Mario was extremely easy to work with. He adapted his services based on my goals for the yard and my concern for the environment. I liked how together we came up with a plan to minimize the use of chemicals and mulch. The pricing was also fair. Other companies turned away when I told them I didn't want any chemicals. Mario set my expectations, making me understand that theresults and goals would take far longer to achieve with a chemical-free approach. That's okay by me. I feel at ease knowing that the lawn is under the care of Mario and his crew. They are professional and courteous. I look forward to continued improvements and projects with this company.

They did a great job. They are very personable, friendly, and responsive. We are very pleased. Mowing is $25, and the landscaping was $750.

Always dependable to be here when he said he would be. Never had a dispute in price or performance. Worked well with us and with our special needs lawn - It holds a lot of water. It would take a lot of time to dry out which made planning a certain day of every week to mow, a challenge. He was willing to work with us though and was very reliable, even on short notice. He always quoted us extra services too that weer reasonably priced.

The project went very well. He is extremely afforable and reliable, and he does a good job -- all the things that homeowners are looking for in a contractor. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Montanez is always quick to return phone calls and is polite and professional. $25 per cut for lawn service is very reasonable and their work is excellent.

Mario was easy to get a hold of and was able to come out within a few days of my initial call. He was on time and professional throughout the whole process. My husband and I walked the entire property with him explaining what we had in mind and asked his opinion on areas we were unsure of. He was able to give us sound judgement and explain what needed to be done overall. He expected the total job would take 2-3 days of work barring any weather issues. We were able to get on the schedule within 2 weeks of our initial consultation. Mario explained that he would have the dirt we needed (to fill in the old pool area) and mulch delivered for us and we would need to provide the pavers & weed control we wantes used. I appreciated this that way my husband and I made sure to get the pavers WE wanted and not what someone else picked out. We did have a choice of mulch as well which was wonderful, I personally wanted basic black which was easy enough to obtain. Mario and his crew showed up early on the first day and got to work with no issues. The first day was mostly clean up and clear out. By the end of day one the yard already looked like new and that was BEFORE any mulch was put down. They worked tirelessly and were always happy to answer our questions as the work progressed. Day two was a little damp but they were able to finish almost everything (paver work had to wait to due heavier ran in the afternoon). The beds look amazing! We are so impressed as well with how lovely the pine trees look now that they are trimmed. The pool area is perfectly level and will look wonderful once the new grass grows in. Mario was able to come back a few days later after the yard had dried and complete the paver work - very impressed! The only issue we had was that the little bobcat that they rented to move all the dirt to the pool area caused some of our back lawn to be torn up (i.e grass ruined)...Mario was quick to correct the situation! He came back out with top soil, straw and of course grass seed. I appreciate his willingness to quickly correct the situation which was undoubtly bound to happen to some extent due to the distance between the pool area to be filled and where the dirt was dropped. We were so happy with the service that was provided we tipped a little extra to show our appreciation. We will DEFININTLY be having Mario and his crew back out every season to help us maintain our now beautiful landscape.
