Although they fixed my computer before, they weren't successful this time. However, I was extremely pleased with that attitude and the care that they taken.

There was no service work performed. I needed service as soon as possible on an early Monday morning in January, and they could not visit to provide service until Tuesday or Wednesday. For my needs, that was not what I needed.

They got my computer back to working order. This is the 2nd time we have used them. We had no problems.

It was a pretty basic drop off, cleaned up my computer and I was able to pick it up. It took about a 2 days. I don't have any complaints about my experience.

Larry started working with me months before our new computer was purchased. Our old computer was 8-9 years old so I needed help in choosing the new computer and deciding whether to go with Windows 7 or 8. Larry was quick with responses, we had a steady email going for a while. Once purchased Larry was soon out to our home, set things up, made sure everything was working properly, and explained everything in understandable detail. He spent probably three hours here, the above price reflects the price of the external hard drive, so I think I received an EXCELLENT deal. I also got lucky in that Angie's List featured a coupon for PSee Solutions at just this time. All in all it was much less than I anticipated. Larry also followed up with me approximately two weeks later to make certain everything was working properly and to see if I had any further questions. All in all one of the best experiences ever.

I found this company for my mother, as she had problems getting her computer to run correctly. She said they came out and assessed her computer and had it fixed in minutes. They were very polite an professional. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Got the "blue screen of death" on my 8-yr-old Dell desktop. When I attempted to power it back up, there was no power at all. Called P See and spoke to Larry. Based on my description of the problem, he thought it might be the power supply. Dropped off tower on Sat. morning and they called me early Mon. afternoon (as promised). With a new power supply it fired up fine. Cost for that would be about $90 (parts & labor). I asked them to look at the CD drive since that seemed to be where the issue began. They called me back on Tues. In attempting to look at the CD drive, they had gotten the blue screen two different times. Further diagnostics was needed and there would be a charge for that (which only makes sense). I felt it was not worth the money on an 8-yr-old system. So I picked up my tower on Thurs - and, as promised, there was no charge. They were great about the fact that they had taken time to diagnose my problem but received no payment from me in return. They did not try to guilt me into anything or make me feel bad in any way at all. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant and getting to their location in New Albany was a breeze from my home in Westerville (and from my office in north Columbus). I would definitely use them again should the need arise with my new laptop that I just purchased!

My old PC croaked and wouldn't boot. After trying lots of things on my own I took it to PSeeSolutions along with a new PC that I had but was still in the box. They brought up my new PC and, although the OS on my old PC was corrupted, were able to recover most of my data. They continued to answer my numerous questions about the new PC and to convert my old email files to something compatible with the new one. Highly knowledgeable and professional. Would use them again for any PC or Mac issues in a heartbeat.

Avi and Larry do a very good job. They removed a virus from my computer. I use PSee Sons. because I don't have to take my computer in to their store. They can work on my computer remote, which is very convenient.

Terrific job, would definitely use this company again. Knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

at the time they indicated, and Came out to home on 1/16/13 at time they indicated. Agreed programs did not work and an executable file had been deleted. Since these 2 programs were inbedded in Windows 7 software, they stated the only choice was to reinstall the windows 7 software. They took the system back to their office, reinstalled the windows 7 software, reinstalled a different anti-virus software that didnt come with the PC, reinstalled some usb hardware software. They returned the PC on 1/21/13. setup the wireless connection and checked the major Microsoft software functioned correctly.

My computer was invaded by something when a visiting family member downloaded an unsafe site. Avi was very responsive and fixed it promptly.

My older Dell desktop with Windows XP displayed "Fatal System Error". I checked at the Microsoft help site and although there was a procedure to attempt to remedy this, it stated that you had better be experienced in software which I am not. I looked on Angie's List and found PSeeSolutions and gave them a call. After describing my problem, their representative explained the procedure and possible costs involved. I dropped the desktop tower off on Friday and the technician hooked it up and verified the problem in my presence. The technician called later with a firm cost and I gave the OK for repair. On Monday morning they called and said it was repaired and ready for pickup. I also asked their recommendations on new equipment and they were very helpful. I would use them again for any future problems.

I bought a Big Deal, called to make appointment and got one for the next day. They were very professional and explained what they would do and would call if they came across any viruses, as virus removal, etc costs extra above the Big Deal. They did find viruses and I gave them authority to remove them and I was made aware of the extra cost, to which I was agreeable. The whole experience was very positive and I will definitely use them again.

It went very well. I bought the Big Deal and called for an appointment, which was the next day. They gave me the rundown of what the Big Deal covered and what would cost extra to resolve. They said they'd call if additional work/cost was necessary. They did call me and advised about viruses and Trojans and the associated cost. I thought the additional $69 was an acceptable expense to remove the viruses and Trojans, so gave my approval. I was able to pick up my hard drive that same day. All employees I dealt with were very professional.

The problem was solved and we would call this company again if the need arises.

Larry ,you are wonderful!!!!!!...he electronically cleaned the connections, determined that nothing was wrong with my hard drive or mother board. The key board did not work but laptop computer worked with a plug in keyboard. Larry suggested I replace with a new computer keyboard for my model...and ..it worked! Larry called with updates and usually answered the phone when I called. Larry you are awesome! Ari you are wonderful also with your input. I have already taken another " Dead" laptop in for poss repair.

The PSee solutions staff that Avi Gabay has brought on board, since my first request for assistance over five years ago, are all helpful and knowledgeable. I have never failed to benefit from their assistance and the cost of their assistance is very reasonable. My experience this year has only reinforced my high regard for their service. In the several trips I made to get service assistance at the PSee office this year, only one trip required an overnight troubleshooting process that required me to leave my computer with them. Every other time, the trouble was resolved on the spot while I waited. The PSee Solution staff member who assisted me explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. During the most recent trip in November, the trouble was resolved during my visit.

They were great and spent as much time as needed to fix any problems with my computer. Very nice and professional and knowledgeable. Also had them work on my parent's computer and they were very impressed with the service.

so my review do forget that you purchased services.

Overall experience was wonderful. I never would have found them without Angies List. The service was promp and professional. All procedures were explained prior to work being done and answered all my questions. They fixed two computers for the price of diagnostics only elsewhere.

Went very well. I dropped off my computer at their location and they cleaned out and explained everything they did. They also gave me some suggestions for security so that I would be less likely to have the same problems in the future.

I was very pleased with the experience (even though I wasn't pleased that I had the hardware problem in the first place). The people at PSee Solutions do a great job of discussing computer issues and leaving the customer feeling respected, educated and valued. They quoted me a price for the drive on the phone, but the final charge was LESS than they quoted. There were no technical issues with the laptop after they worked on it - it was ready to use. Great experience overall.
