He was very good.

I contacted the company and the owner came to my home and measured for replacing the existing concrete driveway. He then made suggestions for the stamped concrete sidewalk. He discussed the advantages of doing the whole project at the same time and pointed out some situations that I hadn't thought about. He gave me an estimate and I called him the next day with the go ahead. The job was performed in a timely manner and by very professional workers. Everything the owner said would be done was completed, including some extras.

Concrete Pros LLC did a great job with our garage floor. There was a unfortunate situation where their dump truck broke down, so they were unable to perform services on the original day scheduled. They were in constant communication with me during this time, keeping me updated on the situation and they let me know immediately when they knew they'd be able to come back out. The quality of the work was great and i am very happy with my new garage floor. As most contractors do smoke it seems, after the job I found several cigarette butts in my driveway and my yard, hence the professionalism grade being lowered slightly. The price was a good price but nothing spectacular, seems fair based on other estimates I had received.

I chose this contractor based on their reviews on Angie's list and I must say I am very gald I did. John Jelovich is an extremely personable and knowledgeable man and I felt very at ease in all my dealings with him. He listened to all my desires and concerns and then made some very astute recommendations about the finish that I had not even considered. He had an extensive portfolio filled with examples of his work that I especially liked because it made it much easier to invision what my finished project would look like. Instead of a plain gray, flat patio, I chose to follow his recommendation and go with a stamped, colored finish. The relatively small additional expense was WELL worth it as it turned out to be very beautiful. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire experience and will not hesitate to call upon Concrete Pros again.

While we had some bad weather that made it difficult for them to schedule the job, they were always responsive and kept in touch with me. Once scheduled, they arrived when they said the would. Because I had someone else do the initial excavation, there was a mixup in who was responsible for the building permit, but we worked together with them to get the necessary permits, and Concrete Pros deducted the fees from the final bill. After sealing it, John spent time explaining to me how to keep it properly sealed and cared for and even provided me with detailed info for the sealant that he recommended for best results. We are very pleased with the final result and have already enjoyed a couple of evenings on the new patio with a roaring file in our new fire pit.

They were great. They were timely and their price was reasonable. They were very polite and very neat.

Found Concrete Pros on Angies List after my original patio contractor injured his knee and could no do the work. John from Concrete Pro's came right out, was very professional, through and knowledgable. Told me straight out how he would do the job and where I could save money but not give up the quality I was looking for. Told him I was under a tight time table with what had happened but he fit me in his busy schedule and started the next day. Work completed in 5 days. Awesome guys, beautiful, quality work.....my wife and I could not be happier. Thank you so much John
