Great. They were very responsive after our initial contact. They came on the date and time promised. They did what they stated they would do. After the technician left, we had one problem with connecting a wireless computer to the main home printer. They continued to work on it remotely and did not give up until they resolved the problem. What was odd was they'd fix the problem, it would test out fine and after we shut the computer down and turned it on the following day the problem came back.They were very courteous and concerned that there was a problem. Brandon our technician showed a sincere concern to fix the problem for us as soon as he could.Using the Angie's discount was useful in keeping the costs down.We were disatified with our previous computer repair service and are very glad we switched and plan on using PSeeSolutions again if a problem would arise.

It was great! I would highly recommend this company. They are computer people. He spent alot of time with me, and he was very nice, and So kind. He was very professional. He checked my computer out for me, and fixed it right up. He was not rushed, and we enjoyed his company. He did an excellent job in fixing my computer.

PSee Solutions did everything they could to fix the problem but the hard-drive was fried and the memory could not be retrieved. I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the technicians at PSee Solutions and I would not hesitate to go back to them for future computer repair needs.

Our computer was dead and our hard drive was going. Kevin recommended a new computer and where to buy it. We bought the new desktop, bought new software from PSee (at a better price than the store) and they came out and set it up. We had great difficulted getting the data off the old hard drive, but Avi and company stayed with it and rescued almost 100% of our lost data. He also worked with us several additional times on software issues at N/C. And he gave us the Angie's List discount. We've used PSee before and will only use them. They are an outstanding company with great integrity and stand behind their work. If there'a problem, they fix it. We couldn't be happier. We've had several minor questions since then, and emailed Avi, and he helped us. He wouldn't accept any payment. A rare company in these times. Highly recommend PSee Solutions!

After having bought a wireless card to go in my computer and spending a very long time with Dell customer support to install the card, I discovered that they did not include an antenna. Once it arrived, I didn't know what to do with it. In fact, when I called Dell back for support, they disconnected me. So I let it sit for several weeks. Finally I searched on Angie's List for someone to help me with it and I discovered PSee Solutions. Based on the reviews and ratings, I gave them a call. It was the best choice I ever made! Larry was very professional and kind as he took time to walk me through the process of installing the antenna. He asked me to email a few pictures of the antenna and inside of my computer so he could see what I was working with. He was very patient with me and helped explain what to do over the phone-- all during his lunch hour! To top it off, he sent me a follow-up email a few days later asking if everything was working alright. I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend them. I will be using their services again.

I contacted this service provider after reading their reviews...I wasn't sure I wanted to drive so far out of my way, but my faith in the reviews on this site has brought me through worse situations, so I held my breath and made the call. I am happy to tell you that I made the right decision. Avi (the owner) helped me diagnose over the phone some of the possible problems when I described what the laptop was doing (or NOT doing). He gave me a couple of tips for things I could try on my own. None of them worked, so I took the dead laptop into the store. Once there, the friendly staff ran a couple of other quick tests to rule out other possibilities. I decided to leave the unit to let them run a few more tests. At every step along the way, the staff here was professional and friendly. They steered me away from running the motherboard diagnostic that they would have had to charge me for, as it was going to be good money spent after bad. They even investigated the cost of picking up a used motherboard to install in the machine, but every solution would basically cost more than getting a new laptop, so they steered me away from it. They have a fantastic website that allows you to monitor the status of the repair and communicate with the techs directly, which is a real timesaver. My laptop was dead, but the good news is that the data was still intact on the hard drive. They pulled it out of the machine for me and gave me a tip as to what kind of enclosure to buy for it that would allow me to transfer it myself to another machine. In the end, I am certain that they did a couple hours worth of work on the laptop and did not charge me for it since it could not be fixed. The cherry on top of the sundae is that they recycled the unit for me, saving me the hassle of carting it back home. I am very well pleased with the level of service and professionalism that I received from Avi and his staff. They took great care of me, and as a result, I am sure that I will be making the drive out to New Albany the next time one of my computers needs service. It was well worth the time investment to find a company that treats me this well. Way to go, Avi and PSee Solutions!

A couple months ago I needed a new hard drive for my desktop computer. I picked Psee from Angie'slist, they had great reviews, and they did a wonderful job. So when my laptop hardrive went bad I took it to Psee for repair. The staff is very personable and professional. They said if they had the hard drive in stock, they could fix my lap top the same day. Because I had backed my data up on an external hard drive, they didn't need to try to recover anything from the old hard drive. I gave them my cell phone number to call when they were done. Later I checked my phone for messages and the phone was dead. So I called Psee and left a message for them to call my home number instead. When I got home I had a message that the work was done. I went back the next morning and picked my laptop up. It is working beautifully, they installed windows and a couple other free programs.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable and nice employees. Would definitley use them again and highly recommend them as well.

I've used PSee Solutions several times and have recommended the company to friends. Avi and his team are fantastic. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, and even advise me on issues I hadn't thought of. They do the work efficiently, at a high quality, and speak in "layman" terms so I always understand what they're doing and why. The latest service they provided was no different. I've been more-than-satisfied each time they've helped me.

I was having doubts about the safety of the security on my two computers. I called PSeeSolutions to see if a technician could come to my home to make sure the system(s) were safe. Kevin answered the phone and suggested I give him access to the computers and he could run the tests from the office. I told him I had various questions regarding programs and, instead, I would like someone come to my home. Kevin arrived within the hour and went to work. He was very gracious in answering my questions and explaining what he was doing.

Dropped laptop off on Monday, diagnosed problem and had repaired Tuesday. Quick and professional.

