Description of Work: They were wonderful, called when they were on their way. They took us around and explained the best way for our product. Also talked with us on what we wanted and our needs were. It was raining that day and they had some work to do outside, and they kept right on working. They took their shoes off at the door. They took time to tell us each step of the way what they were doing. They looked over the job after doing it, checked to see that our system worked and showed us how to work the computer part of it. They did the computer set up, did not hurry, took their time on the job. We were very happy with Mike and Dan . If you need some electric work done these are your guys. We will contact them again for any future work.

 + -1 moreThis was a rather large and complex project. Fortunately, the house was pre-wired for almost all of the A/V connections. Installation of the system proceeded smoothly; some minor delays were unavoidable due to some back ordered equipment. Once everything arrived, installation was completed and the usual adjustments were finished in good order.
Description of Work: Installation of whole audio video system, including plasma screen TVs, multiple room recessed ceiling speakers. The system is accessed through a central, individually selectable A/V station, including multiple cable DVRs, DVD changer, media server, and satellite radio. The system is controlled through wireless touchscreen remotes.

Description of Work: Hung flat screen TV on wall, hooked up home theater components to existing speakers. Labor was $595. They provided a number of cables for a total of $746 for the whole job.

Description of Work: They did the wiring for two rear speakers for a home theater system. They ran it through the ceiling in the basement.

 + -1 moreDan was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and informative. He provided good advice on positioning and answered all questions. There was a delay in obtaining the hardware for reasons outside Dan's control. He did a very good job of keeping us informed of progress along the way.
Description of Work: Purchased and performed installation of new speakers for our sound system, which included in-wall wiring. The project started with some unknowns. Dan did a good job of explaining the challenges that resulted in labor costs to exceed estimate.

 + -1 moreWent very well, even though the installation was very difficult due to wiring complexity and unforeseen obstacles. The estimate for 3 hours of labor cost went way beyond 3 hours, and we still were only charged for the estimate. That was very nice. We will also be having Dan back to do security installation and second room for audio surround sound. We feel his work is clearly superb.
Description of Work: Hung 50'' television and ran HDMI, component (10m) into basement, in wall wiring/speakers for 5.1 surround. Repeater box for remote controlling between basement and first floor. Some consulting information provided.

Dan came out for an estimate, helped me pick speakers within my budget, was prompt and courteous and ultimately delivered a good product. He and his crew installed the speakers in a very professional manner, and even did so in under the estimated time (how often does that happen?). Dan even helped correct a connection problem with my TV that he was not responsible for. He went above and beyond. I will definitely use this company for future high-tech needs!
