Very pleased with the job. They had a problem and they sent someone out to correct it within 48 hours. We were very pleased with the turn around time on it and very pleased with the work.

They were pretty good about calling you and responding. We usually go with the companies that have good responsiveness. Make sure they can come when they say. They told us they would be here the beginning of August, but now we are on the schedule for April. I just wish they could of came when they said they would.

After a long wait this summer due to unforeseen circumstances (I mean rain, rain, rain!) John and his crew showed up first thing in the morning and had everything torn out and ready for the pour by 1pm. No mess at all. After a couple days with the threat of rain they were back and had the job poured and brushed before noon that day. John suggested a stamped front walk with colors that accent the house, so we went with his recommendation. My wife and I left for vacation the day after so we had to wait 10 days before we could see our driveway and front walk in the finished state. Needless to say whe we got back we were pleasantly surpirsed at how good it looked! I would recommend them to any and all! Lori in the office and John running the crew, what a great team!!! I set up 2 appointments with Concrete Pro's to obtain an estimate. They missed the 1st appointment, I had to reschedule for a 2nd appointment, but they missed that one too, and never called me back.

We had received quotes for replacement of a double drive way, front walk, front porch and step plus the addition of a walk way from the driveway to our patio. Our patio was a 4 x 6 cement pad. The quotes were very low ($7000) to extremely high (>$12,000). we were considering the two mid range quotes. We were impressed that John had ideas to enhance the landscape not just do the job we thought we wanted. So we have a great level driveway, but the walkway and steps match the patio with beautiful stamped concrete. The corners are rounded and the work has character. It is truly better than we expected. The work was scheduled for August but due to weather delays it took a bit longer. No sweat . A+++. The only area we would caution anyone having concrete work done is how extensive clean up will be. Perhaps we were naïve, but we did not anticipate the turf and leftover cement/concrete cleanup to do. Our advise is to understand completely want will or won't be removed. After many hours of manpower and trips to the dump we are getting it done. Thank you John and crew for improving our landscape. We appreciate it all. The new patio is the best!!

The whole company from the owner, office manager, and crew were great to work with and very professional. They were in and out in two days. The owner came back out a few days later to see if we were satisfied.

Using concrete pros could not have gone any better. When first researching on Angies list for contractors I called five of them to come give estimates. This decision was not easy to make but I decided to go with concrete pros due to the ideas that John had and also the very competitive price. This was a decision I would not regret and even my wife said you did a great job choosing the concrete company. John and Lori were very good about returning calls and answering questions that I continually had regarding the project before I committed to the contract and after I committed. They were willing to adjust their schedule and push the pour back to accommodate some other work we had to have finished at the house. During the pour they arrived early and started their tear out and forminhg process. They worked quickly and efficiently and were done very quickly and cleaned up their entire mess. Minus having no driveway I could not tell that they had even been here. On the day of the pour they worked very fast and put down 30 yards of concrete in just a few hours. During the process they stamped out front walkway which turned out better than imagine after John recommended a pattern and color that went perfectly with the house. Everything they poured turned out fantastically and we couldn't be happier. In fact after seeing the job two of my neighbors wanted his card and talked to me about how good the driveway turned out. I would highly recommend John and concrete pros for your driveway, you will not be disappointed.

They were professional, they came out on time, they sent pictures the whole bit. The price was good, they called every time and they did everything perfectly. Here is one of the problems i have with Angies list i hope you have no problem with constructive criticism, I tried to give you guys a feedback on transmissions that we had done and they were very good in every thing but every time we try to do it, it would make a rare sound i even told the guy we had problems today so he put it in for me so i started doing things for other things that i didn't even use,i think the process is kind of a problem.

Removed one day and poured the next. Worked with no interruptions and very neat with fill consideration to home and property. Workers very skilled and pleasant to interact with.

They were very patient with us setting up a date, but despite a wet spring the patio was placed at the agreed upon time. It looks beautiful with curved steps. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

They were here when they said they would be and finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the concrete results, but don't feel they back filled the yard where the concrete forms were. In their behalf, it has been pretty muudy, but we will have to do something in the spring to fix the yard.

They were a little late getting started on promised dates. Once they began work they were on time and job was finished as promised. The swirl pattern on the driveway and patio was done professionally and make everything looks elegant. The owner, John was very hands on being there every day with his crew. We love our new driveway and patio. I would recommend Concrete Pros to everyone, family and friends.

This is the WORST contractor I've ever had to deal with in my life. I wasn't happy that they ruined my outside bar top with wet concrete (a $1,000 - $1400 repair) , caused excessive damage to my lawn ($400 repair) by not having enough plywood, dumped excess concrete in the woods by my back yard and spilling some on top of my $2,500 drainage system!!! They caused me 6 hours of cleaning up the mess they left on my outdoor bar and street by the community mail boxes all caused by poor supervision. After I complained about their lack of regard fro my property they spilled sealer all over the front of my driveway that won't clean up except over time. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Lori, defamation and harassment is what John (the owner) did to ME. So now you turn the truth around and say that I'm the one doing it to you? That is really underhanded. I still have Johns obscene text messages on my phone and still have the tape of EXACTLY what he said about me on the radio. Your lawyer backed off because YOU people caused the problem not me. You never heard my complaints about the work before? That's not true because I was quite upset with John and told him so resulting in him calling me names on the radio show. No professionalism at all - ZERO. John's BIG MOUTH is his own worst enemy and you can't bend the truth of what he ACTUALLY said and wrote when I have the evidence in my possession for anyone to see. In fact, I sent YOU a COPY so quit your whining and own up to what was done.