It went great! The fan was an easy fix and the tune-up resulted in a speedier computer. The repairman was very willing to explain and recommend things.

Brandon was outstanding! The appointment started out as just an hour consult for some issues were were having with connectivity and printing wirelessly but the more we talked, it was determined that a new router was probably the best first step as ours was a number of years old. I had been researching routers but wasn't sure what to buy. Brandon had the new router with him as well as the wireless adapter needed to connect our old laptop and was able to completely set up the whole network while resolving all of the issues we were having. I was thrilled that he was able to complete it all in one appointment and that he didn't have to leave and return with the necessary equipment. Nor did I have to go do the shopping! He was right on time, very friendly but professional and extremely thorough. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Brandon and PSee Solutions again!

Overall an excellent experience. I thought the charge was a little high but I did get a 10% Angie's List discount.

They did a really good job. They actually recommended a refurbished computer that was much faster and better than my current one. He gave me a deal on that. It seemed like he was very up-front with me. I trusted what he said and thought he did a good job.

The price for the service call was only $49, which was a special for the month. I found it a bargain. Kevin's been out to my home a number of times. He's knows I'm not a computer person and is easy on the technical language when he comes here. He shows up on time. Sometimes, he'll call to see if he can come sooner if he's running earlier. He's a friendly guy who is very people-oriented. You can tell he loves what he's doing. A really cool thing Kevin offers is called Instant House Call where he can work on your computer remotely.

I had already attempted several "fixes" (reinstalled print drivers, etc) off and on over the course of many weeks. Called PSee and Brandon answered and immediately remoted in to my PC. Was able to identify the problem within a few minutes and remotely corrected the problem. Printing is fine now. Brandon was professional, thorough, friendly and got the job done correctly and quickly. Will use PSee again in the future and would highly recommend.

It went very well. By the time I had called for an appointment I had been frustrated beyond belief with my computer. Doing anything, even opening an email, meant waiting and waiting. Brandon was very helpful on the phone when scheduling. He arrived on time and got right to work. He started with the router which we knew was in need of replacement and moved on from there. He spent 2 hours here and when he left I was good to go! I am now able to use my computer and don't dread logging on or clicking on my email! Brandon was great!

When I called about the problems I was having, they tried to fix it remotely (as they had done on a previous occasion.). When they found the problem was too extensive for a remote clean-up, they asked that I bring it in. I took it in just before they closed on Saturday and was able to pick it back up on Monday afternoon. The viruses were removed, the computer was tuned up and a free malware software was installed to help prevent future problems. They offered to send me home with a loaner computer when I took my computer in although I declined the offer. They are very easy to work with and speak in terms that a non-techie can easily understand. Avi and his crew are great!

The first time Brandon came out, he diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. When that didn't quite work, he came out again, free of charge, and helped me connect the TV to my router via a signal adapter. He was responsive and got the system working, which Best Buy, Netflix, and Time Warner could not/would not do. In this day and age of overseas call centers staffed by insufficiently trained personnel, it's comforting to know there's someone local who will come to my house, help me figure out specifically what's wrong, and fix my problem without making me sit for hours on the phone or asking me irrelevant, time-wasting questions. Kudos to Brandon and the staff at PSee. I give them my highest recommendation.

My laptop was viciously attacked by a virus and wouldn't even start. I was in a panic with so much of my work gone and was desperate for my files. Through Angie's List, we sent an email inquiry to this company late night Friday around 11:00pm and were surprised when we got an immediate response that they could help us, along with business hours and their new address... welcoming us to stop by. We took it in Saturday morning and within a few moments, I was quite relieved to actually see my files that were downloadable into a usable format. While we were in for the laptop files, we also brought in a computer that was so slow, we stopped using it. By Monday, my disk was ready with my precious files and the slow computer was equipped with double the memory and ready to be used again. The service was excellent, fast, friendly, and professional. I was elated with the service that I received and will trust them in the future. The price was well worth saving my files and giving me back a usable computer that I had given up on.

My normal servicer was not available, so I contacted PSee to look at why one desktop was running slow, a second would not boot at all and why my son's laptop would not charge properly. They came the next day and "cleaned up the hard drive" on the first desktop and suggested a faster level of roadrunner service for the house due to multiple computers and phones in use. They diagnosed the second as a probable virus and took it back to their office to further diagnose. They also took the laptop in order to open up the DC charger port and determine if it was damaged. They called later that day to state that the 2nd desktop did have a virus and probably a memory problem and suggested not fixing due to age, etc. They did not charge me anything for their time on this computer. The laptop needed a part they had to order. Unfortunately, my son was leaving for college in a few days and needed it before their expected timeline. They understood our need and requested the manufacturer to rush the part. It arrived at their office at 4:30 the day before my son was to leave and the tech dropped his other work to get my son's computer fixed so we could pick it up before closing and he could take it the next day. I don't think I even saw a "rush" charge on the final bill. They went above the call of duty to get our laptop fixed and we appreciated it immensely. Prices seemed very fair.

I contacted PSee Solutions due to problems I was having with two computers in our home. My phone call was answered promptly and an appt. was arranged. The person showed up at exactly the time scheduled, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed all my problems and provided education to me regarding what adjustments he had made. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge base, especially since I am not particulary tech-savvy. One month later, I developed a printing issue with our computers related to software that my husband had installed. I contacted PSee (Brandon) who was very helpful in fixing our computers online, not requiring a home visit. He spent quite a bit of time, and once again, provided explanations to me about what changes were necessary. I could not be more pleased with the service from this company. They are responsive, reliable, fair, and professional.
