Description of Work: Trimmed 3 very tall shrubs, trimmed 4 smaller shrubs, dug up 6 rose bush stumps and spread mulch on one large bed. Cleaned up and hauled away all clippings.

Description of Work: They cut back hedge, pulled down vines, cleaned up sidewalk, edged it and cleared weeds and growth from between cracks in brick sidewalk. Cleaned up after themselves, hauled everything away. I was at work. When I got home, it was all done. They never even had to call me at work for anything. They had to do some of the work from my neighbor's yard, and she was also impressed by how respectful and careful they were while in her yard. They're great!

Description of Work: They cleaned up my front and side flowerbeds, pruned bushes, edged, pulled weeds,and mulched. In addition, they added nice touches such as edging one bed with small stones. They performed exactly the services I requested.

Description of Work: Requested to have 6 yards that were very overgrown mowed and trimmed. Mr. Montanez provided an estimate in 24 hrs that I thought was very reasonable given the condition of some of the yards. I approved the estimate and he had the yards mowed exactly when he said he would (less than 2 days later). I drove by one of the lots as they were working and all of the workers seemed to be hustling (they did not know I was in the neighborhood).

Description of Work: He came out and perform some lawn cleanup on part of my backyard. Unlike other landscape & lawn contractors I've had to deal with, Montanez came out on the day and timeframe that he said he would in order to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and day that he would perform the work. I knew that I would be out of town on this day, however, I could only hope that he'd be reliable and trustworthy. Montanez not only came out on the day he promised, but he did a great job as well. I will definitely be using him again in the very near future. In fact, I plan on calling him tonight to see when he is available to do other work for me. Well done!
