Everything went great from start to finish! Avi arrived on time as scheduled. I sensed immediately that he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done! Within an hour or so, we had the wireless environment that we had been anxiously seeking. In addition to setting up wireless and mapping devices to the network, Avi helped me with software installation and registration on a new laptop. My wife and I are very happy with the results of the work. Avi Gabbay is a first class person and professional who knows how to treat his customers. His company's pricing is fair and reasonable. I have already referred one co-worker to Avi and would not hesitate to use PSeeSolutions again.

I had tried everything I knew to get my printer back online to no avail. I called Avi and he immediately found that the IP address of the printer had changed. He updated my printer port to look for my model of printer rather than the IP address so that in the future a change off ID address won't cause this problem again. There was no charge for this service. This is the second time I have used Avi's services and I have I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and professional he is. I highly recommend him and he is who I will call in the future when PC problems arrise.

Desktop was running slowing, virus warnings, redirects and popups were a daily occurrence even though I was running two different virus/malware programs. Laptop was having connection issues and ran very slowly. Took both to his shop. Ran virus/malware/spyware programs for 24 hours and found infections, including Trojans and corrected registry errors that were modified by the trojans. I had also not installed a bunch of updates and he took care of that. He added memory to the laptop and installed updates and virus software. When he returned with them, he fixed the wireless. In addition, I called his attention to the fact that my digital camera no longer was recognized by my desktop, something that two other techs had looked at and said it was a corrupted file and nothing could be done. Well, nothing is beyond Avi. He took about 5 mins to fix it and now I can connect my camera, a BIG ISSUE for me!!! He was always on time (actually early, but politely sat in the driveway until I went out and got him..he didn't want to arrive early if I wasn't ready!), polite and friendly. I loved the experience and will definitely use him for any computer issues. He's the best.

Seriously, run, don't walk, to Pseesolutions for your computer repair. I've worked with I/T people for 15 years in corporate companies and these guys know exactly what they are doing. They are extremely good at their craft. They pulled data out of my totally dead laptop computer that I shared a cup of early morning coffee with. Honest, intelligent and friendly. Avi arrived at my house on time ( always an important thing to do !!). He took my computer and left me a loaner for use until mine was returned. He removed the virus, tuned up my computer and replaced a broken CD drive. He returned it within a very reasonable time . When he returned with my computer he also gave me lots of information about how to do things better on my system, fixed the wireless link for my laptop and installed a software program for me . I really appreciate his taking the time to talk to me in layman's terms to help me understand how some of this stuff works. He's a nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues.

Went great! I own a web-based company and everything I have is on my computer - it's really important to me. Evidently, my operating system became corrupt and I got a blue screen that wouldn't let me access anything. At the same time, my external backup Hard Drive crashed and died so I couldn't get any backup data off of that drive. When your operating system crashes, there's an option to "repair/install it" which I had tried from home with a tech from a different company, but it failed to read correctly from my CD (which I later found out sometimes happens) So if PseeSolutions couldn't get my data saved off and "repair/re-install" my operating system, I'd be starting totally over, which would be a disaster for me. Even if they were able to save my data, which was more likely in this situation, I would have to reinstall all my programs if they couldn't repair my Operating system (which they thought they could do). And indeed they did - they saved all my data off to another external hard drive I provided, but had trouble repair/installing my OS. They in fact had to take out my CD/ROM drive and put in one of theirs in order to successfully complete the repair/install. Then they put my CD/ROM drives back in. I brought the computer to them on Monday and got it back Tuesday afternoon. All that would have taken Geek Squad 4-5 days and easily closer to $500.00 (I priced it). I'll never go to Geek Squad again.

Like I said, Avy contacted me and told me a couple of things to try to get the computers working again. With one it worked, but with the other it didn't - so I ended up taking that computer in to Avy's shop. He got it fixed very quickly, and the price was reasonable. It's good to have someone like Avy around - someone honest that I know I can count on to work on our computers when they act up. We'll definately contact Avy again if and when our computers go on the fritz.

I will use PSeeSolutions again. I feel that I can trust them and they are very helpful. I normally contact them via email to let them know what is going on and then they either respond via email or give me a call. They do give an Angie's List discount!

a few steps for me to try---and each step was explained to me as though i had never seen a computer before--he didn't assume i knew anything, which was pretty much true! so it went smoothly, he was able to diagnose over the phone and in spite of the huge help, he would not charge me. THANK YOU!

