price is probably an average price. Usually I get my money's worth. They are not super cheap.

Avi was great! He responded promptly to e-mail requests, worked with me on scheduling a time that was convenient to my crazy schedule. He called at the scheduled time, and worked remotely to perform a tune-up and installation of the security software. I had given him a short list of problems I've been having recently, and he also took the time to address all of my issues - we scheduled a follow-up appointment to take care of these. Remote support is great, because once he has access, you can go about your day! I have used PSee Solutions in the past and will continue to use this company.

The scanner now works fine. As I said, it was a software problem which he fixed immediately.

We had bought a new HP computer and printer. I requested a service call through Angie's List, because I would get a 15% discount., The service tech, Larry came out and said the printer was defective. We had to drive up to Bethel Rd to exchange it. The printer printed 1 page and never would print again. I called PSee twice, and spent hours on the phone each time as they tried to fix the problem through remote access without any success. After all this, they said they guessed it was probably a defective CPU-which we should go back to Micro Center to exchange. Really?...what's the odds that all your new hardware is defective? Avi, the owner said I would have to pay for additional work because they had originally fixed the printer problem (it printed 1 page!!) This was such a frustrating experience. They never fixed the problem--they never refunded my money...and I never got the member discount. I gave up on these birds because it seemed like they lacked the expertise and/or training to identify and fix the problem.... . l contacted HP who gave me a Printer specialist. HP made me so happy. They did remote access trouble shooting and found a "glitch" in the software. They did a correction and BINGO the printer worked and has been working beautifully for weeks. The HP tech was wonderful! My advice to anyone is to use the manufacturer's official site. In the future, I would only use an online technician

I called HP first, and they said something was wrong with my computer. I would need firewalls. I called PSee Solutions. He stated he would remotely access my computer. He was able to fix it just over the phone! He didn't even send me a bill for the service. This is not the first time they have done this for me. Several times they have fixed issues over the phone remotely without charging me!

Avi came out promptly and provided great service. Everyone was was very professional and courteous from the initial contact. Will be using them for any problems that we may encounter in the future! You can't go wrong with PSee

Before taking the computer to PseeSolutions I thought the hard drive was bad, so I ordered a good replacement from Amazon. I installed it in the computer but did not make the connections. I was afraid of damaging the new hard drive from the constant crashes. I chickened out on any further attempt to repair it on my own and took it to PseeSolutions. It was near closing time on Saturday when I dropped it off. The work was done around lunch on the following Monday. It works flawlessly now. I particularly want to point out how sharp Larry was to notice an extremely brief Windows message during the crash process that clued him in to suspect the graphics card. That avoided a lot of dead end diognistic work that would have driven the cost up.

A dvd borrowed from the library shattered inside my DVD player/burner. I had a replacement that a friend had given me. Took replacement player burner and computer to PSEE at 8:30 in the morning and they had the replacement done and back to me by noon. They also cleaned all of the dust and shattered pieces on the inside of the unit. Excellent, friendly service.

They were efficient, helpful, and professional. PSee Solutions always goes out of their way to do things well and to be very responsive the client's needs.

I left this company two voicemails and an email (from their website) and did not receive any response. Too bad as I live two blocks away from their office in New Albany.

Great communication. Told me the issue I had with my laptop. Unfortunately, I just did not have the money in get it repaired.

I brought my 13 month old computer to PseeSolutions after it started having multiple crashes of Windows 7. All indications from diagnostic software available to me indicated it was a problem with the video card. I left it with them for two weeks while I was out of town and they attempted diagnostics. They said their diagnostics couldn't find a problem with the video card either and they could not recreate the crashes I had experienced. They did not charge me for their efforts and told me to take the PC home and try it in my home environment and see what happened. Two weeks later and it has been running flawlessly. Another technological mystery! I have had excellent service from PseeSolutions in the past and they certainly helped this time. Please give them a try if you are having problems with your system.

The service technician was prompt [ actually wanted to arrive early ], courteous, and professional. Am very pleased with the service and will use them again for additional computer services. I believe the prices to be reasonable for the services performed.

They did a good job. The guy I worked with went back to school. I went back the second time and spoke to somebody else, he was straight forward. I bought a new computer for 500$. They said there was no charge for the speakers.

I've used them a number of times. One time my computer crashed and I took it to them. I bought a used computer online and they switched my information from one computer to another. They don't charge me to diagnose what is wrong and they quote me a price. They charged me for the guts but they didn't charge me to tell me what part of the computer had died. They gave me recommendations on what actions I could take. I took another computer to them and they told me it had died. They will give recommendations on what my best move forward is. I like that they have given me remote support without billing me extra. They have only come to my house one time but I've had multiple encounters with them by taking several computers to their place of business.
