"Will was very nice to start off with. He came willingly and gave us an estimate, as well as picked up our $2,600 cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. The installation occurred a few weeks later. Three employees used a machine to dig a trench in my backyard, and then because of utility lines, they hand-dug another trench in my side yard. They installed the pieces of HydroBlox and covered them with dirt. I expect the HydroBlox to properly drain the water from my yard, but if they do not, then I will update my review in the future."
