They removed everything, graded, seeded it and strawed it. The previous house owner had left a lot in the house as well, so I hired them to clean that out as well. They were timely, responsive and careful. Fabulous!

Mario showed up right on-time to bring us an estimate. We have approximately an acre and a half to mow and trim. By using a manual mower, it takes approximately an hour and a half. Mario gave us an extremely reasonable quote and has done a superb job for our condo complex so far. His guys have shown up every week and the common area looks great. His team has also cleaned up the sidewalk in the front of the building beautifully. We are hoping to use his company on our other properties as well.

Mario was kind enough to work us into his schedule for the four weeks we needed his assistance while I recuperated from a medical procedure. We had not used him before and, after the four weeks, I was to resume doing the work myself. Despite our lack of history with Mario and his knowing we would be only with him a short time, he treated us like life-long customers. His crew did a great job for us and we would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Mario Montanez and his crew removed the grass in the front and back yards at my Harrison West residence and planted ground cover. They first removed the sod, then applied a fine mulch for the small plants. In the front, they moved existing periwinkle plants into the yard to provide ground cover. In the back yard they planted 3 flats of ajuga reptans or bugleweed. Mario was unable to find the ajuga plants through his usual sources and initially said he would not be able to complete the planting. I located the plants at Oakland Nursery. We had scheduled this work early in the summer to be done during the fall. Suggestion to Mario to locate the plants beforehand to insure they are available for late season planting.

Mario Montanez and his crew arrived as scheduled to my Harrison West residence. They trimmed all my shrubs, cut perennials, cleaned up remaining leaves and edged the lawn. They cut down and removed a pine tree which had outgrown its space. The tree was cut even with the ground, leaving no stump and all pine needles and branches cleaned up and taken away. Mario provided helpful suggestions for certain shrubs he thought may not benefit from pruning. Good job.

All of the crew members were very professional and efficient. They were a little late and didn't call to let me know that they were delayed, but once they arrived, they got right to work and completed everything I wanted them to do. My yard looked great when they finished.

Mario and his men had half the flower beds edged before I made it outside to say hello. They are hard workers, friendly and accommodating. Mario know plants etc. They are also going to be mowing my yard. Their prices are very reasonable. They not only had spring clean-up but last falls too.
