Description of Work: They replaced all of our downstairs windows. They did a very nice job on the outside, but the trim on the inside is 2 different sizes and the smaller trim does not cover the gap between the plaster and the new window. The living room windows are perfect because they used a wider trim, but the dining and bedroom window finishes are slightly off so now we will have to refinish these. All of the workers were always very polite, they just didn't take intI account that the new windows were a different size than the old.

Description of Work: The crew arrived at the specified time and starting work immediately, hard working and dedicated men. | |The work done was to remove two old roofs and underlayment material. Install new underlayment materials and install new roof. | |To repair/repair of storm damaged siding, a color match hade to be made and new material had to be ordered. I expect all of the work to be completed next week. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing and exterior work to be done.

Description of Work: Replaced eave spout and downspouts to front porch. Took a lot longer then expected due to weather and scheduling. They were very nice and professional. The size of job was small compared to most jobs,still took a while to get done

Description of Work: After I submitted my contract for a new roof on the garage and paid my 20% I expected to be contacted right away. Waited over a week, then checked with them. They had some weather delays, said I was scheduled after their present job. I understand how hard it is to call a customer when you really don't know when you'll be able to do the job. From then on, communication was great, the guys were friendly and hard-working - they did a fantastic job on the garage (and some repairs on the house). We'll definitely use them again. Thanks Adam, Ryan and Maryanne.

Description of Work: Already did review on Angie's list last year after our roof was installed & gave them an A. This company is really great, We highly recommend them. Just had a problem that ended up not even being a roofing problem, they came out next morning after my call. They checked their work out and discovered it was a stucco problem not roofing. They explained what was happening and what we should do to remedy it. Even though they went to the trouble of driving in from Mt.Vernon to the Columbus area out only to discover it was not a roofing problem, they were helpful in trying to find out the problem and very polite and professional! We apologized for their trip and were very thankful, they said no problem, glad to help. If we could give AAA+++ we would, service & quality does not get any better!

Description of Work: They installed a roof at our house 2 years ago. A storm chaser came along and said we had roof damage and needed a new roof. AABIC checked it out, and replaced a few damaged shingled, etc. Awesome continued service, on top of an awesome original roof.

Description of Work: Larry provided an estimate a couple of weeks ago. He came over and examined all the outdoor trim which needed replacing before the painters could begin their job. After I hired him to do the job he set the date and came and finished in one day. Excellent workmanship and he even pointed out a couple of areas causing problems which he then repaired also. We couldn't be more happier with the services provided. Would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.