Found Avi on this site while at a retailer looking to buy a new laptop. He called back in response to a voicemail in 5 min. Said he could clean and restore ours but when asked about buying a new one instead recommended doing so as ours is 5 years old. We then decided to have him clean our old one. He picked it up and returned it 2 days later. Whole experience was excellent. Already recommended him to one friend.

Avi completed the work timely & thoroughly. The laptops performance improved dramatically. After I picked up the laptops I called them because one could not connect to the Internet. Kevin, Avi's associate, came to my house to help resolve the connection issue. Kevin could not determine the source of the problem so he took it to his office. Once at the office the laptop had no problem connecting to the Internet. Kevin then brought the laptop back to my house where I discovered it was a router issue. Even after all this additional effort that turned out to be unrelated to any work they had done, I was not charged anything additional. Pseesolutions is one of those rare businesses that you can trust to do quality work on a timely basis at a fair & reasonable price. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for computer repair and service.

The owner of PSeeSolutions, Avi Gabbay, quickly diagnosed the problem with the CD slot load and contacted me with his evaluation. He explained the problem clearly, offered his recommendation to order a new replacement part and quoted each fee individually along with the anticipated final cost for parts, service and diagnostics. The repair was completed the day following the Fedex delivery of the part. When I picked up the laptop he spent more than one hour also setting up an improved invoice for my new business that included the logo. He patiently fine tuned it with the colors and details that best represent my business and would not accept any fee. I requested extra business cards to pass on to others. Avi rates an "A+" in customer service!

I called Pseesolutions for help as I was unable to back up several email accounts and the address books in Outlook Express. Avi told me how to download InstantHouseCall. He then remotely took control of my PC and backed up all of my address books and emails, not a small task. Avi was exceptionally pleasant to deal with and to surprise performed the task at no charge. Will I do business with this company again? You bet I will.

Avi was great to work with. We were impressed by his computer knowledge, and he didn't make us feel stupid when we asked stupid questions! (we are not very computer savvy). We would definitely use his company again.

It had gotten to tortoise speed, making every task a major project. Time is something I do not have enough of and waiting for my computer was a major setback. He said there were no serious virus problems; explained about memory versus hard drive and that basically it needed to be replaced because the memory was as improved as much as allowed. Also suggested I get an external hard drive which I had been mulling over a while. The repair was less than 24 hours and he was kind enough to come back after hours to allow me to pick up when I got off work. Asked how we found them, and said I had delivered their mail then saw them on Angie's List, he said you get a discount. Couldn't argue that. Very positive experience. Have started researching to follow his advice. Knew Avi before and Kevin is just as nice.

Left a message on their answering service and they made contact within the hour. They were able to schedule a service call that same day, arrived promptly and repaired the computer. We were very impressed with their response and courtesy and would not hesitate to use them again.

Was having difficulty with the family computer. The kids were complaining that the computer was "broke" because it would seemingly overheat anytime they tried to download music, play on-line games or computer games on it. They wanted a new computer, but I said we should have someone look at it first to see what was wrong with it. We had antivirus software installed on the PC; however, within minutes of running a diagnostic on the PC, PSEESOLUTIONS identified a trojan had infected the computer and was setting off a kill switch everytime the kids tried to use the computer. It apparently was a rather nasty virus which was difficult to remove, but PSEESOLUTIONS charged a flat rate to get it cleaned up and working like new. Very satisfied with the result and didn't have to buy a new computer. Also, they recommended a better virus protection software once my current software expires. PSEESOLUTIONS showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do

I have used Avi and PSEE Solutions many times in the past. As always he was puntual, professional and set me right up. I can't imagine using anyone else to address any computer problem that I may have and I do mean ANY! Avi is the best and I would highly reccomend him to anyone that has computer issues.

He did a fantastic job in a very short time. In addition he found out that my wifi connection was not protected by a password. I had no idea that anyone just outside my home could enter on my account. He let me know about the problem and offered to fix it and didn't charge me.

Best Buy's Geek Squad said the repair would exceed $800 and it was more feasible to purchase a new computer. Had hoped to repair the computer (at a reasonable cost) for the children's use. Kevin of Pseesolutions immediately returned the call, estimated $450 for the repair, and would be in the neighborhood the next day so he picked up the computer. It only took a week for the repair and the total cost was less than his estimate. Excellent service, excellent work, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
