They called me. They told me that I needed to pay $150 for them to come out. To me it was block mailing.

They did a good. They were able to clean out everything and suggested a roof inspection.

They did beautiful work! It was on a 3rd story building in Victorian village in Columbus, OH. The woodwork was meticulous and they did a fabulous job. They were on time, cleaned up, and were very thorough in their work. I am very grateful! I would call them again!

This is the third ime I have engaged AAIBC. The first time was to clear ice in the dead of winter from our box gutters (2014). The second was a major repair job to our 1871 farm house that had significant rot in in one corner, sill to ceiling, eave & soffit repair, cleaning and re-sealing our box gutter, the removal of a massive bee hive, significant replacement and repair of the siding, carpentry work on damaged corbels, installation of soffits vents (2015). This last service was for about 5 minor roofing issues. Issac White, the owner, is especially knowledgeable about older homes, slate roofs, box gutter, etc. He does everything possible to not compromise the aesthetics of your home. His roofing crew is particularly good and punctual.

This contractor does what they say they will do and they do it right. Timeliness, craftsmanship, completeness all are adjectives associated with AABIC. They removed the old roof, covered the entire roof with ice shield, installed shake breather material and hand nailed the shakes on a large roof in a week's time. They cleaned up completely after every day so you'd never know they were there. The team worked hard and the supervisors know their business. I am very impressed with AABIC and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. A special thanks to Jonathan White, who lead the process from start to finish.

My roof was leaking in the joint of the transition area between 2 rooms. Two men arrived when scheduled and caulked the step flashing and a hole they found in the siding. The men were very conscientious, I think I even called the company to compliment them. And they fixed the leak.

When I initially called they did not make an appointment, they called me later in the week to setup a time. Two men arrived on time and were very courteous. They explained what they thought the problem was and how they would fix it before they actually did it. I wasn't billed at the time, that was sent by mail. And, the most important part, the fix worked. I was so impressed with their manner that I called the company to say so. I would definitely use them again.

They were great to work with and they actually had the roof installed before the estimated time to start it! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Working with Aabic was a very pleasant experience.

Salesman was very polite. They came quickly to give an estimate, and the estimate was given with in a few days. The work started the next week and was completed with in a few days. Every one we dealt with was very courteous and professional and most importantly they did outstanding on job site clean up. My only small complaint was the pricing was higher than other estimates, but you get what you pay for and we got everything we wanted in fine fashion!

It was a horribly rainy three days and we were nervous about having them do the roof during that time; but NOT TO WORRY. This crew were totally professional about everything and knew their business. They watched the radar and knew just when to cover our roof against the coming rains and when to actually be up there ripping off or putting shingles back on. They even went out and bought additional large tarps to cover the back portion of our home that needed protection against the storms that kept coming in and stopping their progress. I was amazed at how careful they were with our landscaping. They took time at the end of each day to pick up any remnants of roofing materials or nails that could be caught up in a lawn mower or bare feet. The workmen were always polite, the job foreman kept in close contact with us about the ever-changing weather, and made us very comfortable with the whole process. Despite the bad set of weather days, they were completely finished in three days and the roof looks terrific. They had even helped us decide on a shingle color that would compliment our house, showing us four that would be a good up-grade to the older style we currently had. I was pleased the most with the new porch addition. It wasn't a large job, but they carefully reviewed the photos we had brought them as an example of what we wanted. They made design suggestions like moving a roof line to match another section. It has made a huge difference in the way our house looks from the front. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE who wants a great job at a really fair price. I might have gotten a roofing job done a little cheaper, but I don't think I would have been nearly so happy with the overall results - and this will last for years and years. I recommend AABIC Roofing & Exteriors. - Aabic was an exceptional roofing partner. I contacted 3 roofing companies at the same time to provide an estimate. Aabic was able to make the soonest appointment and accommodated my work schedule to meet me in the evening. Isaac White and Jonathan White came to my house. They were professional and knowledgeable. As they inspected my 5 roofs ? they determine the sources of the mystery leaks. I was extremely upset with the extensive leaks that had presented this spring. I had such a good feeling of Aabic?s services that I canceled the appointments with the other 2 companies. Within a few days of the initial review, Isaac sent me a detailed estimate. After I accepted the estimate, the job was scheduled for the next stretch of warm weather. The job was completed as estimated (work, timeline and cost). I have flat rubber roofs, so the job was more complex than a traditional roof system. Also, I have 2 dogs and several cars in my driveway ? so debris and nail clean up from the roof removal was critical. I have found no nails or debris. - I am a professional business person with high expectations regarding timely and accurate communication, estimates, work timelines, work site clean-up, and final work. Typically companies do well in some of these areas ? but not all. I was extremely impressed that Aabic exceeded my expectations in all of these areas.

