I called, they came out and looked it over. They identified primary problem area and it's fix, as well as other observations I was able to confirm. They provided a list of repars I should consider, and had a reasonable estimate for each. I had them move ahead with the desired repairs. They performed them in short order, with professional approach, and completed work with great results. We'll have to see this Winter if the chimney flashing repairs worked as needed, but I'm impressed with their service, pricing, quality and punctuality. I strongly recommend them to others.

Larry did a terrific job on the house. He has great attention to detail. He cleaned up all debris. I gave him access to water and soda while working. He left $5 in the refrigerator to cover the cost. Impressive... He even cleaned out a clogged gutter for me. Larry doesn't always respond to calls in a timely manner, but his services are worth the wait. Larry was referred to me, so I'm not sure about the reasonableness of the price. Larry is a carpentry professional. Today that is hard to find.

They are excellent to deal with, and have done very nice work. We?ve recommended their services to others, and we would definitely use them again.

The work was well done and completed in a few days. The workmen cleaned up after themselves and were careful to protect my landscaping during the work. I would definitely hire them again.

We had wood trim that had cracked and was falling off of the house. They also quoted us to replace a sagging gutter. We had them come out and provide an estimate. They arrived promptly and the techinican was courteous and knowledgable. The main reason why we didn't go with them was because the painter that came out was able to fix the work, so only one company had to come out instead of two. I would definitely give them a call if I needed work done in the future.

They were wonderful. I would most definitely use them again.

He was extremely good. This man went through the effort to locate this siding. It was hard for me to find. The siding matched perfectly and he cleaned up well. The house looks new. He also went to the distributor to pick up the siding, as well. I could not give him a higher rating.

Larry was delayed a couple days with a vehicle breakdown, that's the only reason they get a B on punctuality. Overall he did an outstanding job, the pieces he replaced looked fabulous and he did not leave any mess anywhere. Once the new wood was painted the house looked brand new. The price was a little higher than I thought but I can't complain about the quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were happy with the trim board replacement. Our main complaint is that our new gutters are supposed to have a 10 year warranty according to Isaac White (owner), and Isaac has promised us on multiple occasions (at least 5 times) to give us warranty information in writing but we have never received it. When we were having our gutters installed, the workmen at first installed the new gutters in the most unusual way and they needed to be re-done. After conversations with Isaac about the workmanship the day of the job, and after we, the homeowners, took them to another house like ours in the neighborhood to show them how the gutters should be, they re-installed the gutters and the job turned very nicely. We felt that Isaac was not the most accommodating and somewhat unprofessional when we had a conversation with him the morning of our gutter installation. Part was due to miscommunication with Isaac, the gutter installers and us, but the bothersome part to us was Isaac's attitude. The final job turned out very nice, but we would be reluctant to use AABIC Roofing again because of the degree of professionalism, and the lack of warranty information promised.

This company was professional and did a good job. I had no problem getting in touch with them or with making an appointment. The job was delayed a couple times due to weather, but when they did come for the project it was done very quickly.

Isaac was wonderful! We weren't sure of the extent of the damage to our wood siding, but suspected that we'd only need to have work done on one side. Isaac confirmed our suspicions, and was very understanding that we didn't want a bunch of "bells and whistles." We only wanted to do the necessary repairs, as opposed to strictly aesthetic work, because we're not planning on being in the house for long enough to make it worthwhile. Once work began, Isaac and his crew discovered that our chimney was almost completely detached from the house. My husband said it was pretty scary -- the whole thing swayed when gently pushed. They ended up basically rebuilding an entire exterior section of our house. Even with the job more or less doubling in size, they still completed the work in just a little over the amount of time initially quoted. They were also frugal -- while we obviously ended up paying more than estimated because of the additional work, the final cost was less than I had expected. And the quality is exceptional. We would definitely use Aabic again!

Went well. Issaac was very accommodating to my particularness. They did good work and even did extensive caulking upon request. Fixed an issue too that came up after the work was done.

Isaac was very prompt and professional. His examination of my home was detailed, and he provided much by way of his knowledge of residential construction. The only reason he was not chosen was because I actually needed my house trim painted, and I found a painting company that would do repairs of my damaged trim at a fraction of the cost Isaac provided. Without question, Isaac is the kind of contractor that will make permanent repairs instead of band-aid approaches, and based on that integrity alone, I recommend calling him for a quote. My decision really came down to only having enough money to repair and not replace the trim. I will call Isaac again if I need roofing, siding or gutter work.

We had a very good experience with this company. Both Isaac White and Dan McClurg (Buckeye House Painting) went to school together and have known each other for many years. Both have gone into separate businesses and have an excellent business sense and rapport with customers. They did an excellent job, despite some issues with our roof. Their work is guaranteed, the workers were polite and answered all questions we had, and cleaned up both days they were here. I would definitely use them again.
