I rated thus company right after project was completed. We had brand new front door and storm door installed. Since then the owner Will come back out to fix again as doors weren't correct. It has only been two months and doors aren't working proper. Same thing as when installed. Three times now we've gotten locked out of front door. I reached out and Will said would be here last week. Monday, didn't show, reached out that night after no word and nothing. Read text but didn't respond. Tuesday I called Will and spoke with him and said would be out later that day. No show. No word since. It is now one week

S&S Builders were very professional, courteous and hardworking. They went out of their way to make sure they had all the right materials and were flexible on last minute changes I wanted. They did a great job and I’m very pleased with my new beautiful cedar deck!

Will was very responsive. He was able to understand what I wanted in a patio and he paid attention to details. Invoicing was easy as well. Time frame to complete was great. We will use for future projects!

They are great. The work was done well and in a very timely manner. I'm looking forward to the next project to be completed by this company.

Waited 2 months for work to start. Forms were set up as concrete was arriving which made it a complete rush job. It looks terrible. Completely uneven with the rest of our patio which poses a tripping hazard as well as looks terrible. There are marks in the concrete as well. We’re going to have to either have this torn out or deck over it. I’ve sent 2 texts to who was in charge of the project and have gotten no reply. We have pictures of the shoddy work and are incredibly disappointed. Thank goodness we didn’t pay anything up front.

We were very happy with the replacement of our old deck by S&S Builders. They even ran into some rain but kept right on working. The team was awesome and the owner, Will, completed everything he promised. I will be having this Company back again for future work.

Excellent service got to me within 10 minutes of request made a appointment and gave me a quote that was absolutely responsible and fare. I recommend this company to anyone