I just bought this house and the owner had to pay for most of it but the whole roof was $9000. It was a wonderful experience. They came out for the estimate on time. They gave me a professional estimate. They actually installed the roof before the day that they were suppose to so I was very happy. They are easy to work with.

Aabic Roofing & Exteriors is top notch and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your roof and or gutters or any other exterior work they do. Jonathan White, the operations manager came to our home to give us an estimate and I was totally impressed! He was very thorough and answered all our questions, never made us feel like we had too many questions. We had several other estimates but after speaking with Jonathan we knew immediatley Aabic Roofing had our business. Even after we signed the contract and had a question or two we had forgotten to ask, we called Jonathan, if he was not immediatley available he returned our call same day if we left a message, never made us feel like we were a bother. The day of the install Jonathan stopped by and made sure all was going well and to check to make sure we were happy. We only had one incident, a very small repeater antenna for cell phone reception got bumped causing it to crack, they had us order a new one and deducted it from our final payment without hesitation. Jonathan returned again and inspected the roof and ask if we were happy with the roof and gutters. While there Jonathan he insisted that when the antenna arrived he would return to install it for us ( & understand we are we are way out if his way). He did return and installed the antenna as promised. The day of the install the foreman Ryan O'Rourke was wonderful, he made sure his crew took great care not to harm our landscaping, patio furniture etc., there was a nice young man who was constantly picking up debris from the tear off. When the crew was leaving for lunch Ryan knocked on the door and let us know they would be gone a while, (most contractors just leave), I thought that was very thoughful. Ryan is a great asset to Aabic Roofing as well as all the crew, very personable, just can't say enough about how impressed we were. When we drive around we now take notice of other new roof replacements by other companies in our neighborhood. We are so surprised after learning of the newest methods of proper roof installation, how many companies are still using the outdated less effective materials and installation methods. Another positive is that the foreman Ryan stays on job the entire time, he is not supervising other job sites at the same time, coming and going form job to job, so being there through the entire job he has complete control over how the installation is being done by his crew. Just want to give AAAAAA+++++++, for the entire process, from salesman, crew, office staff, quality and care workmanship, just could not get any better.