He was horrible! We were given a proposal in late March and were told work would be done by early May. Every time we called, it was another month added to the timeframe. By the time they told us maybe in July, we complained. Lori in the office sounded so proud when she told us that we were doing good since they were still working on jobs from the previous year! This place pads their calendar with jobs they know they will never get to. Oh, and don't fall for the you owe us a cancellation fee. If they can't show a loss, you owe them NOTHING!

We were told specifically we were "on the schedule" multiple times. We were going back and forth, getting the pricing updated as we widened a patio by 2 ft, removed the stamping option, etc. There was no doubt we were having the work done. Finally, at the end of May, I received a call stating they would be here Thursday & Friday. Husband and I took off work to stay home. No call Thursday or Friday, no email, no show. Called Friday morning, no call back. Office manager called back Friday evening saying they were having trouble getting the concrete removal guy scheduled to remove the small 10 feet x 2 feet old 50's sidewalk. John called on Monday extremely irate. He informed me rather rudely that I can't expect him to just show up and do the work, even though we first met 3 months ago. He was having problems finding somewhere to dump the dirt and concrete "all the way out there." Here we are, 3 months after quote, and he can't find a source to take the dirt and bit of concrete, and he acted as if it was our fault for living so far away. Our price was updated at least 5 times. He quoted us one price in person, another price on the phone, a 3rd price on the quote itself. We did some small updates, and the price went up by $1,000. We dropped the total amount of concrete needed (shortening the drive) yet the price went up to another $750. Every day we spoke, we were given a different price. John knew our location when he first came over to measure. He should never have taken the job if it was too far for him or if he didn't have the resources he needed. Constant promise of "being on the schedule" were not true. We didn't get added to the schedule until May, having received our quote in March. The extreme rudeness and lack of communication during the 3 months was unacceptable. The pricing was inconsistent and made no sense - price going up as the amount of concrete was reduced. We managed to get out of the contract and not have to pay the cancellation fee. I would not recommend this contractor due to the high price, inconsistent communications, what seemed like a disorganized schedule, and rude behavior after what was very clearly their own fault. We went with another contractor, closer to home, and literally $4,000 cheaper.

I could not possibly be more thrilled with the entire experience. We had another contractor to give a quote as well, however nobody had the creative ideas and pride in his work as John did. He did not want to just "pour" a driveway - he wanted everything to be beautiful and went above and beyond to give us fabulous ideas. Both John and Lori were always so prompt and courteous with keeping me updated on dates, what would be happening, what time the crews would arrive, etc. We had a record breaking amount of rain the month of June - they were absolutely patient with my rantings and ravings about the "big party" I was having in July and did everything they could to make it happen :))) And they did!!! I truly enjoyed working with them and am so incredibly thrilled with how beautiful everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

My original review referred to a bad interaction with a subcontractor. After that was published, I had a good phone conversation with John who was very apologetic about the experience. He offered to come out a look at my project himself. This was a perfect example of customer service winning the day. He clearly cares about his reputation and wanted to do anything possible to make it right. The estimate process was smooth and he had great ideas about the materials and design. Ultimately I went with another bidder, but I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Be ABSOLUTELY positive that you want them to be your contractor. After my wife and I found someone else who could do the job cheaper (and MUCH better (based on samples of both companies)), we went with the Nagy Concrete. Yes, we signed an agreement to have Concrete "Pros" do the job, but after going to Nagy, the former has retained an attorney to get the $250.00 cancellation fee.

I guess my job was too small. I don' know exactly the date I tried calling them. so 5-15 -13 is VERY approximate.

John was one of the nicest guys we have ever run into. He took about a half an hour at least with us, describing everything he was going to do and a little bit about his history with the company, how he started the company. We were very impressed with him. He showed us lots of samples and gave us some great ideas. We're excited to have the work done.

John, the owner, was very responsive to all of our needs. Scheduling was great as weather permitted early in the season. Price was very good considering the size of the job. We're very pleased with what Concrete Pros has done for us. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them for our next concrete job. I'll do my best to get back with some pictures and a more detailed review as time permits.

Was prompt in responding to me, courteous and detailed. Walked w us to a different driveway to see what I wanted, he pointed out errors that I didn't see before. I was very pleased. If I was just looking for a single quote, I would had made the deal immediately. He gave me a lot of confidence.

The job was a driveway and stamped porch and walkways (all colored concrete). The company won the work based on price. The delta between the highest and lowest price reveived for the work was around four grand. They came in just a few hundred lower than one of their competitors. There were some scheduling issues, but once the work was started, they finished the job in short order. End result was worth the wait, they did an excellent job. It's been five months and no cracking or seperations anywhere. I'll have them back when I do my other driveway.
