I emailed the company Sat and got a call within the hour, offering an appointment Monday. The technician 9kevin) arrived promptly, assessed the situation, tested my 4 PC's and recommended reinstalling my previous router. He also suggested moving the router to a different location. Kevin finished the job within an hour. He offered great advise and suggestions. The only thing I would change is that I WILL CALL EARLY next time. The service and results are outstanding.

I have gotten consistant great service from this company over the past 3 years. They are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly.

They serviced two computers that were running slowly and erratically. They provided an estimate up front and completed the work promptly.

Emailed PSeeSolutions after I could not get anyone to look my computer due to it's age. Avi replied almost immediately and said they'd be happy to take a look at it. I took it in, Avi checked it out thoroughly and advised me not to put any more money into this machine. He made some suggestions and gave me great advice. (it was a complicated situation as this computer ran the software for a special machine in my office. There are only about 100 of these machines in the world.).Looks like it's the end of the line for this computer, but in the future I will not hesitate to contact PSeeSolutions when my personal computers require service.

Called Kevin on the phone and told him I was getting a Certificate error appear on my computer. He connected to my computer, ran a virus check and reset to the correct time. The internal battery could have caused this problem. The problem was fixed in less than a hour.

I called PSEESOLUTIONS around 8:30 AM and left voice mail asking for a call back. Avi called me around 9:00 AM. I explained the situation and although he said they were very busy, he offered to call back in an hour. Avi did call within the hour as promised, and instead of scheduling a time that he could come out, as I thought he might, with my permission and log on, he was able to use a program to evaluate my computer remotely. He performed a full hardware/software diagnostic evaluation, updated my anti-virus and anti-spyware software, used two different programs to scan for viruses and spyware, installed critical Windows updates that I had been unable to install due to my computer issues, and generally cleaned and restored my computer. He found one malware that my McAfee software had not been able to detect, and removed it. The process took only about an hour, and the fee was what he said he would charge. Service was prompt, professional, and courteous, required no home visit, and I was up and running very efficiently immediately afterward.

Went extremely well. I called, explained the problem, and stepped back while Avi took over and deftly fixed the problem. He did this free of charge and with great speed and knowledge. The only complaint I had is it eliminated one more lame excuse not to work on the procrastinated research paper.

My new printer didn't print my Quicken checks correctly and I didn't know how to fix it. I called PSEE and told Brandon my problem. Since I have used this company a few times in the past, Avi had set up a remote house call on my desktop so everything was done by remote assistance. Brandon wasn't familiar with Quicken but he figured it out and the repair was successful. While we were connected he fixed several other problems I was having. He was very patient. The next day I inadvisedly clicked on a game that tried to take over my computer and be my default page and I didn't see how to get rid of it. I called PSEE and Brandon came to my rescue again. He cleared everything up and got it back to the way it should have been. There was no charge for this call. In the past I have worked with Avi and with Kevin. They are all professional, curteous, and extremely helpful. They treat me with respect and they are patient with my lack of expertise.

I explained my issue (slow processing/performance), they explained the services they could offer. I dropped the laptop off and within a day or two I rec'd a call, explaining that the laptop was ready for pick-up. We also discussed the work that had been performed.

I was given an estimate before the work was started. The Tech was good about calling and keeping me up to date on his progress.

This company provided fast and courteous service. Price was very reasonable. I was worried about not having my pc for a couple of days, so they loaned me a laptop. That was way above and beyond the call of duty! They called me the next day to let me know what problems were found and what action they had taken, and that the job was completed. Although I know nothing about pc's, they did not make me feel like an idiot, and were able to decipher my very imprecise descriptions of the problems I was having.

I was having difficulty installing and using a wireless router due to a lightning hit that disabled the internet connection on my laptop. PSeeSolutions restored the wireless connection and when I recently had a similar problem with the same router, the connection was restored again at no charge. Just recently purchased a lap top and when asked whether I wanted to pay for insurance for possible future repairs, I declined. I will use PSeeSolutions instead.

I called PseeSolutions and made an appointment for Feb 15. Kevin arrived promptly. I must admit I am not very knowlegable when it comes to computuers. A friend was visiting from out of town and I'm sure both of us asked some pretty dumb questions. Kevin was very patient, answered our questions and was very informative.

Covered everything on my list and explained what I needed to know and not too much information! Very easy to work with.

The virus was cleared and I have rebuilt many of my files, but still lost others. This is the only reason I am giving them a B rating. I changed the rating from B to A after talking with Avi Gabbay about the "misunderstanding and communication" as this was my only issue with the company. Since your computer is relatively clean at the moment, save this one for about 6 months from now so we can speed up and clean up the unnecessary junk files from the PC. I am glad you took the time to explain why you left that report so we could improve our communication in the future.

Took longer than originally expected because of serial failures, while they tried to repair the old machine (less cost). When the old machine was officially declared "Dead," the data was loaded and the new system was completed very quickly. Kevin was very patient with a non-technically proficient customer and explained the pros and cons of the various options available to me. Much better advice than I could get at a "big box" store. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price. They have my business from now on.

The price I paid was totally worth it. The price was probably closer to $200.00. I would have paid anything. They retrieved the data off the computer. I couldn't even get it to come up. I couldn't do anything. I dropped it on a hardwood floor. To pay someone a couple of hundred bucks to get my irreplaceable pictures was nothing.

Avi Gabbay is the owner. He is a darling. He is really nice. I used them when my other computer repair guy was out of town. They were reliable and good. They are excellent and they are close too.

The people that I talked with were very friendly, professional & helpful. The service person who came to residence knew what he was doing, fixed it, and, what he couldn't fix here, he told me in detail just what needed to be done and if any problems after they returned the computer to just give them a call and someone would get right back with me. I certainly would not hesitate to use them again if need arises.

My computer had locked up during an OS upgrade to windows 7. It wouldn't even start up. They were able to install the new software and get all of my programs working again. My computer was ready in less than 24 hours.

Beautifully! We couldn't be happier. PSeeSolutions is, hands down, the best computer vendor we have ever worked with. The cost was far below what we expected, and we got exemplary service. During the installation, Avi's team was routinely interrupted with unrelated questions from the staff (such as, "while you're here, could you please look at my computer and see why my Iphone doesn't synch?"), and they graciously responded to all requests. In the initial days after the installation, when we were learning about the new system, we called with a barrage of questions, all of which were answered quickly. In addition, these are really, really nice people! There were NO condescending remarks or looks when we asked dumb questions, and they were so pleasant and fun to have in the office. They worked quickly, with a minimum of interruptions, and were respectful of our time. I have worked with many computer vendors before, and this is the best I have ever known. We will always use PSeeSolutions for all our computer needs - large and small!

I contacted the company and the owner, Avi, came to the house. He thoroughly checked two computers that were running poorly. Mine had intermittent problems accessing the internet. Avi believed this was a problem with my router. He gave me a replacement to try for 10 days. If that fixed the problem, he would bill for the router. If not, he left an instant housecall icon on my desktop to contact him. It was the router - no problems since his visit. He explained everything in clear terms without talking down to me. He clearly took my convenience and schedule into account during intial visit scheduling, followup and billing. The cost was extraordinarily reasonable. I have had many good providers from Angie's List but in terms of old fashioned service, competence, pleasantness and value, this provider is the best I have encountered in the Columbus area.