We highly recommend AABIC Roofing & Exteriors. They did an excellent job on our roof and coordinating the front porch addition. GAF inspected AABIC's work on the house and porch roof on 5/8/2013 and stated that AABIC did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Jonathan White, the Operations Manager was our first contact. He came out and spent time talking with us and understanding our needs. He was very thorough and professional. He gave us his cell number so we could stay in contact with him. Isaac White, the President of the company also came out and talked with us and asked Jon to make drawings so that I could see what it would look like. They gave us several homes in the area that they had roofed so that we could see them and contact the owners (which we did). AABIC Roofing was very organized, knowledgable, and quick to respond to us throughout the process. They do quality work and are trustworthy. Their roofing crews worked like a well-oiled machine...it was impressive to watch them. A crew of about 8 men took off the old roofing shingles and prepared it for the new roof. This was done in about 4 hours. About 5 men completed the roofing job. Our roof on the house was finished in one day! Everyone was very professional and respectful. They took good care of our property during and after the work. The crew members were pleasant, happy, singing, joking, whistling while they worked...there was no "down-time". It was nice to have such a pleasant team. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up all materials, nails, etc. on the property...you couldn't even tell they had been there. AABIC has a great contractor that works with them to build porches. Isaac and Jonathan worked with the contractor and coordinated the work. They came out several times during the construction of the porch to check on the work quality. I really appreciated Isaac's attention to detail. He really likes finished, nice looking projects. He asked the porch contractor to make a few changes so that a more finished look was achieved. The original plan for the porch roof changed due to where the porch attached to the roof. This made a space between the gutter and porch roof which Isaac wanted filled in with wood so that birds could not make nests in it. He did not charge us extra for this service and it looks very nice. It's nice not to have to worry about bird nests up in there. The porch construction took about two weeks with 2 men working on it. They arrived on time every day and put in a full day's work. Even on a rainy day, they came out and worked in between showers and sometimes in the rain. They did an excellent job. Isaac called us from time to time to see if we were pleased with the job on both the roof and porch. Jonathan and Isaac were very understanding and helped me when I didn't understand what would be happening at certain stages of the project (all those building terms are "Greek" to me). Their office receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. Ryan, their roofing foreman, was very good and kept the team moving right along. Everyone knew their job and did it well. It seemed that everything was well organized the entire time and there was no "down time" from day to day. I really appreciated that AABIC told us that once they started our projects, they would be here until it was finished. They didn't hop to another job and come back days later. There was always someone here working on something every day. Materials were delivered just at the right time for each job. It was a pleasant and "non-frustrating" experience from start to finish. We are very pleased. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new porch and roof. This was the most pleasant, least stressful construction project we have EVER had. So happy we chose AABIC Roofing and Exterior for our roof and porch. We would not hesitate to call them back to do more work on our home. I was very pleased in dealing with the company. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. They completed the roof 2 days before the date they planned to start the work! They did a very good job, the workers were very professional and did an exceptional job cleaning up when they were finished. I definitely would recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with this roofing company. I was having the roof replaced, it was poor work from the beginning. the crew that was working were rude, and not friendly at all. They were clearly upset with the work they were having to perform. They took the shingles off that already had metal on them. there was suppose to be a space between the plywood and the steel roofing with 2x 4s, there were none. Another issues that is upsetting, all of our tires have had one or two flat tires from nails and sharp objects in the yard from the shingles being ripped off without disregard for where they landed. They were sloppy and did a poor job of cleaning up the nails. the tarps if they were even put down were poorly grounded allowing nails to go everywhere. I have had to patch or replace tires on my truck, tractor, and also my wife and daughter's car. Any of the plywood that needed to be replaced was poorly done or not replaced at all. Also he had installed a fan for the roof, he commended it. Even though I had already purchased 6 roof vents. I figured he was the expert and let him do the install. I found out the fan had been running all winter long and sucking out heat out of the top of the house, adding to my utility costs for the winter. I requested having a switch installed to control the fan, he said no and that it would not be necessary. He never cut roof vents in the soffits. I have no contact with him. He said he was going to come out and use a magnet to get up any nails or metal pieces or flashing to clean up, that has never happened.

It went very well. Severe weather was going to come through on day repair was scheduled, so they arranged to come a day earlier. Job was completed and no more leaks. They have completed work for me before, and I will continue to call them for future work.

There were no problems. They arrived as scheduled. Did all that they said they would.

This was a non-standard, custom job and I was pleased with the way the team carried it out. There were a couple of glitches along the way that Larry dealt with gracefully. A curved portion over an arched window had to be custom cut, and the wood used for the rest of the timbers was not available in an appropriate size. Larry found a solution that looked great but after a few months began to warp. I called him and he and his team found another solution and replaced that section without charge of course, adding an attractive capstone detail. I was pleased with the job.

My experience with Aabic Roofing was easy and fair. They came from Mt Vernon down to Dublin to provide a free estimate and were quite confident they could complete the work in a short amount of time and for a reasonable price. I would work with them again on any inside or outside repair.

They did a pretty good job. The only problem I had was, after they did the work, a year later which was two years ago we had an ice storm and the ice took down a small portion of the gutter. So I had to get a local guy to do that because they had called and told me that if I want them to come out and do the job, it was too far away for such a small job and it would cost them a lot of money. Other than that, they did a good job. Originally I just thought that their follow up service was mediocre. I don’t remember how much I spent. They did a good job and they had good guys doing the work. I was impressed by the work. It was just that I was disappointed with the follow up. It was a bad ice storm that we had a couple of years ago. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use them to do the repair work because they were quite a distance away. I was so disappointed with that part of it but they do good work. I think their price was good. They were very good but I just had that one thing about their follow up. I will not use their services again in the future because they are too far away.

AABIC Roofing & Exteriors Company gave us a nice quote. They did a really good job on that. They seemed to be thorough. They seemed very pleasant and professional. It was a really good company however we were not ready for the work then. I had to call them a couple of times for them to come out. I would contact them again in the future.
