Description of Work: I was having computer issues that I couldn't resolve on my own so I contacted PeeSolutions and asked for their help. They set up a direct connection into my computer so they could "see" the problems I have having and they resolved them quickly and with wonderful expertise. They installed a new Security Package on my computer, removed the old Security software and cleaned up a few things. I have called them a couple of times since then and they have been able to help me with the direct connection within five minutes. They are a "great group of guys" to deal with and their service and willingness to both help their customers and be more than fair regarding pricing has been a breathe of fresh air. I would give them the very highest of recommendations to anyone that was searching for a computer expert.

Description of Work: I messed up my resolution by making it too big to be able to reset it. Since i have used P See Solutions before, i knew they could help. called them and Brandon answered the call and within 10 minutes it was resent to where i could see things on a normal view. THEY ARE AWESOME

Description of Work: I picked up a Trojan Malware Virus and my security system would not remove the virus. I contacted my cable company from whom i purchase the security system and they were no help at all. I contacted PSeeSolutions and discussed my problem with Avi. He immediately took over control of my computer from his office and in no time removed the virus. This is the third time I have used this company.

Description of Work: I kept getting Windows Recovery from unexpected shutdown message. The computer would shut down properly. They said this was fixed. It was not fixed. I continue to have this problem. The computer does not start properly or shut down properly. I expressed my concerns to the company. All charges were withdrawn.

Description of Work: As a small business owner, we rely heavily on our computer network and email. We recently moved to a new location and had to set up a brand new network, no easy task. PSeeSolutions made it as easy as possible, worked on weekends to limit our down time. We then encountered some hardware problems. While we all get frustrated by these issues, the key is how responsive and quick to respond is the service provider. Here again, we were not disappointed. Description of Work: Brandon showed up right on time to set up my new system. He moved files, set up wireless functionality, and even set up new ICONS to make this a seamless move from old unit to new unit. He was polite,engaging and a pleasure to work with. Description of Work: I've been dealing with PSEE Solutions and Avi Gabbay, owner, and Brandon for the past 3 years. No matter what the problem, they solve it quickly. This time, I had some issues with my new computer resetting to settings I didn't want (I didn't realize at the time that that was the problem) and updates that were not happening automatically for current versions of programs. Part of the problem was with Time Warner and I've since contacted them for intermittent service problems. Brandon figured out that TW was the culprit regarding one of the problems. They are always willing to help you gratis for some simple problems. I like dealing with them because I know the problem will be resolved to my satisfaction. They provide fantastic customer service and explain things on a layman's level without being condescending. Thanks again for great service and know-how from Avi and his team!

Description of Work: I had a dead laptop they brought back to life. they were quick, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with my laptop computer operating real slow after it had been on for about 45 minutes. I tried several things on my own to find and correct the problem but nothing seemed to help. I called PSeeSolutions, explained the problem, they told me to bring it in which I did. They next day they called me and said they found the problem and wanted to keep it another day to make sure it was running as it should after correcting the problem. The next day I picked it up, they discussed in detail what they did. They also installed free software so if I have any problems in the future they can analysis the computer over the phone, fix and/or advise what needs to be done. They optimized the system and cleaned the computer inside and out. These guys are great!

Description of Work: They were vrery professional, yet friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable and helpful. They made helpful suggestions that I wouldn't have even know to ask about. Not only were they timely in their repair, after they quoted a price for me on an additional part, when I picked up my computer, they found they needed to use a different part and passed the $10 savings on to me. I would never have know the difference. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used PSeeSolutions when we have had issues with our computers. This time we had our desk top lock up with a virus. We were also afraid it may have spread to one of our laptops. PSee cleaned up our desk top, found that the laptop was alright and installed an antivirus program on both machines. The job was done in one day and I picked up the computers when promised.

Description of Work: I needed help extending the coverage of my home network, replacement of a cd/dvd drive, and PC tune-up. Kevin fixed all three promptly and I will call them first next time I need PC/network help

Description of Work: Excellent in all respects. Avi said no charge to come to the house and look at the wireless printer issue and estimate cost to "clean" our laptop and PC. Fixed the printer issue with no charge. We definitely will use him for the other work later and for any other computer issues. I now personally know why he was selected as on of the best in Angies List for 2010.

Description of Work: My internet wasn't working, my computer was slow, I didn't have internet protection. I was very frustrated. I had had another person out and they really didn't solve my problem to my satisfaction. This company was featured in a monthly Angies List magazine and I called. Turnw out my road runner wasn't installed properly and he fixed that. Att is my email provider and the settings change constantly and Avi was able to fix that as well. I had another problem and he installed a program that he can monitor my computer remotely , what a wonderful service !!!! I am very pleased and will use psee solutions again and again and again . thank you !!!!

Description of Work: My computer froze and initially would not reboot. After several attempts, I finally got it to reboot, but sound was gone. Based on Angie's List, I called PSee Solutions and worked with Avi Gabbay. He was flexible as to attempting to solve the problem remotely, my bringing the PC in to his office, or coming out to my house. We attempted to solve the problem remotely and he actually coached me through some steps that resolved my problem from his cell phone, and then didn't charge me anything. I appreciated Avi's politeness, good listening and analytical skills, and ability to guide with clear instructions from a cell phone, as well as his flexibility and general spirit of customer service. I would certainly use PSee Solutions again!

Description of Work: In October 2008 I had a major trojan attack - pseesolutions had to completely restore my HD to fix all the issues - as well as switch to Firefox and set up a hardware firewall to decrease my vulnerability. After that it ran better than it did when it was new. Recently had another scare - pseesolutions was able to do all the scans etc. remotely and there was nothing serious. And he did that without any additional charge.

Description of Work: This work was done 9-5-07; I had previously submitted a report but evidently it didn't go through. I don't remember what the problem was now but do know that Avi took it home for one night and had it up and running the next day. He was on time and did an excellent job.
