Very happy with company and service.

Brandon took over my computer by remote and was able to it working faster, eventually they were able to fix the computer so it stayed connected to the internet.

I was beginning to work form home, which required a VPN connection. However, the VPN connection would shut down randomly throughout the day. PSee Solutions figured out the problem. It was my router. They replaced the router with a mid-price router, stating that if it did not work, they would come back and replace it with more expensive model. The mid-size model works very well, and I appreciate that they tried a less expensive model first. I am very happy with PSee Solution and will use them the next time I need help with my computer.

I would never have known of this company without Angie's List. I highly recommend them.

My lap top quit working, looked on Angie's list for the most recommended repair facility. PSee Solutions was at the top of the list. My Lap top was not repairable, however they were able to extract my data and back it up to an external hard drive. Because of the personal and professional experience, I took my desk top in for hard drive cleaning and tune up. My experience with Larry was that I did not have to worry about any of my personal information being compromised. All work was performed and my desk top returned just as it was promised! Great Job!!

The problem was not resolved by Rick placing the video card. After discussing this issue with the owners the full amount paid was refunded.

It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my wife had just returned from a 3-week trip to Australia with a non-functioning lap top. When she tried to log onto her PC, that didn't work either (well ok, she couldn't remember her password). She was already a bit cranky because of jet lag, so I stayed clear while she tried to make one or the other of her 2 computers work. After many tense hours, she turned the problem over to me (around 10:30 p.m.) so she could focus her attention on the cooking for our holiday dinner. Thankfully, she did provide me with the name and phone number of PSeeSolution which she had found in Angie's List. I called PSee early the next morning (now the day before Thanksgiving), fully expecting to find out that they were closed for the holiday. When I got their recording (it was 7:30 a.m.), I figured that I would never hear back from them. Imagine my surprise when less that 30 minutes later I got a call back from Larry. When I explained "my problem", Larry told me they were pretty busy but if I could bring in my 2 computers they would see what they could do. Ten minutes later I was on my way with my wife's computers wrapped in my down comforter in the back of the car. When I arrived and carried in the lap top, I was amazed when Larry gently took it and immediately started to work. A few minutes later another member of the team was carrying in the PC and started working on it. In less than 30 minutes, the miracle was complete, and both computers were up and running again. I was astounded and delighted, not so much that they were able to quickly fix her computers, but that they actually did so in such a short period and time and while I waited. Thanks to the staff at PSee, I had a wonderful Thanksgiving (happy wife, happy life you know!). Perhaps the best thing though is that we finally have found the place where we will take any of our computer problems to in the future. The PSee staff are real pros. I recommend them highly.

They are very good. I have used them several times. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

Laptop works much better. No difference noted with desktop

My HP Touchsmart alerted me that its CPU fan had failed and that it would immediately shut down. (I checked this a couple of times and this happened each time.) I called PSee Solutions, explained what was going on and asked what kind of turn-around time it would be to getting my comupter back. They said it would take a day or two if they had the fan in-stock at their shop, or longer, if they had to order a fan. I agreed, and I took my computer to their shop (10:00 am). They said they'd call me later that day to give me an update. I had to initiate the follow-up calls. Three days later, I got my computer back. They said my computer did not give them the CPU fan warning message. They fixed an automatic update issue my system was currently having by reinstalling the operating system and transferring my data. I was greatful, but I felt they took too long to service my computer for what was done. This was October 18th.* They have a classy-looking shop and the people were nice which reflected good quality and professionalism. However, I felt my computer's issue was put on their back burner. The price was probably fair and competitive, but I couldn't rate them higher for their responsiveness/punctuality. After getting the unit home and setting it up again, I could still hear the odd-fan-like sound. I called their shop to ask about the noise. They assumed the car ride jiggled the fan enough to cause it to work again, and/or cause the noise to resume. I was told someone would get back with me about this fan issue. I did not receive a follow-up call. *Two weeks later, (Nov. 2nd) my computer shut down allerting me that the CPU fan had failed.

They replaced the part but when I brought it home the computer would not work. They took the computer back immediately and showed me part of how they troubleshoot the problem. They solved the problem such that the computer is now working better (faster) than I when I brought it there. They did not bill me for the extra work. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to do the work until the system was operating correctly. I will definitely use them again, if needed

l called PSee Solutions with an urgent problem and they were able to schedule an appointment to come to my house the next morning, which was great. The technician was here on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I forgot to ask him to show me how to use the scanner function of our new printer, so I had to call the company a few days later. They were very good about working on the problem remotely until I was able to use the scanner. We received a bill several weeks later for the amount that I was told we would be charged.

They were professional and did what I expected.

I found the computer technicians to be very patient. I am not computer savy. They backed up some files for me and put them on a flash drive. When I upgrade to a laptop I plan on having them install my programs. They did a lot of work for the original $49.

I was completely satisified with services provided. I had my computer back within 2 days, working again. Actually, it is running faster than it had been before the problem originally occurred. The people at PSeeSolutions who worked with me kept me in the loop all of the time and effectrively communicated what they were doing and what my options were. The fact that none of my personal files were lost during the process was extremely helpful. While I had most of them backed up on an external hard drive, it saved me a lot of time and aggrevation finding them and moving them. The anit-virus software that they recommended and installed consumes way less resources than the predecessor while adequately protecting my PC without any of the issues that I had encountered before.

Went great. Brandon did exactly what we needed him to do. What I really appreciated was we asked him to bring another fan as we thought one of the fans in our CPU was defective because of the noise it was making. He brought a fan, when he opened our CPU it was just a wire touching the blade. He moved the wire out of the way and secured it and the noise went away immediately. I was pleased with his honestly that he did a minor repair as opposed to replacing a part.

I was having trouble setting up my antivirus protection on my home computer. They were able to take control of my computer and walk me through the set-up. I have used their service several times in the last couple of years and they are always knowledgeable and friendly . I would recommend them to anybody that needs computer assistance.

Very efficient and helpful. Provided time in days after service completed to ask further questions and make corrections remotely as part of the set up.

Viruses were removed and memory added to the PC.Very satisfied with their work.

Over the phone they had me check some settings to see if I could get connected to internet. Since it was not a simple fix, I took it to the shop where they ran some tests. I had to leave it and they called with an estimate and what they would need to do to restore operation.

The customer service was outstanding. My questions were answered and they made sure I understood technical terms when discussing how the laptop should work and explaining the problem with my laptop.

My computer would not start, so I called Psee. They suggested I bring the PC into their shop, and I dropped it off that afternoon. Avi said it was either the power suppy or the mother board. He gave me an estimate on the power supply fix, and I gave the okay if that was the issue.Early the next day he called to tell me the repair was completed. I stopped to pick up the PC, and he happily accepted an Angie's List coupon for a 15% discount.These are great people to deal with. Fast, professional, and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was getting a message that the "User Profile Service failed the logon." I could not log on to the compute. I needed to get the problem fixed ASAP as I use the computer for business. I took it to the PSee Solutions location in New Albany. Since they were not real busy at that moment, Avi said he would try a few quick fixes while I was there. Avi was able to log in in safe mode and fix the problem. He also installed a Windows update and then logged off and on several time to make sure that the problem was fixed. Since it was a relatively simple fix for him, he didn't charge me anything. Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
