I just wasn't completely happy. I didn't appreciate them riding on my grass after heavy rains. I also didn't appreciate he was going to charge extra to bag the leaves while he mowed.

Professional and easy. I will call Mario again for yard work.

They have been doing work for us for about 4 or 5 months. Prices are good and we are very pleased.

He is very nice and reliable. He does great work and he cares about what hes does. He always askes to see if we are pleased. He works hard and does a good job. His prices are fair too.

They were responsive from the first call I made to get an estimate. The group of men that came out to do the work showed up right on time and got to work right away. They continued to work all day. I was very impressed with how hard they worked pretty much non stop all morning and afternoon. Many of the neighbors commented on how hard the team worked and how impressed they were with the final results. I too was very happy with how nice the yard looked when they finished. It was like having a new back yard once all the over growth was pulled out. I would hire them again.

I hired Montanez All Seasons Maintenance LLC this summer to mow my grass. In the past I have tried to hire individuals and they would not show up, or cut down my flowers. So I have always been hesitate to hire someone to cut my grass again. This year I had foot surgery so I needed to hire someone. I found this company on Angie's list and hired them. They have been prompt, professional, and do a wonderful job. I have not had one flower cut down. They trim the area and edge the lawn. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. They do a great job. I'm so happy I found them on Angie';s List.

as always Mario's yard service was wonderful, I don't know what we would do without it.

I had a service that was not reliable, so I needed a new one quickly because my grass was getting so tall the neighbors were complaining. I called and spoke w/ Mario. He was at my house later the same day to give me an estimate. It was quick and the price was fair for the size of my lawn. He said my grass would be cut Friday and it was. There was a small strip missed, but it was under a tree and shaded area and with the tall grass and upcoming rain that day I can see where that could happen. I will update this post if there is anything to report next week. So far I am happy.

The following year he came back to do the same as well as remove a dead tree and trim others. Mr. Montanez is very professional and it's evident he takes great pride in his work.

Provider cuts our lawn weekly. Mows grass, weedeatter, and edging. We are very happy with his work ethic. Plan to use again next spring/summer.

Unfortunately he said he was booked for the rest of the season for regular mowing like I needed, but to call back next season and he would give me a good deal if he had availability. I would definitely call him if I needed any other landscaping work done.

The company is as good as advertised. Mario was punctual and professional. Their entire crew was the same way. Our property looks much, much better and they cleaned up perfectly after they were done

I contacted Mr. Montanez after several other landscapers listed on here did not reply punctually. He came out quickly and gave me an estimate and a date of service. I called him to add more work on later and he easily accomodated me. He called me the day before to remind me his team was coming out. In 4 hours his team of 3 guys completely cut down and cleaned the incredibly vine/shrub/weed infested back yard of the house i'd just bought in victorian village. They pruned trees, removed huge shrubs as well as vines on house. They also did a great job putting in fill dirt and mulching. As it only took them 15 man hours maybe i should have asked for a lower price but the work was great and i'm incredibly satisfied

They were great, self-starters. I heard them start their clippers, and that's how I knew they were there. They thought I would be at work, but I'd taken the day off for other reasons. They were cutting away long before I even made it outside. They had it all done by noon! They were polite, hardworking, professional, friendly and funny! I totally would hire them again or recommend them to anyone else who has trimming to do. They also piled all the yard waste into two their trucks, covered it with tarps to keep it from blowing out onto the streets and hauled it away, not leaving a trace of trimmed shrubs!

Mario is very good at what he does and is punctual and completed everything we agreed upon. I look forward to having him work on my garden in the future.

Contacted three Angie's list well-rated providers to provide an estimate, and Montanez is the only one who responded in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would for the quote. At the time we confirmed Montanez, we were told they were booking 3 weeks out, which was OK with us as he made the schedule clear. They actually ended up showing up a week earlier than we were expecting, however they did not tell us they were coming, which is the only point I would have preferred gone better. Other than that, the two workers who showed up worked efficiently, performed all work at a high level and cleaned up everything after they left. Overall a good experience - I would recommend them.

I called and met with Mario before he started the work. We agreed on the term of the price and the work and signed a contract. Mario did exactly what he promised and I am pleased with his work. I will use him again.

Mr. Montanez and his crew did a great job. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did a good job with shrub trimming, and the edging and mulching of our extensive landscape beds. They cleaned up all debris. Very pleased with the work and hired them for monthly weeding and bed maintenance all summer. Rehired for this year's spring cleanup and mulching.

Mario got back to me quickly when I called for an appointment. He arrived promptly and after he and I toured the property and I explained what I needed to have done, he provided a written estimate. They arrived on the appointed date to do the work. It took 3 men over 4 hours to complete the job. I was thrilled with the results. I would use them again if needed.

When I phoned Mario he was able to come to my home in just a few days and give me a price for pruning my shrubs and trees. I agreed to the price and he scheduled the work for the 2nd of July. They came on time and got right to work. They did even more than agreed to and did not complain or ask for more money. The storms had left a lot of debris even though I had picked up numerous branches after the first storm. The second one was the night before they were scheduled to come. I could not have done any pick-up before they came but they didn't complain about the extra work. So I was very pleased with their work. My only minor complaint was that they left my front yard garden hose all twisted up with 2 kinks in it and it was not where I always put it. I always coil the garden hoses after I use them and make sure there are no kinks in the hoses. Overall I was very satisfied.

We contacted the company to get an estimate and received a reply the next day. Played phone tag for a couple days, but once reached, the company came out and gave us a free estimate and scheduled an appointment. Company showed up when we were told and performed the services purchased.
