AVI GABBAY OF PSEESOLUTIONS SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH ME ABOUT MEMORY PROBLEMS THAT I WAS EXPERIENCING WITH MY HOME COMPUTER. HE GAVE ME SEVERAL IDEAS AND EVEN OFFERED TO CONNECT WITH ME OVER THE PHONE TO SOLVE PART OF THE PROBLEM. ULTIMATELY, I PURCHASED A NEW SYSTEM WHICH AVI HELPED INSTALL OVER 2 DAYS, INCLUDING RESTORING MY ITUNES DATABASE WHICH I THOUGHT I HAD LOST. HE WAS PROMPT. COURTEOUS AND PERSONABLE, TALKING SPORTS WITH ME WHILE MY OLD SLOW SYSTEM TRANFEREED DOCS TO MY NEW SPEEDIER ONE.THE INSTALL OCCURRED THE MORINING OF THE MICHIGAN GAME AND TOOK LONGER THAN I ANTICIPATED DUE TO THE SLOWNESS OF MY COMPUTER. AVI GRACIOUSLY AGREED TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION ON SUNDAY SO I COULD WATCH KICK-OFF.

My computer was infected with a virus and completely shut down. After checking Angie's list, I took my computer to Pseesolutions for repair. Avi Gabbay at Pseesolutions checked out my PC and found it was loaded with viruses (I had a few months in between antivirus programs.) He removed all of the viruses and suggested adding a different antivirus/antispyware program. I decided to purchase the program and like it. I got a discount by purchasing the program through him. Avi suggested running the new AV program. I decided to install my old program, anyway. Once I got my computer home, I still noticed a few problems and called Avi. He remoted into my PC and checked out some additional things. I later decided to remove my old AV program, and the problems disappeared! He also checked out a computer display problem I had, and checked on the price of the part I would need to fix it. My laptop is older, and the fix would not be guaranteed even with the new part. I decided not to have the additional repair done. I noticed that Avi had replaced a couple of screw covers on my PC that were lost previously. The turnaround time on the service was excellent. It was very convenient to have Avi remote into my PC. He was very patient, nice and informative with all of my questions and problems until all of the issues were resolved. Avi was very professional. I highly recommend Pseesolutions to anyone.

Staff at PSee Solutions was very courteous. They gave us a loaner to use while ours was being repaired. The repaired within the time and cost they quoted. Very pleased with everything.

I could not have been happier with the level of service I received. I'm an experienced computer user, and I could easily tell that Avi knows computers. He's also friendly and courteous, and Pseesolutions' prices are very competitive. But the most important thing, and what impressed me most, is that he's willing to try different solutions and keep trying until he can not only fix a computer but also preserve its files and settings. The typical approach when repairing computers -- especially at large electronic stores -- is to immediately take the easiest way out and reformat the hard disc and be done, without making any attempt to revive a computer. Sometimes that's the only solution, but Pseesolutions will exhaust all possibilities before doing anything too drastic. This is computer repair that's done with extreme precision and accuracy.

He is responsive, concerned and a pleasure to deal with. He puts the customer first. His prices were reasonable. I have not been this satisfied with someone working on computers since I do not know when.

He does excellent work and is very thorough. He takes time to make sure everything is fixed properly and done well. I have worked with him before. He did follow up to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend him.

The computer loads faster in the beginning when I turn it on and they cleaned up my screen since their are fewer icons on the screen. Browsing on the internet is faster as well. They did a good job.

They charge a flat rate to remove viruses; it doesn't matter how many hours they work on the computer. They picked-up my computer and then brought it back to me the next day. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and explained things thoroughly. They also gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.

We ended up buying a new computer. Avi was kind enough to evaluate whether our anticipated purchase would be adequate, and once we purchased the new computer, he transferred all our old data, installed the software we needed and set everything up, including re-installation of the printer. I have never dealt with a business that provided as good service as does PSeeSolutions. Avi is brilliant and a complete professional. The response time is amazing, and he is very sympathetic to a customer's situation when the computer is down. He doesn't make you feel like an idiot if you are a technophobe, or even if it's discovered you somehow neglected to renew your virus protection :)

Avi returned my call on Monday morning and set up a time for him to come on Tuesday. He even called and let me know that he would be about 10 min. late! Very professional, got right to the problem and had is solved in no time. Also enjoyed yakking with Avi while he worked! I am so grateful to have found such a goldmine in Avi when it comes to computer problems..He will be the one and only person I call when I have computer difficulties in the future.

I found PSeeSolutions via an Angie's List promotion on a night of expreme frustration with my aging computer, which was refusing to perforn needed functions and freezing up. I called their office the next morning and scheduled drop-off for the following day. I found Avi to be both knowlegeable and helpful. I needed to know if the set were terminal........and whether it was time to bury, replace, or repair it. He explained the liklihood of Memory status (lack of) as critical to performance issues, and said he could/would get it cleaned up and running. That done, I should take it home and use it for a couple of days. Then if I liked the way it was working, he'd send me a bill. He had the work done by 4:30 that afternoon. The machine is working fine........as Avi said, " it flys " . It is great to have my old machine back and working better than it has in a long time. Some day I'll have to get a new one, but I don't have time for that just now. Thanks Avi!

Avi repaired virus damage last year and again this year. My computer was older and I wanted to get a new one but had no idea what I needed. Avi gave me a suggestion based on his knowledge of how I used my computer. I got what he suggested, then set up a time for him to hook it up. I love my new computer! Avi is fast, thorough, and easy to work with. He's always on time and calls back quickly if you have to leave a message. It's very important to have someone you trust because of the confidential information on your computer, and Avi has earned my trust.

I arirved at their office at the scheduled time. They tested my computer and explained the problem within a few minutes. They gave me an estimate and finished the work the next day within the estimate. Unlike my prior experience with other computer repair companies, there was no attempt to sell me upgrades or other services I did not need. These guys are thoroughly professional in all respects. I already referred a friend who received the same great service. These guys are thorough, honest and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend this company.

Avi was friendly, helpful and professional. The work was completed in one day and imporved the speed of the computer. Any spyware and viruses were cleaned out so the computer is now quicker and safer to use.

About a month ago Psee Solutions removed virus, trojans and other invaders, tuned up ;and cleaned up my desktop computer. It worked great. After using it for several weeks another virus showed up. I called Psee and they said bring it in. They removed the new virus and offered more tips on keeping it clean. NO CHARGE. These guys do great work on a timely basis and are very very fair with pricing.

He arrived on time. He dilligently searched for a driver for the printer. He spent a few hours here at my home working on this project. He also took the time to recommend some spyware since the package I'd purchased was too big for my computer. The package he recommended was free. He told me how to use it. He also recommended some shareware. All-in-all he was at my home for a few hours, and I thought he would have given up and not been able to get the printer to work, but he stuck with it and got it to function.
